        독일 사회적기업 특징 고찰과 시사점

        본 연구는 독일 사회적기업의 특징을 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 사회적기업이 나아가야할 시사점을 제시하고자하였다. 독일사회적기업에대한사례고찰을통해법적ž제도적인부문의특징은다음과같다. 첫째, 독일의 사회적기업은 사회적기업에게 일정한 권한을 부여하는 준공식적인 지위를 갖고 있다는 것이다 둘째, 독일의사회적기업은기업의법적형태는다양한형태로설립과운영이보장되고있다는것이다. 셋째,사 회적기업의 주된 활동은 정규 노동시장 진입이 어려움에 놓여 있는 배제된 집단을 위한 일자리 창출과 노동시 장진입을주된목적을두고있다는것이다. 본연구를통해독일사회적기업의고찰을통해나타난고용정책적 측면에서 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실업자를흡수하는 대안을 수립하여 노동시장으로 실업자를 유입시키는역 할을 수행하게 하고 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 미숙련의 장기실업자를 위한 재교육과 이를 통해 이들을 노동시장으 로의유입을촉진하기위한사회적기업의창업에초점을두고있다는것이다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고 하였다. 첫째, 우리나라 사회적기업의 자생력을 확보할 수 있는 법적ž제도적 정비가 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 우리나라 사회적기업은 다른사업영역과의채널공 유와이를통한협력적네트워크구축이요구되어진다고판단된다.

        여성 리더의 성 역할과 신뢰가 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향 교육교재 : 유통기업을 대상으로

        Purpose – Since the early 1990s, it has been observed that the number and substance of studies on female leadership have been increasing. One of the reasons for this development may be concerned with the increasing number of female labor market participants as well as the greater opportunities for them to take higher positions in various organizations. In addition to this, the transition from mechanistic organizational structures that emphasize authority, control, and efficiency toward organic ones that focus on environmental adaptability, equality, and trust has also encouraged research on female leadership. The research tendency is based on the assumption that male and female leaders tend to exhibit different leadership styles according to their gender differences. Recent research has cast doubt on this assumption, by showing that the sociological gender roles of men and women are independent such that some female leaders show authoritative and control-oriented leadership, which were once considered to be male leadership styles. Research design, data, and methodology – This research attempts to carry out an empirical study on the gender-related leadership styles of female leaders and to examine their effect on group performance in the K business organization. This study also focuses on leader attributes such as trust, and it aims to discover whether these attributes should be regarded as independent or as moderating variables between leadership styles and performance. For these purposes, this study generated four hypotheses based on a review of the literature and it tested them using a survey. Female workers in the sales departments of the K Company, all of whom are women, were asked to provide an-swers to the presented questionnaires. This study hypothesizes that the type of gender roles played by women leaders will affect the job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the members of the sales group, and that the level of trust that is garnered by women leaders will also affect the types of gender roles that they play as well as employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Results – The results of this study show that both androgynous and masculine leadership styles are superior to the feminine leadership style in terms of employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, contrary to our expectations, this study fails to show the superiority of the androgynous leadership style over the masculine leadership style. Moreover, there are no significant differences between these two leadership styles with regard to group performance. Conclusions – This study shows that it is important that different attributes of leaders, such as how trusted they are, be treated as moderating variables between leadership and performance rather than as independent variables. Finally, as this is the first attempt to view the role of the gender in a new perspective, the managerial implications of this study for leadership research, as well as its limitations, are presented. Suggestions for future related research are also proposed.

        사회적기업 구성원의 공동체의식이 지속가능성에 미치는 영향 -충청남도 사회적기업을 중심으로-

        This study was conducted on social enterprises among the social economy, which collectively refer to social enterprises, village enterprises, cooperatives, and self-support enterprises. Specifically, it conducted empirical research on how the sense of community of members of social enterprises affects the sustainability of social enterprises. Verification has shown that the sense of community of members of social enterprises has a significant impact on sustainability. Based on the results obtained from these validations, we would like to suggest the following implications. First, in order to explore the continued growth of social enterprises and the potential for future-oriented development, it has verified the importance of the sense of community of members of social enterprises. Second, This study is meaningful in that it focuses on the sense of community of members of social enterprises through micro-access. Third, It is believed that a systematic and continuous education system is required through the government, local governments and social enterprise middle organizations to foster a sense of community as well as in terms of government support.

        사회적기업 지원제도에 관한 한·일간 비교 연구

        In this study, we wanted to propose suggestions for Korean social enterprises to come up with forward-looking and sustainable development measures through comparative research on the support system for social enterprises in Korea and Japan, taking into account the aspects that have been cited as problems with the support system for social enterprises. Comparative analysis based on the research process resulted in the following results and presented policy implications accordingly. First, in the case of Korea, financial support, business management support and other support systems are conducted under the government-led, so it is highly dependent on the central government. Consider this, it is highly likely that the suspension or reduction of the central government support system will have a serious negative impact on the existence of social enterprises themselves. In other words, for sustainable growth of social enterprises, building social and organizational networks, building their own management strategies, improving their organizational structures and building ecosystems and infrastructure that can create competitive advantage. Second, in Korea, the framework is established as diverse as direct and indirect financial support, business management support, and other support under the Social Enterprise Development Act, but many social enterprises such as those that cancel accreditation or close business often appear at the end of this support because of the high support of labor costs among direct financial support systems. This is deemed necessary to change the direction of the policy support system that can increase self-reliance by generating sustainable management performance of social enterprises. It can be said that Korea's support system for social enterprises has reached a time when it needs a shift in direction that can lead to stable management and qualitative growth and sustainable management, not quantitative growth of social enterprises. This is deemed to require, among other things, the establishment of an organic network of social enterprises and the creation of an eco-system.

        지역공동체 활성화를 위한 마을기업 성공사례 - 조내기 고구마의 사례연구 -

        The purpose of this study is to explore the sustainable development of Korean village enterprises and to promote the local communities and improve the income by providing jobs for the local residents. The success factors of village enterprises through case studies are as follows. First, it promoted win-win cooperation with product development through agreement with 'Dreaming Patisserie' from the viewpoint of 'network formation'. Second, it can be said that it has increased its own competitiveness through participation in various towns' enterprises fairs and education. Third, in the effort to strengthen the competence and competence of the representative, the representative has the will and enthusiasm and believes in the typical 6th industrial business model that develops the first product called sweet potato into processing, distribution, and service (field experience and product development). Fourth, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of products (products or services), consumers are encouraged to cultivate eco-friendly eco-friendly cultivation that reflects consumer trends in the production process. Fifth, the company has developed and distributed various sales products such as sweet potato mellow, caramel, chocolate, miso, kochujang, and chocheong in addition to sales of the first product type. Lastly, we have contributed to local job creation by employing experienced elderly people in the area. The following are strategic suggestions for sustainable success of village enterprises through this study. First, it is necessary to pursue creative product development strategy for differentiated product development that utilizes local resources unique to the village enterprise alone. Second, a systematic approach is needed to highlight the unique personality of a company that can lead to brand differentiation. Third, it is very effective to develop products and brands that match the emotional image of a village company that can satisfy consumers' needs, and to carry out ongoing public relations activities. It is an effective technique to pursue efficiency of management.

        사회적기업 비즈니스 모델과 사업 방향성 전환의 사례연구-사회적기업 ㈜해피캔버스 사례를 중심으로

        This study focused on the business models pursued by various types of social enterprises so far to overcome the uncertain environment and secure self-sustaining power to become a forward-looking sustainable company. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we would like to present the following implications for the transition of the business model through a case study of Happy Canvas Co., Ltd., a certified social company. First, Happy Canvas Co., Ltd. is a participatory program that learners(clients) can directly participate in developing and carrying out educational programs. Through these participatory programs, learners can induce participation to induce awareness and immersion in learning to induce motivation. Second, it is a program that focuses on discovering experiential content linked to the region. Through the development of these programs, it was possible to expand and reproduce them as projects linked to the local community, which can have a positive effect of revitalizing local career education and expanding competitiveness. Third, through the development of IT technology and the development of educational APP in response to the AI era, it was possible to have a more friendly and efficient educational effect on the MZ generation as well as the youth generation, and to expand the base of educational consumers by solving time and space constraints. Fourth, it is not limited to the development of educational programs, but is expanding the scope of its business to online sales by establishing a network with social enterprises that produce products among local social enterprises based on its own site. Based on the results of this study, it is believed that it is necessary to establish a network of close and diverse channels between social enterprises to achieve the purpose of creating social value.

        사회혁신기업의 비즈니스 모델과 기업가정신이 사회혁신기업 성과에 미치는 영향 : 시장지향성의 조절효과

        According to the results verified through this study, first, it was found that the inclusive business model had a positive (+) effect on social value and financial performance. Second, entrepreneurship was found to have a positive (+) effect on social value and financial performance. Third, market orientation has been shown to have a moderating effect on inclusive business models and entrepreneurship in influencing social values and financial performance. Based on these verification results, the following implications are presented. First, it is judged that social innovation companies are now required to switch to a new business model in order to secure self-sustaining power and sustainable corporate management. Second, it can be seen that the conductivity, creativity, and leadership of entrepreneurship are required. Third, it was judged that social innovation companies would seek management efficiency through market orientation to promote future-oriented development and realize social value and improve profitability. Fourth, in order to achieve the purpose pursued by social innovation companies, it is necessary to find strategic alternatives to actively cope with rapidly changing and uncertain market environments.

        사회적기업 경영자의 윤리적 리더십이 사회적기업 구성원의 직무몰입에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 사회적기업 경영자가 발휘하는 윤리적 리더십의 투명성과 정직성이 사회적기업 조직구성원의 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증연구였다. 검증을 통해 나타난 결과를 바탕으로 사회적기업 경영자의 윤리적 리더십을 통한 사회적기업 조직구성원의 직무몰입 함양에 대한 중요성 인식을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 검증된 결과를 기반으로 볼 때 사회적기업 경영자의 윤리적 리더십 중 투명성과 정직성은 사회적기업 조직구성원의 직무몰입에 유의마한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 사회적기업 경영자가 발휘하는 윤리적 리더십은 사회적기업 조직구성원이자신이 수행하는 직무에 대한 태도 관리 부분에 있어 매우 중요한 리더십이라고 판단되었다. 사회적기업은 수익성 제고를 통한 지속적 발전과 사회적 가치 창출이라는 두 가지 사명을 동시에 추구하는 기업이라는 점에서 기존 기업과는 차별화된 특성을 가지고 있는 기업이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 이러한 차별성과 함께 사회적기업은 기존 기업과의 경쟁에 있어 경쟁 열악한 상황에 있다고 볼 수 있다. 사회적기업이 지니고 있는 이러한 상황을 고려할 때 사회적기업 조직구성원의 직무와 관련된 태도인 직무몰입의 함양은 사회적기업 경영자들이 고려해야할 중요한 변수라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 측면에서 사회적기업 경영자들은 윤리적 리더십을 발휘하고 나아가 윤리경영을 실천함으로써 사회적기압 조직구성원의 바람직한 방향으로의 태도 변화를 이끌어 내는 데 있어 고려해야할 중요한 리더십 역량이라고 판단된다. In this study, it was an empirical study on the effect of transparency and honesty of ethical leadership exerted by social enterprise managers on job immersion of members of social enterprises organizations. Based on the results shown through verification, it presented implications for recognizing the importance of fostering job immersion among members of social enterprise organizations through ethical leadership of social enterprise managers. Based on the verification results shown in this study, it was found that transparency and honesty among ethical leadership of social enterprise managers had a significant positive effect on job immersion of social enterprise organizational members. These results determined that ethical leadership exerted by social enterprise managers is very important leadership in the management of attitudes toward the duties performed by members of social enterprises. A social enterprise is a company that has different characteristics from existing enterprises in that it pursues two missions of continuous development and creating social value through increasing profitability. In particular, with this differentiation, social enterprises can be seen as having a poor competition in competition with existing enterprises. Given this situation that social enterprises have, the cultivation of job immersion, an attitude related to the duties of members of social enterprise organizations, is an important variable that social enterprise managers should consider. In this respect, social enterprise managers are considered important leadership capabilities to consider in eliciting changes in attitudes toward social pressure organizational members by exercising ethical leadership and further practicing ethical management.

        사회적기업 경영자의 변혁적 리더십이 구성원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 대구지역 사회적기업을 대상으로

        본 연구는 실증연구를 통해 사회적기업 경영자들의 변혁적 리더십이 구성원의 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 실증연구를 통해 사회적기업 구성원들의 조직몰입 함양을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 검증된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십의 구성요소 사회적기업 경영자가 발휘하는 카리스마는 조직 구성원의 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십의 구성 요소 중 사회적기업 경영자가 발휘하는 지적 자극은 조직 구성원의 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 변혁적 리더십의 구성 요소 중 사회적기업 경영자가 발휘하는 개별적 배려는 조직 구성원의 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 기존의 기업과 달리 이익을 달성하고 더불어 사회적가치를 창출해야 하는 사회적기업의 경영 특상 상 지속가능성을 유지하기 위해 조직 구성원들이 그들이 속한 조직을 사랑하고 열정을 다하여 직무 수행에 임하면서 충성을 다하는 조직몰입에 대하여 경영자가 발휘하는 변혁적 리더십과 실증 검증을 하였다는 것이다. 둘째, 사회적기업을 경영자의 그 조직 내에서 발휘해야할 역할과 의무, 나아가 책임에 대해 해답을 제시했다는 것이다. This study aimed to present implications for fostering organizational commitment among members of social enterprises through empirical research on how transformative leadership of social enterprise managers affects members' organizational commitment. The results verified in this study are as follows. First, it has been shown that the charisma exerted by social enterprise managers, a component of transformational leadership, has a positive(+) impact on organizational commitment by organizational members. Second, among the components of transformational leadership, the intellectual stimuli exerted by social enterprise managers have been proven to have a positive impact on organizational commitment by organizational members. Third, among the components of transformational leadership, individual considerations exerted by social enterprise managers have a positive impact on organizational commitment by organizational members. The following implications are presented in this study. First, in order to maintain sustainability due to the management characteristics of social enterprises that need to achieve profits and create social value, the management demonstrated the transformative leadership and demonstration of loyal organizational immersion. Second, the answer was given to the roles, duties, and even responsibilities of the management of the social enterprise within the organization.
