질의응답 시스템에서 Case-frame을 이용한 정답 추출

본 논문에서는 질의문 내에 포함된 동사를 중심으로 문장에 대한 Case-Frame을 구성하고 그를 이용하여 문장내의 정답을 추출하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 질의 응답시스템 전체에 대하여 동사는 중요한 단서로 활용되며, 동사에 대한 활용은 구축된 동사 구문 사전 내에 구성된 Case-Frame구조를 이용한다. 동사구문사전은 동사의 일반적인 구문형태와, 각 성분들의 의미 속성, 유의동사 등의 정보를 담고 있다. 동사 구문사전의 효과를 높이기 위해 약 3만 어휘의 명사 의미 사전을 사용한다. 명사 의미사전은 동사 구문사전 내에 사용된 의미 분류로 나누어져 있다. 또한 문장에 대한 구문분석은 동사에 종속적인 품사의 의미 속성과, 문법 형태소의 격 정보를 이용하였다. 본 논문에서 일반적인 질의응답 시스템의 3단계에 맞추어 Case-Frame올 활용한 구문분석의 수행 단계를 보이고, 마지막에 각 기법의 정확도를 보였다. This paper describes a question-answering system using case-frame. Case-frame is the structure of a sentence containing a verb. So, the structure of case frame is determined by the verb. Each case frame includes typical sentence form, semantic categories of each sentence component, and synonym verbs. Noun dictionary including about 30,000 entries contains definitions of that noun, semantic categories, and synonyms for each noun. Our system analyzes input question, decides the case of each component, allocates case-decided components in case frame, and searches a component for empty slot in answer candidate phrases extracted from documents. Searched components are the candidates of answer, and they are ordered according to accumulated weights calculated in each stage.
Kink-effect 개선을 위한 세 개의 분리된 N+ 구조를 지닌 대칭형 듀얼 게이트 단결정 TFT 구조에 대한 연구

In this paper, we have simulated a Symmetric Dual-gate Single-Si TFT which has three split floating $n^{+}$ zones. This structure reduces the kink-effect drastically and improves the on-current. Due to the separated floating $n^{+}$ zones, the transistor channel region is split into four zones with different lengths defined by a floating $n^{+}$ region. This structure allows an effective reduction of the kink-effect depending on the length of two sub-channels. The on-current of the proposed dual-gate structure is 0.9 mA while that of the conventional dual-gate structure is 0.5 mA at a 12 V drain voltage and a 7 V gate voltage. This results show a $80 {\%}$ enhancement in on-current by adding two floating $n^{+}$ zones. Moreover we observed the reduction of electric field In the channel region compared to conventional single-gate TFT and the reduction of the output conductance in the saturation region. In addition we also confirmed the reduction of hole concentration in the channel region so that the kink-effect reduces effectively.
추출용매에 따른 ACTS002의 항산화 활성 및 지표성분의 함량 비교

Objectives: Samul-tang is commonly used to alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy. This study aimed to establish an efficient method of extracting ACTS002 based on Samul-tang using the yield, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and antioxidant assay. Methods: ACTS002 was extracted from each extraction solvent, and the contents of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (5-HMF), paeoniflorin, and ferulic acid were quantitatively analyzed and compared using HPLC. Moreover, the antioxidant activities of ACTS002 were measured using total flavonoids, total phenolic compounds, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS), and Ferric reducing/antioxidant power (FRAP). Results: All of the components were set as the index contents because they were easy to process. The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids was the highest in 70% ethyl alcohol extracts, and total phenolic compounds were the highest in 50% ethyl alcohol extracts. In DPPH, 50% ethyl alcohol extracts showed the highest activity, and in ABTS 70% ethyl alcohol extracts were the highest. In FRAP, 70% ethyl alcohol extracts showed the highest activity. Conclusions: ACTS002 can control quality by setting 5-HMF, paeoniflorin, and ferulic acid as the index contents. The antioxidant activity measurement was relatively high in the 50% and 70% ethyl alcohol extracts. Our results can predict the possibility of a pharmacological activity and the standardization of ACTS002.
