God said, "Sell and buy the land(Lev. 25:15~16), but don't sell it forever(Lev.25:23)". In the actual economy, the above phrase is interperted as follows. The former part of the saying recognizes the rent market and the latter part recognizes the land-price market. If we are to satisfy these two conditions in the economic system, the land-lease system is suitable for the allocation of the land use. Jesus said in the parable of the vineyard that the vineyard of a farmer was a rented one from the landowner(Luke 20:9). He also taught that people were given equal opportunity for the use of the land and the products of the vineyard were divided equally (Matt. 20:1). This teaching indicates a new economic system under the Gospel which was once the land-use system under the Law. This passage stipulates the unreasonableness of the land-price market from the viewpoint of Biblical system of land. And it proposes the land-rent(tax) system as an alternative proposal. The core of the above passage is as follows: *land-price market : ownership land cost(P·i)>land products(R) ⇒ unbalanced economy (occurrence of economic, social, pollutional problems) *rent market : stewardship land cost(G) = land products(R) ⇒ balanced economy (justice and equalibrium, prevention of pollution)

Phlegmonous gastritis is a rare disorder caused by suppurative bacterial infection of the gastric wall. The mortality rate remains extremely high and the gastrectomy has been thought to be an effective form of treatment. We report a case of acute phlegmonous gastritis developed in a patient with advanced alcoholic liver cirrhosis, and recovered with early endoscopic diagnosis and antibiotics alone.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of microcurrent on fatigue of muscles in people who were flat-footed during gait. Methods: 10 flat-footed university students volunteered to participate in this study. 10 flat-footed subjects were divided into 2 groups, one group was experimental group of 5subjects(This group put on microcurrent induction shoes but the subjects were not able to feel the current.) and the other group was the control group of 5subjects(This group put on the general shoes which were similar in shape but microcurrent was not induced.) to perform double blind test and random sampling. Their gait muscle fatigue of 6 regions (vastus medialis, gastrocnemius, tibialis anterior, biceps femoris, erector spinae, and rectus abdominis muscle.) was measured by EMG MP150, Delsys Inc Boston, USA during walking and then they carried out the Harvard step with a platform (It was a arbitrarily made wooden platform of 100cm long, 50cm wide, 60cm high. They carried out climbing it for one second and descending it for one second by using the Metronome program, total 5minutes) for 5minutes. Right after that, the subjects walked on a treadmill at a speed of 4km/h for 10minutes and then their gait muscle fatigue of 6regions was assessed while they were walking on the ground as equally as before exercise. Results: The experimental group has resulted in lower average differences in gait muscle fatigue before and after exercise than those of the control group average 12.24Hz(P=0.009) at vastus medialis, average 8.52Hz(P=0.016) at gastrocnemius, average 9.16Hz(P=0.009) at tibialis anterior, average 8.66Hz(P=0.047) at biceps femoris, average 7.53Hz(P=0.016) at erector spinae, and average 7.80Hz(P=0.047) at rectus abdominis. All of the assessments of muscles have shown significant difference statistically. Conclusions: This result has shown that the use of micro current could decrease gait muscle fatigue of flat-footed people. It is recommended to use a microcurrent to reduce their gait muscle fatigue.

The hand functions have very important roles in the patient's daily life, and if the hand strength is weak or muscle tension is abnormal, the patient has a major disability in moving the hand. If the tension of the hand muscle is too low, the patient cannot contract the muscle, and if the tension of the hand muscle is too high, the contraction of the muscle cannot be controlled by itself, and the movement of the joint cannot be made. Muscle tension in stroke patients increases over time and stiffness occurs, which eliminates joint movement. This study attempted to change muscle tension and increase muscle strength by performing hand grip training with a silicone dynamic wrist training mechanism. The subjects of this study were a total of 20 patients 6 months after stroke, and the effectiveness of a new hand training device was confirmed by measuring hand strength and modified ashworth scale (MAS). The general characteristics of the study subjects are that the average age was 60.32 ± 4.72 years, the average height was 168.53 ± 8.65 cm, and the average weight was 65.33 ± 11.23 kg. The average MMSE-K score was 27.23 ± 1.01. The increase in hand strength in chronic stroke patients was 2.80±1.52, which was statistically significant. In addition, the muscle tension changed from 2.60±0.65 to 2.33±0.59 and was statistically significant. The newly developed hand trainer is thought to have a positive effect on the improvement of hand function in patients with stroke.
Native-V<sub>th</sub> MOSFET을 이용한 셀프-캐스코드 구조의 아날로그 성능 분석

The self-cascode (SC) structure has low output voltage swing and high output resistance. In order to implement a simple and better SC structure, the native-$V_{th}$ MOSFETs which has low threshold voltage($V_{th}$) is applied. The proposed SC structure is designed using a qualified industry standard $0.18-{\mu}m$ CMOS technology. Measurement results show that the proposed SC structure has higher transconductance as well as output resistance than single MOSFET. In addition, analog building blocks (e.g. current mirror, basic amplifier circuits) with the proposed SC structure are investigated using by Cadence Spectre simulator. Simulation results show improved electrical performances.
