Through this Article, we looked closely into shamanistic mythologies to find the actual aspects of family ideology. And this discussion allows us to make certain that Korean shamanistic mythologies have their own family ideology. It declares the fact that a shamanistic mythology is not only a cultural fruit which is influenced by historical, political and economic issues of its era, but also a reflection of the traces of family relations in its own era. As a result of this research, we revealed that the fixed idea which we had on our mind-in traditional society most families are just normal and there's full of love in the family-is mostly wrong. In shamanistic mythologies, there are many dynamics between family members. And a family also has hierarchy. A Family appears changing situations constantly-there is deformations, desolutions and also expansions in the family. All those family figures that shamanistic mythologies includes in its discourse, we found that the idea of a family cannot be restricted within fixed ideas or forms of it. In short, a Family is organization of continuous changes.

AbPS와 FPSP 팀 문제해결 기반 사회과 수업이 창의적 문제해결력과 태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 주요 목적은 AbPS와 FPSP 팀 문제해결 기반 미래문제해결 활동(이하 AbFPSP라고 칭함)이 학생들의 창의적 문제해결력과 창의적 태도에 미치는 효과를 조사하는데 있었다. 아울러, 사회과 AbFPSP 활동이 가지는 미래사회 문제해결의 교육적 의미를 탐색해 보고, 초등학생의 창의력 개발을 위한 교수-학습 방법에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 본 연구의 의의와 가치가 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 단일집단 전-후 검사 설계를 사용하였으며, 연구 대상자는 D 광역시에 소재한 B 초등학교 6학년 32명이었다. AbFPSP를 적용한 사회과 수업은 3월 10일부터 5월 10일까지 총 8주에 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 총 프로그램 적용은 20차시에 걸쳐 이루어졌다. AbFPSP 사회과 수업 중재가 이루어진 후 창의적 문제해결력과 태도에 관한 효과를 통계적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 창의적 문제해결력을 측정하기 위해 한국교육학술정보원에서 개발한 사회과 창의적 문제 해결력 검사지(이종연 외, 2006)를 사용하였으며, 창의적 태도 검사는 박병기?강현숙(2006)의 13요인 74 문항으로 이루어진 자기 보고형 통합창의성 척도로부터 4개요인 28개 문항을 추출하여 간략형으로 구성하여 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, AbFPSP를 적용한 사회과 수업은 초등학생들의 창의적 문제해결력 향상에 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있었으며, 창의적 문제해결능력의 하위요인인 문제발견능력, 아이디어 생성능력, 그리고 해결책 평가능력에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, AbFPSP를 적용한 사회과 수업은 학생들의 창의적 태도 점수의 증진에 유의한 효과가 있었으며, 하위요인인 호기심, 즐거움, 모험심 그리고 개방성에 대한 사전검사 점수에 비해 사후검사에서 더높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 근거해 볼 때 미래사회의 미래문제해결과 창의성의 연결 고리를 교실 수업을 통해 이룰 수 있다는 점이 중요한 의의가 되며, AbFPSP 사회과 수업은 초등학교 학생들의 창의적 문제해결력과 창의적 태도의 신장에 효과적인 프로그램이라고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of social studies Action-basedFuture Problem Solving Program(AbFPSP) on creative problem solving ability and creative attitude. The significances of this study were to suggest the implications for ``Future Society and Community`` unit instruction in terms of nurturing creativity of elementary students using AbFPSP, and also to provide an empirical instruction model of future problem solving. The experimental design of this study was One-Group Pre- and Post-test Design. The subjects were 32 students of B elementary school, in D city. Social studies AbFPSP was implemented from March 18 to May 10, during 8 weeks. The programs were composed of 20 activities. In this study, the creative problem solving ability inventory for social studies, developed by Korea Education and Research Information Service(KERIS), was used to measure students`` creative problem solving abilities. And, creative attitude measure was adopted from Park & Kang(2006). In this study, only 4 sub-factors with 28 items were used from theirs. The results of this study were as follows: First, the implementation of social studies AbFPSP showed significant effect on creative problem solving ability of elementary students, and also statistically significant effects on the sub-factors: problem understanding ability, problem implementing ability, and evaluating ability. Second, the implementation of social studies AbFPSP appeared to have significant effect on creative attitude, and also showed statistically significant effects on the sub-factors: curiosity, enjoyment, adventurous spirit, and openness. The results of this study suggest that social studies AbFPSP on ``Future Society and Community Problems`` can be regarded as an effective approach to enhancing creative problem solving ability and creative attitudes. The implications and suggestions for further study on creativity-character education were provided.

담도폐색과 부신척제 흰쥐에서 Hydrocortisone 투여시 Cytochrome P-450 Apoprotein의 변화

Hemoprotein인 Cytochrome P-450은 기질의 생체내 합성 및 분해과정에 관여할 뿐 아니라 발암물질의 활성화 과정에도 관여하며 간조직내에는 microsomal cytochrome P-450의 여러가지 분자형태가 존재한다는 보고가 있다. 본 연구에서는 hydrocortisine이 cytochrome P-450 apoprotein에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 아래와 같이 실험을 하였다. 체중 150gm 내외의 숫컷흰쥐(Wistar strain)를 사용하였으며 담도폐색군, 부신척제군, 담도폐색과 부신척제를 동시에 시행한 군, 담도폐색과 부신척제를 동시에 시행하고 hydrocortisine을 투여한 군 및 hydrocortisone만을 투여한 군으로 분류하였다. 그리고 흰쥐의 간조직 microsome내 cytochrom P-450의 함량과 cytochrome P-450 apoprotein의 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 7.5% polyarylamide 1% sodium dodecyl sulfate (S D S)-6M urea slab gel 상에서 전기영동을 하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 담도폐색군과 부신척제군 hepatic microsomal cytochrome P-450의 함량은 대조군에 비하여 각각 32%, 45%가 감소하였고 담도폐색과 부신척제를 동시에 시행한 군은 58% 감소하였다. 2. Hydrocortisone를 투여한 군에서는 hepatic microsomal cytochrome P-450의 함량은 10%증가하였으며 담도폐색과 부신척제후 hydrocortison을 hydrocortisone을 투여한 군에서는 56% 감소되었다. 3.75% polyacrylamide-1% SDS-6M urea slab gel electrophoresis system에서 분자량이 50,000~58,000 범위에서 cytochrome P-450 apoprotein의 4가지 band를 관찰하였으며 담도폐색군, 부신척제군, 담도폐색과 부신척제를 동시에 시행한 군, 담도폐색과 부신척제를 하고 hydorcortisone를 투여한 군 및 hydrocortisone을 투여한 군에서 이들 apoprotein이 서로 다르게 변화함을 관찰하였다. 이러한 형태를 관찰할 수 있는 것은 cytochrome P-450의 multiple form이 liver microsomal membrane에 존재한다는 것을 의미하며 specific apoprotein의 변화는 cytochrome P-450의 기능면을 증가시키거나 감소시킨다는 것을 제시해 주는 것이다. This study is concerned with cytochrome P-450 contents and different forms of cytochrome P-450 after administration of hydrocortisone in common bile duct ligated and adrenalectomized rats. Content of total hepatic cytochrome P-450 is decreased after either common bile duct ligation or adrenalectomy. In contrast, hydrocortisone increases content of hepatic cytochrome P-450. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to examine the poly-petide pattern of rat liver endoplasmic reticulum membrane fraction. This report describes the chromatographic separation of four forms of microsomal cytochrome P-450 apoproteins, whose molecular weights ranging from 50,000 to 58,000 indentified in a sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)-6M urea-polyacrlamide gel electrophoresis system. Bile duct ligation was associated with a reduction in band Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ. And administration of hydrocortisone after bile duct ligation plus adrenalectomy demonstrated a return of band Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Hydrocortisone administrated alone increased band Ⅲ, while band 1 was decreased.

We present a fatal case of salmonella meningitis in 4 months old male infant with the chief complaints of fever, irritability and convulsion. The diagnosis is finally confirmed by the bacterial culture of cerebrospinal fluid. Salmonella meningitis has been considered a rare form of meningitis, but the disease is common occurrence enough to warrant consideration whenever physicians are confronted with a purulent meningitis.
