Having regarded space technology as one of national strategic technologies for its national development, the Korean Government legislated "Space Development Promotion Act" in 2005. Based on it, the Korean government established "National Space Committee" and set up "Long-Term Plan for Korea's Space Development". For the fulfillment of those national policies, related organizations including Korea Aerospace Research Institute are developing various satellites, space launch vehicle(KSLV-1), and Naro-space center. etc.
A Conditional Indirect Survey Method

For improving the quality of survey dat a of sensitive character, we suggest a conditional in direct survey method. In th at method, only the respondents who answer directly to the less sensitive question respond indirectly to the more sensitive one by using the one sample unrelated question randomized response technique with the known $\pi_y$, the true proportion of unrelated group Y. We extend it to two sample method when $\pi_y$ is unknown. We also consider the case that people who possess less sensitive character answer untruthfully. Finally we compare our method with the methods of Greenberg et al. and Carr et al..

콘크리트는 초기부터 미세균열을 포함하고 있으며 이들의 성장과 전파에 의해 파손이 발생한다. 이와같은 과정을 손상이라 한다. 연속체 손상역학의 개념을 소개하고 열역학 법칙으로부터 자유에너지함수와 소산포텐셜을 가정하여 이차텐서로 나타낸 손상모델의 전개법칙과 구성방정식을 제안하였다. 구성방정식은 탄성과 손상 및 소성을 고려하도록 하였다. 도출된 모델을 이용하여 단조하중에 의한 일축과 이축응력을 받는 콘크리트에 적용하여 그 타당성을 검정하였다. Concrete contains numerous microcracks initially. The growth and propagation of microcracks cause failure of concrete. These processings are termed as "damage". The concepts of the continuum damage mechanics are presented and the damage evolution law and constitutive equation are derived by using the Helmholz free energy and the dissipation potential by means of the thermodynamic principles. The constitutive equation includes the effects of elasticity, damage and plasticity of concrete. The proposed model successfully predicts the nonlinear behavior of concrete subject to monotonic uniaxial and biaxial loadings.
