이 논문은 디지탈 필터를 구성하는 기법과 측정 결과를 고찰한 것이다. 필터는 PL 방식에 따라 구성하였으며 DMA와 μp의 연산제어 프로그램을 이용하였다. 이로써 PL 방식의 단점인 플렉시빌리티 (flexibility)의 문제를 일부 보완할 수 있었고, 일반용 μp에 의한 필터 구성보다 고속연산수행이 가능하였다. 구성결과 15 KHz의 셈플링주파수( )를 리얼타임으로 처리할 수 있었으며 이는 DMA 제어신호 실행시간 58 μsec에 의하여 제한됨을 알았다. 측정결과 fs =14 KHz 일때 버터워스 (Butterworth)인 경우 1665 Hz, 체비세프(Tchebichef)에서는 1455Hz의 저지주파수(fsp)까지 설계조건과 근사한 필터특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 측정값에 대한 오차는 버터워스인 경우 fc = 500Hz에서 +0.2dB, fsp =1000Hz 애서 -1.1 dB 이었으며 체비세프인 경우 fc =500Hz에서 +0.ldB, fsp =750Hz에서 + 0.2dB 이었다. This paper describes realization of digital filter using $\mu$p controler and discusses measured characteristics of this filter, The idea of P. L. implementation[1] is used in realization, and in this system we utilize a DMA and arithmatic control program of $\mu$p. In this way, we can get more flexible capability than the basic PL method, and higher speed than a filter using general purpose $\mu$p in hardware, Furthermore, we get a 15 KHz sampling frequency(fs) as speed limit in real time processing, and know that this limitation is restricted by execution time (58$\mu$ sec) of DMA control statement. As for filter charateristics, maximum stop band frequencies (fsp) are 1665 Hz, 1445 Hz in Butterworth and Tchebichef approximation, respectively, when fs = 14 KHz. Measured errors between the design specification and the actual result are 0.2dB, 0.1 dB in pass band (when cufoff frequency is 500Hz),-1.1dB (when fsp is 1000Hz), 0.4dB(when fsp is 750 Hz) in stop band frequency of Butterworth and Tchebichef, respectively.
Lignans from the Fruits of the Red Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) and Their Antioxidant Effects

The fruits of Capsicum annuum were extracted using 80% aqueous MeOH, and fractionated using EtOAc and water. Repeated column chromatography using silica gel, octadecyl silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20 for the EtOAc fraction led to the isolation of a new lignan glycoside and a known one, icariside E5. From the results of spectroscopic data, including EIMS,FABMS, UV, IR, 1H and 13C-NMR, DEPT, and 2D-NMR (COSY, HSQC, HMBC), the chemical structure of the new lignan glycoside was determined as (8R)-isodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4'-O-(6''-vanilloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside named vanilloylicariside E5. All isolated compounds weretested for antioxidant activities using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay. Icariside E5 (2) and (8R)-Isodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (3) exhibited a strong scavenging effect on DPPH(2: IC50=42.1 μM, 3: IC50=4.5 μM).

Grains of sugary rice were extracted with 80% aqueous methanol, and the concentrated extracts were successively partitioned using ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water. From the n-butanol fractions, four flavonoid glycosides were isolated through repeated silica gel, octadecyl silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies. Based on the nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, and infrared spectroscopic data, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined to be taxifolin-7-O-b-d-glucopyranoside (1), hyperin (2), isoquercitrin (3), and quercetin gentiobioside (4). These compounds were isolated from the grains of sugary rice for the first time. All isolated compounds were tested for antioxidant activity and lowdensity lipoprotein (LDL)-antioxidative activity using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and LDL assays. Compound 1exhibited a strong scavenging effect on DPPH, with a 50% inhibition concentration (IC50) value of 8.1 lM, and also inhibited LDL oxidation with an IC50 value of 40.0 – 20 lM. A simple and efficient high-performance liquid chromatography/diode array detection method for the simultaneous determination of the four bioactive flavonoids (1–4) has been developed and applied to their content determination in the sugary rice. The grains were extracted by 80% methanol, and the contents of 1, 2, 3, and 4 were determined to be 1.12 – 0.045, 0.65 – 0.011, 0.68 – 0.032, and 0.89 – 0.021mg/g, respectively.

After Japanese Fukushima nuclear power plant accident caused by the beyond design basis earthquake and tsunami, it has turned to be a major challenge for nuclear safety. IAEA, US NRC and EU have provided new safety design standards for beyond design basis event, Domestic regulatory bodies have also enacted guidances for licensees and applicants on additional methods related to beyond design basis events. This paper describes several evaluation methods for applying to nuclear power plants piping for beyond design basis earthquake. As a results, energy method based on the absorbed energy on nuclear power plant, deterministic method following design code and theory, experience method considering past earthquake data and information and probabilistic methods similar to probabilistic risk assessment were reviewed.

An experimental study on the performance enhancement of a screw-compressor-type chiller with 100kW of nominal cooling capacity has been carried out. Performance test facility was developed to investigate the effects of a partial modification from the existing chiller on the performance. By replacing the existing shell-and -tube heat exchangers with plate heat exchangers, the cooling capacity is increased by 15~18% and the COP is also increased by 19~21% depending on the operation temperature range. Charging mixed refrigerant R22/R142b(80 : 20) instead of R22 into the chiller with plate heat exchangers improves the cooling capacity by 4% and the COP very largely by 30%. Each contribution of the plate evaporator, plate condenser, and mixed refrigerant to the performance enhancement is examined by analyzing the refrigeration cycle and the heat transfer processes. It is also shown that the chiller performance can be improved by adapting 2-stage-compression cycle using an economizer.

Following the 2011 Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant accident, the IAEA has issued a revised version of the Nuclear Safety Standard for beyond design basis earthquake to consider the core meltdown accident. In Korea, relevant laws and regulations were also revised to consider beyond design basis earthquake to nuclear components. In this paper, CAV, an seismic damage factor that determines the restart of nuclear power plant after operating breakdown earthquake, is proposed for extension to the beyond design basis earthquake. For pipings not satisfying the beyond design basis earthquake condition, several evaluation methods are suggested, such as strain-based evaluation methods, simple nonlinear analysis method and cumulative damage evaluation method.

This paper proposes a new lifetime aware buffer mapping method of a synchronous dataflow (SDF) graph on a hybrid memory system with DRAM and PRAM. Since the number of write operations on PRAM is limited, the number of written samples on PRAM is minimized to maximize the lifetime of PRAM. We improve the utilization of DRAM by mapping more buffers on DRAM through buffer sharing. The problem is formulated formally and solved by an optimal approach of an answer set programming. In experiment, the buffer mapping method with buffer sharing improves the PRAM lifetime by 63%.

산딸나무 열매를 100% MeOH로 추출하고, 얻어진 추출물을 EtOAc, n-BuOH 및 물로 용매 분획 하였다. 이 중 EtOAc 분획으로부터 silica gel과 octadecyl silica gel(ODS) column chromatography를 반복하여 3종의sterol 화합물을 분리, 정제하였다. 각 화합물의 화학구조는 NMR, MS 및 IR 등의 스펙트럼 데이터를 해석하여, ${\beta}-sitosterol$(1), $stigmast-4-en-6{\beta}-ol-3-one$(2), daucosterol(3)으로 동정하였다. 이 화합물들은 산딸나무에서 처음 분리되었다.
