황산법으로 제조된 TiO<sub>2</sub> 광촉매를 건설재료에 적용하기 위하여 시멘트 모르터와 콘크리트에 혼입하여 경화시킨 후 시료의 표면에서 TiO<sub>2</sub> 농도에 대한 정량 평가를 통하여 광촉매가 작용하는 표면에서의 활성을 예측하는 것이 경제성 및 광촉매 기능성확보를 위해서 중요하다. 시멘트에 광촉매 를 혼입하여 제조하는 경우 침전물 생성에 따른 급격한 작업성 저하가 발생하면서 콘크리트의 표면에 원하는 정도의 광촉매가 분산되지 않을 수도 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 콘크리트 시편의 표면에서의 평균적인 개념의 광촉매 분산에 대한 정량적인 평가가 필요하여 연구를 통하여 시멘트 콘크리트 표면의 분쇄-전처리-ICP분석을 통하여 콘크리트 표면에서의 광촉매의 분포에 대한 정량적인 평가 방법을 도출하였다.

Recently, the needs for development and preparation of maintenance system for concrete structures are increasing in Korea. As the maintenance section is introduced in the concrete specification of KMOCT(Korea Ministry of Construction and Transportation), the basis for increasing the durability and guaranteeing the efficient maintenance system of concrete structures is indispensable. The purpose of the present study is, therefore, to secure the durable life of underground concrete box structures by reviewing field inspection data, building the foundation of condition rating and service life prediction and establishing the priorities decision procedures for the repair and rehabilitation. Through this study, the maintenance program for under ground reinforced concrete box structures is developed consisting of procedures reviewed in this research. This program is mainly used for underground box structures. With this program it is possible that priority order and method of repair and rehabilitation are determined considering state of management, safety, residual life and condition assessment of structure.

Nitrogen oxide form automobile combustion gas is a easily oxidized and the source of global warming. In this study, the compressive strength and the depth of neutralization of mortar specimen treated in specific moisture contents are observed at 7, 28, 56, 91 days of the exposure time to 99% nitrogen oxide gas. From the experiment, it is known that the compressive strength is reduce with longer exposed time and the neutralization occurs only at the surface with the screening effect of reaction remains.
