      • USB 인터페이스를 이용한 필드 장비의 고속 데이터 전송 시스템 설계

        The development of recent computer and communication technology has changed automation system used by communication network, and the new USB substituted with Serial Communication was already developed and now popular. In this paper, high speed data transfer system design using USB interface and communication application simulated for the situation is introduced. At the base of USB, we can use additive functions efficiently coped with former field device. The `Winsock Connection USB Terminal', designed for hardware simulation, controls the field device connected by USB, and can control the field device remotely the assistance of connection through TCP/IP. That theorem guarantees the accurate function by using sensors and field apparatus through packet communication channel of user's direct input As a result of my research, the system of operation through communication application under the condition of a former field device has in good operation. Another result of the experiment of hardware operation, we obtained the result of the sufficient bandwidth guarantee of USB with high speed and high quality comparing with serial system and of the system occupancy.

      • LIN 통신을 이용한 자동차 공조기용 댐퍼제어시스템 설계

        In this study, timing model, analysis of LIN protocol and design of the damper control system for vehicle's climate system using LIN, it is inevitable to study the timing behavior of the networked control system for vehicle, because the LIN communication protocol influences the control network system in vehicles. Therefore, the performance of a distributed control climate system in vehicle using LIN protocol can be improved as long as the timing behavior of the protocol is creditable. Through the design of the damper control system for vehicle's climate system and the timing analysis of the transmitting LIN message, all relevant timing parameters that affect the message transmission time are defined. As a result of the analysis, a timing equation of the transmitting message and control vehicle's damper control climate system are composed of these timing parameters and transmit signal. Using this result, the transmission of LIN message in vehicle's network system can be predicted. Furthermore the LIN application software that has been already used in LIN applications can be verified by the damper control system for vehicle's climate system using LIN.

      • 로보트팔의 速度 增大를 위한 制御器의 設計

        This paper describes on the controller design for velocity increase of a robot arm. In this study, the solution of dynamics equations is calculated by using Lagrange-Euler method, and it is possible on the real-time control. the amount of dynamics calculation is very large in quantity. So, the solution of dynamics equations must be calculated before stored in memory as the table. These have an advantage of semiconductor that is superhigh speed, enlarged memory capacity. Usually, the table data in a memory device is transfered a byte during 0.1 msec. For the controller, a current drive method is adopted to generate the control torque effectively and the speed of actuator is measured by using a tachometer, and the position of link is measured by using a potentiometer. As a result of this experiment, it is found that the robot manipulator starts early as 0.08 sec and is satisfied well in real time.

      • ATM 망에서 통계적 다중화 이득을 이용한 사용자 대역폭 할당에 관한 연구

        We studied the traffic characteristics of voice, data generated in ATM network. We reached the effective network control method, following the analysis of statistical characteristics used in traffic multiplexing and resource sharing, so calculated the role of network untilization, In the case of speech, we assumed the length of talspurt and silence is same, using the MMPP, In the case of video, we used ARMA model. Considering source modeling, burstsize, we studied the effect of multiplexing, the calculation of bandwidth capacity by using the number of classes the objective of loss, bandwidth. It is a study of characteristics of voice. video and data traffic generated in the ATM network, that analizing the statistical characteristic for multiplixing of traffic and considering efficient network control with resource sharing be computed untilizaion of networks. In generated the source traffic, in case of voice, assume equal talkspurt and silence length, using the MMPP model.

      • 産業用 로보트의 速度 增大를 위한 프로그램형 制御器의 設計

        This paper deals with the design of a PWM programmabel controller for industrial robot which requires various movements and general purpose. To show effectiveness of the design the PWM circuits F/V converter and frequency doubler are applied for the velocity and position control of robot system. For the controller a current drive method is adopted to generate the control torque effectively and the speed of actuator is measured by using a tachometer and the position of link is measured by using a potentiometer. Also low level robot language is constructed which makes easy for the user to program complex robot motion and an interpreter is developed to execute the program. When the proposed controller is applied to the cartesian coordinate 4 axes manipulator it reveals that the clean-cut velocity response characteristics and the error probabilities of X, Y and Z axis as 0.031[%] 0.029[%] and 0.026[%] and 0.026[%] respectively

      • 반도체 제조공정라인의 자기부상 컨베이어 시스템 설계

        A magnetic levitation is suitable for moving materials in such a clean environment which must be kept free from even microscopic dust motes, for example, in a super clean room in semiconductor manufacturing plants or biochemical plants, delicate medical machines, because friction can be disappeared or reduced. In addition to this, another advantage of levitation is that the manipulator can operate as a rigid body rather than using joints parts. In this work, the magnetic levitation is applied to transport a single wafer between semiconductor fabrication process modules in clean rooms because it can eliminate particles and oil contamination that normally exits in conventional transport systems due to contact motions of mechanical component. The transport system consists of a carrier, levitation track, and propelling system. Levitation is achieved by using antagonistic forces produced between electromagnet tracks and permanent magnets. Stabilization is achieved by using a simple feedback control. The continuous propelling force is obtained by sending specific current patterns to the propulsion coils. The dynamic model of transport system is presented and it is verified by experiment. The system performance is experimentally investigated. The magnetically levitated wafer transport system is propelled with a reasonable speed.

      • 휴리스틱 제어 알고리즘을 이용한 공정제어 시스템 개발

        This paper deals with the development of heuristic manufacturing control to require in productive manufacture line. Development of communication technique and computer science have fast become system automation from shop floors to business offices. This automation have become supply of computer. These situations of system are based on current information technologies such as distributed applications client/sever architectures object-oriented programming message passing systems external databases and graphical user interfaces Futhermore, these system are built around a configureation environment in which users can layout their manufacturing workflow. In this workflow, all manufacturing activities can be flexibly planned at run time Thus, these systems have envolved to support the planning and optimization needs of user. These system are no longer simply tracking systems. The ends of this paper is applicated heuristic algorithm of AI planning of system. It is possibled high productivity, compatable anagement and saving of manufacturing cost by heuristic manufacturing control. There is executed simulation program for the automation system and plan and this program obtains the result of suitably ideal decision.

      • 共振形 스위칭 리귤레이터의 制御回路에 關한 硏究

        The switching mode regulator has become increasingly popular in new-equipment designs. But conventional switching mode supplys has low conversion efficiency and high device stress depends on its characteristics. And also, if one looks at the circuit arrangements most frequently used, only a few different types of converter are represented. So, a bit of research quickly reveals that there are many circuit topologies, both switch mode (modified square wave) and resonance, that are available and which may be superior to the popular circuits in particular applications. For the analysis of the switching regulators, duality and bilateral inversion techniques has been demonstrated herein and then, compares their characteristics with circuit performance and conversion efficiency. Not only does duality give insight into relationships between topologies, but it is also a very practical tool for synthesizing new circuits. For the implementation, we designed FET drive resonant type switching regulator suitable for microwave oven application. Its power rate is about 700W at 1.5KV output voltage. This paper presents most important circuit topoligies, design techniques and performance parameters with efficiency which agree closely with experimental results. Based on the comparison and performance evaluation, of commercial products, we have examined the electrical characteristics and parameters to achieve the high switching efficienc up to 85%. As the pilot sample, switching power supplys of magnetron oven with 1KW/1.5KV resonant type push pull regulator and 50KHz switching frequency have been utilized. This system was designed with FET as power switching devices. Through the measurement of electrical characteristics for ferrite materials, switching power supply has been designed to be optional controlled characteristics. The developed switching supply might highly improve the efficiency in point of high voltage and large current, and some achievements might be expected.

      • 필드버스를 이용한 공장자동화 장비의 원격제어에 관한 연구

        The development of automation communication network and interface technology have changed rapidly the automation system of product process. Fieldbus provides real-time data communication among field devices in the automation and process control systems. In this study, an experimental model of remote control system of Profibus-based automation system is implemented. Experimental model consists of robot arm, controller and operator system. These machines are interconnected into the Profibus network, and exchange their data through the services provided by FMS(Fieldbus Message Specification), which is the application layer protocol of Profibus. And they are executed simulation program using profibus access program and TCP/IP socket for remote control system. This profibus user application program controls the controller connected by RS-485 and provides the way for remote control by Telnet connected through TCP/IP. As a result of this research, controlling field equipment from remote place through internet and searching data generated in the proceed of the control equipment from remote place are possible.

      • 스위치 커패시터 필터회로의 자동 합성기 개발

        This paper presents an analog circuit synthesizer named 'SADARI' The developed system synthesizes analog filter circuits not only better with precision but also with faster computation than the conventional methods. The synthesizer was able to generate a Butterworth lowpass filter whose circuit performances were well method to the given specifications.
