        인적자원체계 특성이 지식집중도에 미치는 영향에 관한 다층분석

        As the industrial society moves to the post industrial society, and then to the knowledge society, people pay attention to organizations with intangible assets. Therefore, in order to explicate a management system of organizations based on intangible assets, we pursue to HR system of knowledge intensive organizations, which is measured by empirically developed knowledge intensiveness of work in organizations. Empirical results are as follows: First, the HLM analysis shows that there was statistically significant variation in the mean of knowledge intensiveness, and in the slopes of collaboration of work across organizations when regressed on gender, age, education and career in each organization. Second, the next step in the HLM analysis shows that the impact of human resource system characteristics on the levels of work collaboration was stronger in organizations with flexible work system, organic compensation system and activity based development sytem. These results imply, first, it is necessary to focus on work collaboration in knowledge intensive work, in order to more parsimonious scale of knowledge intensity. Second, it must be supported by compensation strategy based Burns & Stalker(1961)’s organic theory, and organic compensation system must be supported by culture, HRM systems included on employee selection system, career development, and so on, in order to elevate knowledge intensiveness in organization. Therefore further research will be necessary to multi-level analysis of relationship among knowledge intensiveness, employee attitudes at individual focus and HR systems at organizational focus. 산업사회에서 지식중심사회로 바뀜에 따라 지식의 중요성에 대한 사회적 인식이 증대되고, 이와 동시에 조직과 작업수행에서도 지식의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 지식기반조직에 대한 관심도 본격화되었다. 본 연구는 작업자가 인식하는 작업의 지식집중성의 측정모형인 지식집중도(perceived knowledge intensiveness)와 지식기반조직의 HR체계에서 작업체계, 보상체계 그리고 개발체계 특성에 관해 검정하였다. 실증분석결과, 조직내 작업의 지식집중도 구성요인 중 이동진(2008, 2009), 이동진ㆍ이영면(2010)에서 강한 요인으로, 또는 외생변수(예측 변수)로 검정되고 있는 작업협동성이 유연한 작업체계, 유기적 보상체계 그리고 활동중심 개발체계 특성을 갖는 조직일수록 그렇지 않은 조직에 비해서 통계적으로 유의하게 더 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는, 첫째, 선행연구들에서 주장되고 있는 지식기반조직의 HR체계 특성이 본 연구의 표본을 토대로 실증적으로 발견됨으로써 지식집중도의 법칙론적 타당도 (nomological validity) 검정의 의의를 가지며, 따라서 지식집중도에 대한 타당도가 더 한 층확보된 것으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 선행연구에서 검토된 지식기반조직의 HR체계 특성에 준거할 때 본 연구의 분석결과는 지식기반조직의 경영체계는 구조적 상황이론가 Burns & Stalker(1961)가 제시하고 있는 유기적 조직이론(organic model)에 근거하고 있다는 점을 실증적으로 확인해주고 있다. 따라서 향후연구에서는 본 연구의 실증결과와 연계하여 보다 간명한 지식집중도 개발과 함께, 본 연구에서 고려되고 있지 않은 지식기반조직의 문화 및 구성원 태도를 고려하는 선발, 유기적 상호작용과 협동에 기초하는 충원, 경력개발, 인사고과 등이 포함되는 HR체계 특성과 지식집중도에 관해 다층분석함으로써 지식기반조직의 경영체계에 대한 연구가 보다 심도 있고 포괄적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

        Polyimide 기판을 이용한 ZnO:Al 박막 특성에 관한 연구

        Aluminuim doped zinc oxide(ZnO:AL)Films have been prepared on Polyimide(PI) and Coming 7059 glass substrates by r.f. magnetron sputtering method. The structural of the ZnO:Al films were studied in accordance with various deposition R.F power and working pressure by XRD, SEM. And The electrical and optical properties of ZnO:Al films were characterized by Hall effect and UN visible spectrophotometer measurements, ZnO:Al films had were hexagonal wurtzite structure and dominant c-axis orientation. The R.f power and working pressure for optimum condition to fabricate the transparent conductive films using a PI substrate were 2 mTorr and 100W, respectively. The resistivity of the ZnO:Al films prepared under this condition were $9.6{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$. The optical transmittance of 400nm thick films at 550nm is ${\sim}85 %$.

        분산객체관리 시스템의 프로그래밍 환경을 논하기 위하여 여기서는 분산객체관리 시스템 개발에 위한 이론적인 고찰과, 지원도구의 기능 등을 살펴보기로 한다. 이를 위하여 CORBA 환경에서 정형적 방법과 객체지향의 접목기술, 분산객체개발 지원도구에 대한 특징 등을 알아보기로 한다.

        보혈안신탕(補血安神湯), 가미보혈안신탕(加味補血安神湯)의 항(抗) stress효과(效果)에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        Human and animals are living by acclimation to environmental changes like high and cold temperature, nose, confinement, etc. If the above changes reach a defined levels, some physiological abnormal state could appear, which we call them as stress state. Catecholamines are excreted by the sympathetic-adrenomedullary system in free from in urine. Catecholamines are derived from the adrenal medulla and urinary epinephrine can be taken as a rough estemation of the activity of this gland. Many scientist reported the endocrinological change, excretion of catecholamine and its metabolites, stomach ulcer formation, etc. under the condition of the confinement and high temperature. In this study author gave restraint, electric shock and immersion stress to rats by administrating by HPLC and got the following results. 1. In the restriant experiment, epinephrine contents in control rat was 194.7 ng, but in Bohyulanshintang administered rat urine 198.9 ng of epinephrine was found. 2. In the electrical shock experiment, 199.5 ng of epinephrine was found in the control rat urine, but in Bohyulanshintang administered rat urine epinephrine content was 142.4 ng. 3. Dopamine contents in control rat urine the immersion environment was 118.9 ng, but in Bohyulanshintang administered rat urine only 55.2 ng of dopamine was found. 4. Incontrol rat stomach there appeared focal erosion and inflamatory exudate, but in experimental group these symptom were turned to mild condition.

        질소시용이 수도품종의 절간조직구조에 미치는 영향 및 조직구조와 수상특성과의 관계

        본 실험은 질소시용수준에 따른 수도절간의 조직구조에 미치는 영향과 품종간차이 및 조계구조와 수상특성과의 관련성을 구명코자 실시하였는바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 각 절간의 대유관속수 및 크기는 질소무비구에 비하여 질소증시구에서 증가하였고, 특히 그 수는상위제 1절간에서, 크기는 상위제3·4·5절간에서 뚜렷한 차이를 나타냈다. 통일계품종은 일반계품종보다 대유관속수가 많았고. 크기가 컸다. 2. 통기강수는 질소를 증시함에 따라 질소무비구에 비하여 많았다. 상위제3·4절간에서 통기강수 및 크기의 품종간차이를 보였고, 특히 상위제 3절간에서 풍산벼와 추청벼는 통기공이 발달되었으나 유신과 진흥은 발달되지 않았다. 3. 대유관속수와 크기 및 절간굵기와 수상특성(수장, 1·2차지경 및 영화수)과는 밀접한 정의 상관을 나타냈다

        미취학 아동에 대한 집단시력검사 보고

        Objectives : This study reports a massive vision screening on preschool children of Yangsan city in Kyungnam Province. Methods : From March to July 2012, we conducted vision and color test on 1,409 preschool children aged from one to six and used Auto Kerato-Refractometer(KR-8900) on children with naked vision below 0.5 in order to detect the cause of poor vision. Written form of test result is filled and distributed to each parents. Uncooperative 195 children were excluded and the rest were statistically analyzed by using SPSS version 18.0 program. Results : 16 children(1.1%) had dyschromatopsia and the number of boys was threefold higher than that of girls. The average visual acuity was 0.8 to 0.9 regardless of age. 45 children(3.8%) showed myopia, 82 children showed hyperopia(6.8%), 4 children showed anisometropia(0.3%), among which 16 children were wearing glasses. Conclusions : This study has a great significance that a massive preschool vision screening was carried out by Korean medicine hospital for the first time.

        옥천계(沃川系) 흑색(黑色)슬레이트내(內) 부존(賦存)하는 저품질(低品質) 우라늄광석(鑛石)에 대(對)한 광물학적(鑛物學的) 연구(硏究)

        Primary uraninite and secondary uranium minerals such as torbernite, metatorbernite, tyuyamunite, metatyuyamunite, autunite and metaautunite have been identified from various types of uranium ores. Uranium minerals occur as accessory minerals in both the primary and secondary ores. Low·grade uranium ores consist of various kinds of primary and secondary minerals. Major constituent minerals of primary uranium ores are graphite. quartz. Ba-feldspar and sericite/muscovite, and accessories are calcite, chlorite, fluorapatite, barite, diopside, sphene, rutile, biotite, laumontite, heulandite, pyrite, sphalerite and chalcopyrite, and secondary minerals consist of kaolinite, gypsum and goethite. Uraninite grains occur as microscopic very fine-grained anhedral to euhedral disseminated particles in the graphitic matrix, showing well·stratified or zonal distribution of uranium on auto-radiographs of low-grade uranium ores. Some uraninite grains are closely associated with very fine-grained pyrite aggregates, showing an elliptical form parallel to the schistosity. Some uraninite grains include extremely fine-grained pyrite particle. Sphalerite and pyrite are often associated with uraninite in graphite-fluorapatite nodule. The size of uraninite is $2{\mu}m$ to $20{\mu}m$ in diameter. Low-grade uranium ores are classified into 5 types on the basis of geometrical pattern of mineralization. They are massive, banded, nodular, quartz or sulfide veinlet-rich and cavity filling types. Well-developed alternation of uranium-rich and uranium-poor layers, concentric distribution of uranium in graphite-fluorapatite nodule and geopetal fabrics due to the load cast of the nodule suggest that the uranium was originally deposited syngenetically. Uraninite crystals might have been formed from organo-uranium complex during diagenesis and recrystallized by metamorphism. Secondary uranium minerals such as torbernite, tyuyamunite and autunite have been formed by supergene leaching of primary ores and subsequent crystallization in cavities.

        공간군집특성을 고려한 한강 유역 물부족 지역 분석

        In August 2022, even though flood damage occurred in the metropolitan area due to heavy rain, drought warnings were issued in Jeolla province, which indicates that the regional drought is intensified recent years. To cope with regarding intensified regional droughts, many studies have been conducted to identify spatial patterns of the occurrence of meteorological drought, however, case studies of spatial clustering for water shortage are not sufficient. In this study, using the estimations of water shortage in the Han River Basin in 2030 of the Master Plans for National Water Management, the spatial characteristics of water shortage were analyzed to identify the hotspot areas based on the Local Moran's I and Getis-Ord Gi<sup>*</sup>, which are representative indicators of spatial clustering analysis. The spatial characteristics of water shortage areas were verified based on the p-value and the Moran scatter plot. The overall results of for three anayisis periods (S0(1967-1983), S1(1984-2000), S2(2001-2018)) indicated that the lower Imjin River (#1023) was the hotspot for water shortage, and there are moving patterns of water shortage from the east of lower Imjin River (#1023) to the west during S2 compared to S0 and S1. In addition, the Yangyang-namdaecheon (#1301) was the HL area that is adjacent to a high water shortage area and a low water shortage area, and had water shortage pattern in S2 compared to S0 and S1.
