        일부(一部) 무의면 주민(住民)들이 원(願)하는 의료시설의 형태(形態)에 관(關)한 조사(調査)

        To try to determine the type of medical service wanted by the rural population, in Chungnam Province, a survey amongst the populations of 6 counties was conducted; Within the 6 counties, 2 local communities, which had no access to local medical services, were surveyed. The 12 communities were actively involved in Sae-maul activities, and total number of households surveyed, was 822. The survey was conducted over a 1 month period, from July 16th, 1976, thru August 20th, and the followings are the results, summarised. 1. The largest number of respondents desired a combination of Public Health Center and Country Hospital, followed in order by Private Clinic and Modern Medical Facility. 2. The respondents, aged under 40 years, desired the Private Clinic type medical service, whilst those over 40 years of age, wanted the County Hospital, and as the numbers in this age bracket, were larger, so the ratio was much higher. 3. Sex, educational background, and occupation did not play any particular emphasis in the decisions. 4. Monthly income affected the responses to the survey. These in the lower-income bracket, wanted the County Hospital, and the ratio was high. These in the high income bracket desired the Modern Medical Service, accordingly. Those with an income of 50,000 won or less, amongst the low-income bracket, favored the Public Health Sub-center type of service. The ratio for this service was very high.

        TITO 시스템의 LQ-PID 제어기 동조

        본 논문에서는 TITO 시스템에서 분산된 LQ-PID 제어기 설계방법을 제안하고,주파수 영역의 설계사양인 명령추종, 외란제거, 센서 잡음 저감도를 만족하도록 제어기를 설계하였다. 설계방법은 PID 제어요소를 포함한 폐루프 상태방정식과 LQR 폐루프 상태방정식의 관계를 유도하고 루프형성절차를 통해 가격함수의 가중치 요소 Q와 R을 선정함으로써 성능 및 안정도 강인성이 보장되도록 하였다. This paper presents a decentralized LQ-PID controller for the TITO system which satisfies the performance of good command following, disturbance rejection, and sensor noise reduction that is design specifications in the frequency domain The procedure is developed by establishing the relationship between the closed-loop state equations including the decentralized PID tuning parameters and the closed-loop state equations of LQR and by selecting the weighting factors Q and R of the cost function in order to satisfy the design specifications in the frequency domain.

        윤조병 < 농토 >의 농민 억압과 저항 양상

        This paper is a critical analysis of a play < Nongto > (farming land, 1981, by Yun Jo-byeong) about the resistance of Korean farmers by the Korean government and landlords for more than five decades. By using critical discourse analysis, postcolonial theories and other resistance theories, this paper discloses the extent of and resistance to their oppression. The Korean farmers were very faithful, loyal and obedient to their landlords and the government, they fulfilled all required duties and responsibilities (e.g. conscription work in the Middle East), but they lived very poor lives because Korean rulers marginalized the farmers in favour of urban dwellers. Korean leaders adopted a policy of urbanization and industrialization. Farm products were sold at the low prices and farmers` land was sold to the urban dwellers cheaply. Rural residents left farming areas for cities. Under the military regime, it was extremely hard to resist, yet the writer Yun Jo-byeong challenged the Korean government indirectly. In < Nongto >(farming land) he reveals how farmers have suffered because of industrial-urban centered policies. He expresses his opposition through the gestures and emotions and mental states of his characters, who show varying degrees of resistance. Finally the protagonist, a third generation farmer, decides to continue his fight against the landlord and inequal and unjust policies, saying "It is those who love and have affection to the land that is the real owner of the land".

        교사 공동체가 교사의 수업지도성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 교사공동체와 수업지도성의 관계를 교사 효능감이 어떻게 매개하고 있는지, 또한 교사 효능감을 개인수준과 집단수준으로 구 분하여 매개효과에 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 교사공동체는 집단적 교사 효능감에 미치는 영향이 개인적 교사 효능감에 미치는 영 향에 비해 컸다. 둘째, 교사공동체가 교사의 수업지도성에 미치는 직접적인 효과는 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사 효능감이 교사의 수업지도성에 직접적인 영향 을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 특히, 개인적 효능감이 집단적 효능감에 비해 수업지 도성에 미치는 효과가 컸다. 넷째, 교사 효능감은 개인수준과 집단수준 모두에서 교 사공동체와 교사의 수업지도성과의 관계를 유의하게 매개하고 있었다. 이상에서 논의된 결론을 바탕으로 본 연구가 시사하는 교사의 수업지도성에 대한 제언을 하자면 다음과 같다. 교사의 수업지도성에 영향을 미치는 교사 효능감을 높 이기 위해 교사들이 학교수업에 충실히 할 수 있도록 학교조직의 통합성, 학교장의 영향력, 학생들의 학습을 장려하는 학습풍토, 교사간의 협력과 사회적지지 등의 제 반조건 형성이 필요하다. Through a structural equation model analysis, this study focused on how a teacher s efficacy is associated with a teacher community and a teacher s class leadership. In addition, as dividing the teacher efficacy by an individual level and a group level, the study analyzed how the two kinds of the teacher efficacy would be different from each other. To begin with, according to the results, the teachers community appeared to have a greater influence on the teacher s group efficacy rather than the teacher s individual efficacy. Second, there found that the teacher community would hardly affect the teacher s class leadership in a direct way. Third, the teacher efficacy was told to have a direct influence on the teacher s class leadership. In particular, the individual efficacy turned out to be more effective to the class leadership than the group efficacy would be. Fourth, it was found out that the teacher s efficacy is significantly associated with the teachers community and the teacher s class leadership from both the individual level and the group level. To increase the teacher efficacy which has affected the teacher s class leadership, a foundation to strengthen the school integration, a principal s leverage, a learning atmosphere to encourage students to study, a sense of cooperation between the teachers and supports from the society should be established. This way, the teachers would commit themselves to class. Since the individual teacher efficacy has particularly influenced the class leadership, not only supporting facility to help the teachers monitor and receive feedback about their teaching methods but also supports for class-related individual training have to be provided. For this reason, training programs for a group teaching method in which feedback for various teaching methods and cooperative teaching-learning activity would be actively performed needs to be strengthened.

        교장지도성이 교사공동체와 교사효능감을 매개로 교사수업활동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 교장의 지도성이 교사공동체와 교사 효능감을 매개로 교사수업 활동에 미 치는 영향을 분석하여 교사의 수업활동의 질을 개선하는 방안을 제시하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 교사공동체와 교장의 인화, 과업형 지도성, 교사효능감과 교사수업활동 간의 관련성 분석 을 위해 구조 방정식 모형을 활용한 인과분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 학교장의 인화지 도성이 교사의 수업활동에 미치는 직접효과는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았지만 과업지도성은 교사의 수업활동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인화형과 과업형 지도성은 모두 교사 효능감과 교사공동체에 대해 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사 공동체는 교사의 수업활동과 교사 효능감에, 교사 효능감은 교사의 수업활동에 긍정적인 영향 을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 매개변인으로서 교사 공동체와 교사 효능감은 교장의 인화 및 과업형 지도성과 교사의 수업활동의 관계에서 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 교장은 교사 수업활동의 개선을 위해서 과업형 지 도성을 발휘할 필요가 있으며, 인화형 및 과업형 지도성 모두 매개변인인 교사공동체와 교사 효능감을 통해 수업활동에 미치는 간접효과가 큰 만큼, 교사공동체의 활성화 및 교사 효능감 제고를 위한 전략적이고 선택적인 지도성 발휘를 고려해야 한다는 점이다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of principal’s leadership on the teacher’s class activity through the medium of teacher community and teacher efficacy and to suggest plans for improving the quality of teacher’s class activity. We used teachers’ questionnaires of Korean Educational Longitudinal Study(KELS) 2007 (the 3rd year) for this study, and data from 2,655 teachers were used. We employed SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) for the analysis. The results were as follows: First, the direct effect of school principal’s concord-type leadership on the teacher’s class activity was not significant, yet the task-type leadership were directly effect on the teacher’s class activity. Second, both the task-type and the concord-type leaderships have positive influence on the teacher efficacy and the teacher community. Third, teacher community shows direct effect on the teacher’s class activity as well as the teacher efficacy Finally, as the mediator variables, indirect effect of teacher community and teacher efficacy had positive influence on the relationship between both type of leaderships and teacher’s class activity. As for the suggestions of this study, principals need to display task-type leadership to improve teacher’s class activity. Also, as indirect effect on the class activity through mediator variables is great, government and school principals should support policies for vitalization of teacher community and enhancement of teacher efficacy.
