Currently, when digital horns are manufactured, the method of correcting the horn apparatus by hand with a source frequency and its duty cycle for the horn fixed is used to get a target sound. This method has weaknesses that it needs experts and their much working time. In this paper, an effective deviation correction capable digital horn is proposed and implemented, in which the method of correcting a source frequency and its duty cycle for the horn is used while allowing the deviation of structure of the horn apparatus. Using the deviation correction program for the digital horn makes the correction works easier than correcting by hand and the expert correction skill by hand is no longer needed. The method in this paper can considerably reduce the production cost by lowering the dependency on the experts and reducing their working time.

현재 생산되고 있는 디지털 혼은 기구물의 편차를 보정하기 위한 전문 작업 인력이 필요하고 작업 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기구물의 편차를 쉽게 보정할 수 있는 디지털 혼을 구현하였다. 이를 통해 작업 시간과 작업 인력을 감소시켜 생산성이 증가하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. The experts is needed to compensate for the gap between the manufactured horns and the expected horns in the process of production currently being used and therefore working time is easily affected and prolonged by the degree of experts’ skill. In this paper, the digital horn has been implemented, which can be easily compensated for the gap. The implemented horn reduces working time and work force and the productivity has been considerably enhanced.
