This study suggests that Open Architecture Robot Controller with real time Linux for a basis. The suggested Robot Controller is necessary to PC, Motion Board, Motor Driver in hardware and Device Driver for the Motion Board, Path Planning, Robot Language, GUI in software. The latter factors is realized on the Linux, in the end it is applied RTOS. Because Robot Controller is the system that should be satisfied not only accuracy application results but also correct time on the contrast basis. Also, it is showed that its whole frame, software project for user, and self confidence about manufacturing application of user. And hence, it will be apply several application Robot.
