        간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 간호전문직 자아개념 및 임상실습만족도

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 간호전문직 자아개념 및 임상실습만족도 정도를 파악하고 이들 간의 관계 를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2015년 6월 1일부터 12일까지 214명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 설문에 응답한 212명의 자료를 서술적 분석, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient를 이용하여 분석 하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향은 3.61점(5점 만점), 간호전문직 자아개념은 2.94점(4점 만점), 임상실습만 족도는 3.54점(5점 만점)이었으며, 비판적 사고성향과 간호전문직 자아개념, 임상실습만족도와 전문직 자아개념은 유의한 상 관관계를 보였다. 따라서 비판적 사고성향과 간호전문직 자아개념을 증진시킬 수 있는 관련된 프로그램의 개발과 임상실습 만족도를 높이기 위한 임상실습체계의 정비가 필요하다. This study was conducted to identify the relationships among critical thinking disposition, professional self-concept and satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students. The participants were 212 nursing students in Gyeonggy Province. Data was collected from June 1 to 12, 2015 using self-report questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS/win. 21.0. Critical thinking disposition, professional self-concept and satisfaction of clinical practice averaged 3.61(out of 5), 2.94(4), and 3.54(5), respectively. Significant positive correlations between critical thinking disposition and professional self-concept, satisfaction of clinical practice and professional self-concept were found, Therefore it is necessary to strengthen critical thinking and professional self-concept and improve satisfaction of clinical practice through effective educational program.

        한국 성인의 식생활 지침 실천도와 이상지혈증의 관련성

        While metabolic syndrome (MS) is rapidly expanding and dietary pattern, the known risk factor of MS, goes through heavy transition to western diet, not many researches have been done on the association between dyslipidemia and dietary factors in Korean adults. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between compliance with dietary guidelines and dyslipidemia among Koreans. The subjects of 399 adults who visited health examination center were classified into dyslipidemia (n = 180) and control (n = 219). Diagnosis of dyslipidemia was based on NCEP-ATPⅢ criteria (triglyceride > =150㎎/d, HDL-C < 50 ㎎/㎗ for male, HDL-C < 40 ㎎/㎗ for female). A questionnaire based interview was done to collect information on compliance with dietary guidelines, general characteristics and health related behaviors. Anthropometric variables were measured during the survey. Mean compliance score of dietary guideline was significantly lower in dyslipidemia group than in control. It was associated negatively with waist circumference and positively with serum HDL-cholesterol (p<0.05). Risks of dyslipidemia were significantly decreased in the group with highest dietary guideline score; high serum triglyceride levels (OR = 0.484, 95% CI = 0.268-0.875), abdominal obesity (OR = 0.296, 95% CI = 0.159-0.553), and dyslipidemia (OR = 0.481, 95% CI = 0.266-0.869). These results indicated that increasing compliance with dietary guidelines could be an effective strategy to lower the risk of dyslipidemia among Koreans.

        유통 중인 어류의 중금속 모니터링

        본 연구는 우리나라에서 유통되고 있는 어류를 전국 10개 연안지역에서 수거된 해산어류 35종 531건과, 전국 내륙지방 및 주요도시에서 수거된 담수어 12종 80건을 대상으로 납, 카드뮴, 비소, 구리, 망간, 아연, 총수은 함량을 분석하였다. 전처리방법(습식분해법, 변형된 microwave 분해법, microwave 분해법)에 따른 각각의 분해조건을 비교ㆍ검토한 결과, microwave 분해법이 회수율이 가장 우수한 것으로 확인되었다. ICP-MS를 이용하여 수은을 제외한 6종 금속의 회수율을 측정한 결과 약 94-108%를 보였으며, mercury analyzer를 이용한 수은의 회수율은 99%를 나타냈다. 해산어류 중 중금속 평균 함량은 비소 2.523, 카드뮴 0.017, 구리 0.569, 납 0.023, 수은 0.068, 망간 0.395 및 아연 6.086 ㎎/㎏으로 나타났다. 담수어 중 중금속 평균함량은 비소 0.370, 카드뮴 0.011, 구리 0.628, 납 0.026, 수은 0.058, 망간 1.150 및 아연 9.980 ㎎/㎏으로 나타났다. 우리나라에서 유통 중인 어류에서 섭취되는 중금속 함량을 FAO/WHO에서 설정된 잠정주간섭취허용량인 PTWI와 비교한 결과 카드뮴, 수은, 납이 각각 0.9, 1.6 및 0.9%로 나타나 조사된 어류를 통한 우리나라 국민들의 중금속섭취는 현재까지는 안전한 수준인 것으로 판단된다. This survey was carried out to estimate the heavy metal contents of fishes (531 ocean fishes and 80 freshwater fishes) sold in and around Korea from April to October in 2006. The contents of arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), lead (Pb), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn) and mercury (Hg) were estimated by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and a mercury analyzer. The concentrations [mean (minimum-maximum) ㎎/㎏] of heavy metals in the ocean fishes were as follows: As=2.523 (0.140-65.543), Cd=0.017 (0.000-0.108), Cu=0.569 (0.040-5.634), Pb=0.023 (0.000-0.323), Hg=0.068 (0.002-0.754), Mn=0.395 (0.016-4.651) and Zn=6.086 (0.529-34.729). The concentrations of heavy metals in the freshwater fishes were: As=0.370 (0.024-2.231), Cd=0.011 (ND-0.086), Cu=0.628 (0.003-1.962), Pb=0.026 (ND-0.423), Hg=0.058 (0.006-0.349), Mn=1.150 (0.069-7.230) and Zn=9.980 (3.463-82.737). The weekly intakes of Cd, Hg and Pb from fish were 0.9, 1.6 and 0.9%, respectively, as compared with the Provisional Tolerable Weekly Intake (PTWI) established by Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee for food safety evaluation.

        국내 유통 농산물의 농약 잔류실태 모니터링

        서울, 경기, 인천, 강원, 충북지역에 유통되고 있는 농산물 중 다소비 농산물 및 잔류농약 부적합 이력이 높은 참나물, 취나물, 쪽파 등 23종(488건)의 농산물을 대상으로, GC/MS, GC-NPD 및 LC/MS/MS를 사용하여 동시 다성분 검사대상 농약 231종 및 methamidophos, acephate, pymetrozine 등 234종의 농약에 대해서 모니터링 검사를 실시하였다. 488건의 농산물 중 92건(18.9%)의 시료에서 농약이 검출되었으며 그중 9건(1.9%)은 국내 농약잔류 허용기준을 초과하였으며, 고춧잎과 쪽파는 50% 이상의 검출율을 나타내었다. 특히 쪽파에서는 30건의 시료 중 16건에서 농약이 검출되어 53.3%의 검출율을 나타내었으며 이 중 4건에서 농약잔류허용기준 이상의 농약이 검출되었다. 그 외에 숙갓, 취나물, 신선초, 깻잎, 적겨자 등에서 20% 이상의 농약 검출율을 나타내었으나 검출량은 대부분 농약 잔류허용기준 이하였다. 총 234종의 농약 중 42종의 농약이 1회 이상 검출되었으며, 그 중 21종의 농약은 2회 이상 검출되었다. 잔류허용기준을 초과한 농약은 iprodione, fludioxonil, cypermethrin, ethoprophos, flutolanil, lufenuron 등 6종이었으며, 초과 대상농산물은 쪽파 4건 및 취나물, 신선초, 고춧잎, 쑥갓, 팥 각 1건 등 9건이었다. 전체 검사대상 시료의 81.1%인 394건에서는 농약이 검출되지 않았고, 농약이 검출된 92건 중 83건이 농약 잔류허용기준 미만으로 검출되는 등 98.1%가 적합한 수준이었다. We tested for residual pesticide levels in agricultural products purchased from 5 provinces within the middle region of Korea during 2006. A total of 488 samples of 23 different types of agricultural products were analyzed by GC/MS, GC-NPD, and LC/MS/MS. We used multi-analysis methods to analyze for 231 different pesticide types; a single analysis method was used for methamidophos, acephate, and pymetrozine. Among the selected agricultural products, residual pesticides were detected in 92 samples (18.9%), of which 9 samples (1.9%) exceeded the Korea Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs). We detected pesticide residue in more than 50% of the pepper leaf and Welsh onion samples. For the Welsh onions, 16 among the 30 analyzed samples contained pesticide residue, and 4 samples exceeded the Korea MRLs. Among the 234 kinds of pesticides we tested for, 42 were detected, and 21 of them were detected more than twice. Six pesticide residue types, including cypermethrin, iprodione, fludioxonil, ethoprophos, flutolanil, and lufenuron, exceeded the MRLs. No residual pesticides were detected in 396 of the samples (81.1%), and the residual pesticide levels in 83 samples (17.0%) were lower than the Korea MRLs, indicating that 98.1% of the samples were relatively safe.

      • 알코올의 섭취가 흰쥐의 혈액과 간의 지질대사에 미치는 영향

        To investigate the effects of ethanol on the lipid metabolism in blood and liver, twenty one male Sprague Dawley rats had orally taken the 25% alcohol and 50% alcohol by 5g per Kg of weight during 3 weeks after the adjusting period. For the energy balance, 85% sucrose and 45% sucrose was added in control group and 25% alcohol group each. The weight was reduced by alcohol treatment according to the levels, otherwise the weight of liver and heart was little increased in alcohol groups rather than in control without significance. Moreover, RBC, WBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit were increased by alcohol treatment according to the levels without significance. Otherwise, adjusted bilirubin levels by 100g of weight was significantly increased by alcohol treatment dose dependently. Alcohol induced RBC degradation and increased circulated bilirubin because of liver damage. For blood lipid profiles, blood cholesterol was increased in 50% of alcohol group compared to that of 25% and control groups, otherwise, blood triglycerides (TG) was increased by 30% in 25% alcohol groups rather than in control but not significantly different. The hepatic lipid composition, cholesterol levels in alcohol treatment groups was lower than those in control. The hepatic TG was not influenced by alcohol treatment. The two reasons of decreasing hepatic lipids were suggested by 85% sucrose of control for energy balance more synthesized cholesterol and TG than those in 25 or 50% alcohol groups, and by cholesterol and TG could not be synthesized because of liver damage from alcohol.

        This paper showed the summarization of the preservative method of wild vegetables in the house and the precessing method of Japanese pickles. The preservative methods of wild vegetables were explained devided into long, short term, fresh state, heat treatment and drying. Salt, soybean fermented sauce, soybean fermented paste, lees of refined rice wine and residue in the preparation of bean curd were used as the materials of Japanese pickles.
