      • 개인특성, 관계특성, 혁신행동 및 혁신성과 간의 관계 : 다차원적 혁신행동을 중심으로

        개인수준 혁신행동에 관한 연구들의 대다수는 혁신행동을 단일차원에서 파악하고 있다. 그렇지만 혁신행동이라는 개념은 다차원적 현상으로 고려할 필요가 있다(Kleysen & Street, 2001). 본 연구에서는 혁신행동을 혁신창조, 혁신전파 및 혁신적용이라는 세 차원으로 구분하여 측정한 후 변수들 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 목적은 혁신행동의 다차원성을 고려한 후, 개인특성, 관계특성, 혁신행동 및 혁신성과 간의 관계를 확인하고자 함이다. 혁신행동의 선행요인을 개인특성과 관계특성으로 분류하였다. 창의성, 성취욕구 및 조직기반자긍심을 개인특성으로, 리더-구성원 교환관계, 팀-구성원 교환관계 및 조직지원인식을 관계특성의 하위 개념으로 파악하였다. 필요한 자료는 다양한 조직의 구성원 1,060명으로부터 설문조사를 실시하여 수집하였다. 연구모형의 적합도와 변수들 간의 관계를 확인하기 위해 AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 공분산구조분석을 실시하였다. 연구모형의 적합도는 변수들 간의 관계를 추론하는데 적정한 것으로 판단된다. 변수들 간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 창의성, 성취욕구 및 팀-구성원 교환관계는 혁신행동의 세 차원 모두와 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 관계를, 조직기반자긍심과 조직지원인식은 혁신행동의 두 차원(혁신전파와 혁신적용)과 유의한 정(+)의 관계를, 혁신창조와 혁신적용이라는 혁신행동의 두 차원은 혁신성과와 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 그렇지만 리더-구성원 교환관계는 혁신행동의 세 차원 모두와 유의한 관계를 갖지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 혁신행동에 관한 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 연구결과를 통해 구성원들의 충원, 교육훈련, 리더십, 조직개발 등과 관련된 의사결정에 필요한 정보를 제공하고 있다. Innovative behavior studies often assess only one dimension of innovative behavior. As such, they do not sufficiently capture the richness of the construct of innovative behavior(Kleysen & Street, 2001). Measures and tests a multi-dimensional measure of innovative behaviors(generativity, championing, and application). This study investigates the relationship between individual characteristics, relationship characteristics, innovative behaviors, and innovation performance. The determinants of innovative behavior are represented by two dimensions: individual characteristics and relationship characteristics. Creativity, needs for achievement, and organization-based self-esteem are consider important aspects of individual characteristics, and leader-member exchange, team-member exchange, and perceived organizational support are consider important aspects of relationship characteristics. Generativity, championing, and application are identified as the dimensions of innovative behaviors. In order to analyze the fitness of the research model and to test the hypotheses, the data are collected from 1,060 members in various organizations through the administration of structured questionnaires. A series of covariance structure analysis is performed by the AMOS package. The goodness of fit indices indicate that the fit of the model to the data is generally good. The results reveals that (1) creativity, needs for achievement, and team-member exchange has significant positive relationships with innovative behaviors(generativity, championing, and application), (2) organization-based self-esteem and perceived organizational support has significant positive relationships with innovative behaviors(championing and application), (3) innovative behaviors(generativity and application) has significant positive relationships with innovation performance, (4) However, there is no significant relationships between leader-member exchange and innovative behaviors(generativity, championing, and application). The results of this study have implications for both theory of innovative behavior and management practice. The findings of this research provide some guidance to making decision on staffing, training, leadership, and organizational development.

      • GPU 프로그램의 원자성위배를 자율적으로 수리하기 위한 기법

        The concurrent program potentially contains the threat of atomicity violation, one of race conditions which thread violates atomicity of shared memory accesses, that makes result of atomic operation different with programmer intended. On-the-fly atomicity violation repairing is the significant technique for eliminate the atomicity violations. But atomicity violations in the GPU programs cannot be repaired due to GPU program dose not provide lock and sleep instruction which is used to implement existing techniques. This paper presents a technique for On-the-fly repairing of atomicity violation in GPU programs. The key ideas of this technique is replacing reference of memory access to it's duplication and re-execute atomic region when atomicity violation occurs. This technique can repair 4 patterns of atomicity violation that represents atomicity violations in real world program.

      • 現行 敎員昇進規定에 관한 敎員의 認識分析 : 경기도 광주·하남시 중등학교 교사를 중심으로

        The basic principles for promotion of teachers center upon the boosting of teacher morale and achievement of education policies by employing education administrators where needed in Korean Academia. Teachers should know the rules governing their possible promotions. Therefore I distributed 320 questionnaires to teachers working for Gyeonggi do Gwangju Office of Education which includes Hanam city for the sample group from October 15th, 2003, to November 1st of the same year. The questionnaire addressed the meaningful differences in the awareness of the current rules governing the promotion of teachers according to gender and age. 252(78.8%) out of the 320 questionnaires were returned. 231 respondents completed the questionnaires. The statistical method for this analysis was SPSS 11.0. You can see the results of the factor-principle component analysis of the questionnaire as follows: First, Satisfactory Knowledge of the rules governing the promotion of teachers could be as low as 12%. Second, regardless of gender or age, all gave the same response. "mediocre," when asked for their opinions regarding principals' evaluation of teachers. Third, 58.44% of the teacher-respondents gave the positive responses when asked about the current system of requirements for promotions; especially, those under the age of 39 were for it. Fourth, all respondents see eye to eye about the need for an adjustment in the grades for in-service training. Fifth, 33.77% of female respondents approved the new promotion rule which allows a senior teacher to be promoted to either Suseok teacher or vice principal. This research shows that teachers are interested in the promotion rules, but also that they are generally not well-informed as to the rules governing teacher promotion. I will emphasize two important issues in this thesis: First, I will explain the relationship between education administration and knowledge management. Second, I wish to point out that my research was limited to the two small cities of Gwangju and Hanam and their surrounding areas (which make up the Gyeonggido Gwangju Board of Education). Thus, this research cannot represent statistics from all around Korea.

      • Technological Resources and The Pattern of Related Technological Diversification : (An) Empirical Analysis of Patent Data

        This paper claims that technology overlap or technology relatedness is a critical factor in technological diversification. The hypothesis is tested that a firm that diversifies its technology extend the range of their innovative activities in a way of relatedness, i.e. in a non-random way. That is, we find out that a firm diversifies its innovative activity across related technological fields which share a common technology base and relies on specific principles. This paper tries to use a new measure of technological diversification. They are niche overlap using cosine family measure suggested by Sohn (2001) and technology input-output table using patent citation data, examining the pattern of technological diversification of the whole populations of firms in 1999. By examining the nature of technological diversification and outlining the ways in which diversification at the technological level, this paper found the robust evidence that related technological diversification is a major phenomenon across firms.
