        각종 간질환자에서 혈청 Beta2-microglobulin 치의 임상적 의의

        To evaluate the significance of serum beta₂-microglobulin in patients with various liver diseases, serurn Beta₂ m levels were measured in 44 cases of normal controls, 32 cases of asymptomatie HBsAg carriers and 134 patients with various liver diseases, by radioimmunoassay using Phadebas Beta2~micro test kits. The following results were obtained: I) The mean level of serum β₂ m was 1 39+-0.25㎎/ℓ(Mean+-S.D.) in normal controls (1.39+-0.23㎎/ℓ in 24males, 1.38+-0,27㎎/ℓin 20 fernales). 2) The seram levels of B2m in patients with various Iiver diseaaes and asymptomatic HBsAg carriers were as follows; 1.400.27㎎/ℓ in asymptomatic HBsAg carriers, 2.42+-0.377 mg/l in 45 patients with acute viral hepaitis, 2.10+-0.26 mg/l in 46 patients with chronic persistent hepatitis, 2.60+-0.34㎎/ℓin 23 patients with chronic active hepatitis, and 2.60+-0.49 ㎎/ℓin 20 patients with liver cirrhosis. Serum β₂ m levels of each disease group were significantly higher than that of normal controls(p$lt;0.001). 3) There was significant correlation between the levels of serum β₂ m and the degrees of lymphocytic infiltration in patients with chronic active hepatitis(p$lt;0.001). 4) Significant correlations were observed between the levels of serum betA₂,-microglobuin and serum alanine aminotransferase(r=0.68, p$lt;0.05) and bilirubin(r=0.63, p$lt;0.05) in 15 patients with acute viral hepatitis. In conclusion, the serum beta₂,-microglobulin levels were increased in patients with various liver diseases, and it may serve as a new index of liver disease activity.

        국내 SRF 사용시설의 배출가스 내 바이오매스 함량 분석방법 연구- 용해선별법과 탄소동위원소 질량분석법 비교

        Carbon dioxide produced from biomass is biogenic. It is considered to be neutral carbon, and is therefore excluded from calculations of greenhouse gas emissions. In Korea, methods for calculating greenhouse gas emissions are categorized into Tiers 1 to 4, according to emission activities. Emissions measured by the methods in Tiers 1 to 3 are partially excluded from total CO2 emissions according to the proportion of biomass contained in the waste. The Tier 4 method measures CO2 emissions by measuring the amount and composition of the exhaust gas. However, this method does not consider the biomass content. In Tier 4, as in Tiers 1 to 3, it is necessary to partially exclude CO2 emissions from the greenhouse gas emissions in the flue gas according to the biomass ratio. In this study, the biomass content of SRF used in domestic facilities was analyzed using SDM. In addition, the biomass content of the exhaust gas from these facilities was analyzed using AMS. It was found that SRF contains 43.6% biomass on average. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the biomass content of the SRF used in facilities measured by SDM and the biomass content of the exhaust gases measured by AMS were similar.

        2017년 자살 관련 지표들과 추이

        Suicide is a major public health issue that causes over 800,000 deaths each year globally. Korea ranks high in suicide rates, in which around 24.3 per 100,000 individuals are reported to have died by intentional self-harm in 2017 according to Statistics Korea. The aim of this study was to examine the current status and trend of suicide ideation and attempt using data from the following five sources: Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination (KNHANES, ‘07–13, ‘15–17), Korean Community Health Survey (KCHS, ‘08–09, ’13, ’17), Korean Wealth Panel Study (KOWEPS, ‘12–17), Korea Health Panel Survey (KHP, ‘10–13), and Statistics Korea (1983–2017). Suicide ideation and attempts were also further examined based on equalized household income levels. Data published by Statistics Korea were used to show the updated suicide rate and number of deaths by intentional self-harm. The rate of suicide ideation at the recent year was 4.73% (KNHANES, ‘17), 6.96% (KCHS, ‘17), 1.63% (KOWEPS, ‘17), and 5.39% (KHP, ‘13). That of suicide attempts as recent year was 0.71% (KNHANES, ‘17), 0.32% (KCHS, ‘17), and 0.09% (KOWEPS, ‘17). Annual percentage change of suicidal ideation was -15.4% (KNHANES, ‘07–17), -2.5% (KCHS, ‘08–17), -8.6% (KOWEPS, ‘12–17), and -10.9% (KHP, ‘10–13). Annual percentage change of suicide attempts was -4.0% (KNHANES, ‘07–17), -4.4% (KCHS, ‘08–17), and -14.9% (KOWEPS, ‘12–17). Individuals with lower income levels were more likely to experience suicide ideation and attempts. Considering that Korea still shows a high suicide rate despite the continuously decreasing trend of suicide ideation and attempt, continuous observation and appropriate policy implementation regarding suicide related problems are necessary.

        일본의 국제농업기술협력동향

        日本의 國際農業技術協力動向을 파악코자 國際農林水産業硏究센타(JIRCAS)를 방문하여 蒐集한 資料를 토대로 分析결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 國際農林水産業硏究센타(JIRCAS)는 日本의 集約的인 協力硏究와 國際社會참여를 고조시키고자 '93.10月 설립 2. JIRCAS의 總人力은 165名의 硏究員과 行政要員으로 構戚되며 이 中 41名은 Okinawa 亞熱帶試驗場에 40여명은 海外파견 3. '94 회계년도의 JIRCAS 총예산은 198億원이며 이중 試驗事業費는 全體예산 34%인 68億원이며 시험사업비 배분율은 國際共同硏究와 海外파견이 73%이며 Okinawa 특정과제비 17%, 연구교류, 자료수집비 순임 4. JIRCAS의 重點推進硏究內容은 生物多樣化 지속과 遺傳資源 및 環境保全을 위한 地球課題 遂行이며 원활한 課題推進을 위해 農業, 林業 및 水産業 전문가들이 共同 참여 5. JIRCAS는 국제농업연구협력단(CGIAR)傘下 18個 國際硏究機關中 國際米作 硏究所(IRRI) 등 11個 機關과 共同硏究 推進 This paper aims to investigate the agricultural research trends in the Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences(JIRCAS) with the agricultural research information data collected from the JIRCAS on Feb. 1996. JIRCAS has a current staff of 165 including research scientists & administrators & total expenditure is 2,645,216thousands of Yen in which operating costs are 1,735,894thousands of Yen & research promotion costs are 909,322thousands of Yen respectively. JIRCAS serves as a base of Japan's contribution to international agricultural research & development of technology in response to the many changes in the world situation. JIRCAS is committed to contributing to the sustainable developement of agriculture, forestry & fisheries on a global scale in harmony with the preservation of the environment and ultimately to the welfare of the international community. JIRCAS is engaged in research collaboration with 11 of the 18 organizations of the CGIAR (Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research).

        자전거 이용자를 위한 일회용 미세먼지 마스크 디자인 연구

        Bicycle riders complain of many inconveniences when wearing glasses, sunglasses and masks. The disposable fine dust mask has been developed to resolve such inconveniences of bicycle riders. The scope of research is limited to the fiber which generates one-time static electricity and the shape of the mask due to the characteristic of fine dust mask. The purpose is to design and make the fine dust mask with a simple production process. The new disposable fine dust mask has secured enough space of the mask in front of the mouth by longitudinal folding and minimized stuffiness by maintaining the shape of the folded part to prevent touching the mouth even by heavy breathing. The streamlined sponge is attached at the part of nose support and the area of the cheek has been expanded to be about 2.5cm wider than ordinary masks to improve tight seal at the side. In addition, a new disposable fine dust scarf mask has been developed to block ultraviolet rays for the face and neck while filtering fine dust with the tight fine dust mask. 자전거 이용자가 안경 및 선글라스를 쓴 상태에서 마스크를 착용 할 때 여러 가지 불편함을 호소한다. 본 논문은 이러한 불편함을 보완하여 자전거 라이더들에게 필요한 일회용 미세먼지 마스크를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 미세먼지 마스크의 특성상 일회성 정전기 발생 섬유와 마스크의 형태적 문제로 연구범위를 제한하고 기존 미세먼지 마스크를 간결한 제작공정으로 디자인한다. 이렇게 개발된 일회용 미세먼지 마스크는 세로방향 접힘으로 입 앞 마스크 내 공간을 충분히 확보하였고 거친 숨에도 입에 닿지 않게 접힘 부위형태가 유지 되게 하여 답답함을 최소화 하였다. 코지지대에 유선형 스폰지를 부착하고 안면 볼 부위를 일반마스크 보다 2.5cm 정도의 확장하여 측면 밀착성을 높였다. 또한 기존에 없던 일회용 미세먼지 스카프 마스크를 제작하여 안면과 목 부위 자외선을 차단하고 밀착성 높은 미세먼지 마스크를 개발하였다.

        A Rare Complication after Latissimus Dorsi Flap Breast Reconstruction: Radial Nerve Palsy

        Among autologous breast reconstruction techniques, breast reconstruction using the latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap is widely used, offering advantages including the relative simplicity of the procedure and the reliable and consistent vascularity of the flap. Accordingly, more than 500 cases have been performed in the past 8 years at Kyungpook National University Medical Center. This study reports on a rare case involving a radial nerve neuropathy complication which was experienced for the first time at the medical center. The current case demonstrates that in addition to common complications, such as seroma of the donor site and scarring, additional intraoperative complications in areas unrelated to the surgical site can occur, including radial nerve neuropathy in the opposite arm.

        멜론 여름재배 시 포그 및 공기유동팬 이용 효과

        시설재배 멜론은 소득이 비교적 높고 시설 내 환경 변화에 민감한 작목이다. 특히 여름 고온기재배 시에는 광합성 저하와 호흡 증가로 인해 멜론의 생산성과 품질이 저조하다. 고품질 멜론 생산을 위해서 는 시설 내 기온과 습도를 적정 조절하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 고온기 멜론재배 시에 포그 및 공기유동팬을 이용한 온도와 습도 조절이 과실 품질에 미치는 효과를 구명하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 포그와 유동팬을 가동 할 때 시설 내 기온은 최대 7℃, 평균 3.2℃ 강하되었고 상대습도는 최대 28%, 평균 12% 상승하였다. 이러한 온도와 습도 조건의 영향으로 무처리(천창과 측창환기 실시)에 비하여 멜 론의 과중이 300g, 당도가 1.5°Bx 각각 높았다. Greenhouse grown melon(Cucusmis melo var reticulates) is a high-value and it is sensitive to change in environmental parameters. In summer growing season an indoor air temperature can rise to undesirable low level which can significantly affect melon photosynthetic ability, transpiration rates, thereby decreasing the fruit quality and yield. Keeping optimal or near optimal environmental conditions during melon production in greenhouse is important, since it will ensure high productivity. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of controlling temperature and humidity using fog system combined with air circulation systems on the fruit quality of greenhouse grown melon in a hot season of the year. Experiment showed that operation of fog system and air circulation fan in melon greenhouse lowered indoor temperature by 7.0℃(max) and 3.2℃(average) as well as elevated relative humidity by 28% (max) and 12.0%(average). Fruit weight and soluble solids of melon in greenhouse equipped with the fog system and air circulation fans were increased by 300 g and 1.5 oBx, respectively, compared to those in control greenhouses(with only roof and side windows).

        4차 산업혁명에 따른 해외 선진은행의 인적자원관리 사례 분석과 시사점

        4차 산업혁명은 은행산업의 고객 행태, 비즈니스 및 인력 변화를 가져오는 등 은행산업의 지형을 크게 변화시키고 있다. 본 연구는 해외 선진은행의 4차 산업혁명에 따른 인적자원관리 사례분석을 통하여 핵심적인 특징을 도출하였고, 이를 토대로 우리나라 은행권을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 4차 산업혁명에 따른 해외 선진은행의 인적자원관리 변화의 특징으로 디지털 인력전략의 수립, 혁신적인 모집·채용 방식 개발, 디지털 아카데미 신설 및 혁신적인 교육훈련 프로그램 개발, 디지털 직군 신설 및 경력개발 지원, 디지털 문화 확산 등이 나타났다. 우리나라 은행들이 4차 산업혁명에 대응하여 효과적인 디지털 인력관리를 하기 위해선 단기적으로는 모집·채용의 변화가 필요하고, 중기적으로는 영업점 단축에 따른 유휴 인력을 대상으로 디지털 교육을 강화해야한다. 또한 중장기적 관점에서는 체계적인 디지털 경력개발 관리가 이루어져야하며, 장기적으로는 조직문화에 대한 변화관리를 수행할 필요가 있다. 우리나라 은행권의 경우, 해외 선진은행들에 비해서 디지털 혁신 초기 단계에 있는 만큼, 디지털 전략의 추진과 함께 디지털 인재관리를 선제적으로 수행하는 것이 매우 중요하다는 시사점도 제시하였다. Die vierte industrielle Revolution fuehrt zu gravierenden Veraenderungen in der Bankindustrie in Bezug auf das Kundenverhalten, die Bankgeschaefte und die Beschaeftigten. Die vorliegende Studie ist eine Fallanalyse. Sie stellt die Kernmerkmale des Personalmanagements von fuehrenden Banken, die die digitale Innovation in der vierten industriellen Revolution aktiv durchfuehren, dar. Aufgrund der Kernmerkmale des Personalmanagements von den fuehrenden Banken werden wichtige Implikationen fur koreanischen Banken, die noch in der Anfangsphase der digitalen Innovation stehen, herausgestellt. Die in der vorliegenden Studie herausgefundenen Kernmerkmale des Personalmanagements von fuehrenden Banken in der vierten industriellen Revolution umfassen unter anderem die Einfuehrung einer digitalen Personalstrategie, die Entwicklung von innovativen Personalbeschaffungsmassnahmen, den Aufbau einer Digital Academy bzw. die Entwicklung innovativer Personalentwicklungsmassnahmen, die Einfuehrung einer “Digital job family” bzw. die Unterstuetzung der Karriereentwicklung und die Verstaerkung der digitalen Kultur. Die Handlungsempfehlungen fur koreanische Banken liegen in der Veraenderungen der Personalbeschaffungsmassnahmen, der Verstaerkung der digitalen Personalentwicklungsmassnahmen fuer Beschaeftigte, die von der Reduzierung von Filialen betroffen sind, die systematische Unterstuetzung durch das digitale Karrieremanagement und die Einfuehrung von Veraenderungsmanagement fuer die organisatorische Kultur. Als weitere Handlungsempfehlung wird die Wichtigkeit des digitalen Talentmanagements fuer koreanische Banken genannt.

        복잡계 이론을 적용한 교원능력개발평가 정책결정 과정 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze on the process of policy decision-making for Teacher Appraisal for Professional Development appling the Complexity and to find the implications for educational policy study. The characteristics of the Complexity theory as a background theory are reviewed, and also used to analyze the change of policy environment and the dynamic interactions from participants in the process of adopting Teacher Appraisal for Professional Development policy decision-making over time. The result shows that it is possible for us to apply and understand the process of policy decision-making for the teacher appraisal for professional development as the complexity system, because the process was showed the dynamic state and characteristics of the complexity system and networks, such as non equilibrium, non linearity, resonance field, butterfly effect, attractor, critical point, feedback, fractal, and self-organization. This study can provide substantial guidance for understanding the process of policy decision-making through identifying the characteristics of the complexity system within the educational policy. In spite of the limitation in research design, the overall results and suggestions would contribute to the theory, research and practice of educational policy for improvement of its effects. 본 연구는 교원능력개발평가 정책결정 과정에서 나타난 정책환경과 상황의 변화과정을 최근 과학계에서 주목하고 있는 복잡계의 관점을 적용하여 분석하고, 그 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 복잡계 이론에 대한 검토를 토대로 분석을 위한 틀을 마련하고, 교원능력개발평가 정책 결정과정에 관한 문헌들을 분석하여 정책결정 과정에 참여한 행위자들의 역동적인 상호작용 양태를 복잡계로 분석하였다. 분석을 바탕으로, 교원능력개발평가 정책결정과정은 수많은 행위자와 메타 행위자들로 구성되어 있는 복잡계로서 이해할 수 있으며, 정책결정과정이 정책관련 행위자들 사이에서 일어나는 활발한 상호작용을 통해 새로운 질서로 창발해 나가는 복잡계의 다양한 특성(비평형성, 비선형성, 공명장, 나비효과‧끌개, 임계점, 되먹임, 프랙탈, 자기조직화 등)을 보여주고 있음을 설명하였다. 이러한 메커니즘에 대한 이해는 교육정책을 입안하고, 결정하고, 집행해 나가는 과정에 유용할 수 있는 정보를 제공해 준다. 나아가 복잡계 이론은 교육정책 연구의 이론, 연구, 실제의 지평을 넓히는데 기여할 것이다.
