This research conducted to show a new developing scheme of Korean Military Inspection System. There is much useful information which is acquired from the audition system of a foreign contries and civil sector. We introduced the U.S. Auditing. System(GAO : General Auditing System) and the French Auditing System (La Cour Des Comptes), and then presented the developing system direction of the Korean Military Inspection system by analysing and comparing with several auditing systems which are the internal auditing system of civil sector, the auditing system of education, and the U.S. Army inspection system.
특수부대 팀장의 정서역량이 팀원의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 연구 - 변혁적·거래적 리더십의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

The objective of this study is to identify the relation of the emotional competence of the supervisor and the transformational and transactional leadership, and further more to verify the effect of the emotional competence of the team leader on the organizational citizenship behaviors of the team member throughout the transformational and transactional leadership. To achieve the objectives, the empirical study has been done by survey of 30 army special force teams, 286 army special forces, who are able to show organizational citizenship behavior more clearly. According to the analysis, first, the emotional competence of the team leader has significantly positive relation with transformational and transactional leadership. Second, team members shows more active organizational citizenship behavior when the team leader’s leadership is transformational rather than transactional. Third, the emotional competence of the team leader has an effect on the team member’s organizational citizenship behaviors through transformational and transactional leadership. Finally, suggestions and implications have been made for the policies in ROK Army.
