음향 임피던스 균질화를 이용한 거꿀시간 참반사보정 성능개선

탄성파 자료의 영상화 과정에서 입력자료인 속도 모델에 불연속면이 있는 경우 반사파에 의해 참반사보정(migration) 결과가 왜곡될 수 있다. 따라서 참반사보정을 위한 속도 모델은 지층 경계면에서 샘 파동장과 수신기 파동장을 구할 때 발생하는 반사파를 제거하기 위해 평활화(smoothing)하여 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 그러나 속도 모델을 평활화할 경우 지층 경계면에서 속도 정보가 달라져 지하구조 영상이 왜곡될 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 최소화하기 위해 속도가 불연속인 층간의 음향 임피던스를 일정하게 만들어 샘 파동장과 수신기 파동장을 구할 때 발생하는 반사파를 줄이고자 하였다. 음향 임피던스를 일정하게 만들기 위해 속도 차이를 보상하는 가상의 밀도(fake density)를 정의하고 참반사보정에 사용하였다. 음향 임피던스가 모든 층에서 일정할 때, 반사면에서 수직 입사파의 반사계수가 영이 되고 반사파가 최소화되어 참반사보정 결과를 향상시킬 수 있다. 이를 검증하기 위해 셀기반 유한차분법을 이용하여 거꿀시간 참반사보정(reverse-time migration) 알고리듬을 구현하였다. 수치예제를 통해 속도 대비가 큰 지층 경계면에서 참반사보정 영상의 품질이 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있고, 특히 천부 지층에서 성능 개선효과가 큰 것을 관찰할 수 있다. Migration image can be distorted due to reflected waves in the source and receiver wavefields when discontinuities of input velocity model exist in seismic imaging. To remove reflected waves coming from layer interfaces, it is a common practice to smooth the velocity model for migration. If the velocity model is smoothed, however, the subsurface image can be distorted because the velocity changes around interfaces. In this paper, we attempt to minimize the distortion by reducing reflection energy in the source and receiver wavefields through acoustic impedance homogenization. To make acoustic impedance constant, we define fake density model and use it for migration. When the acoustic impedance is constant over all layers, the reflection coefficient at normal incidence becomes zero and the minimized reflection energy results in the improvement of migration result. To verify our algorithm, we implement the reverse-time migration using cell-based finite-difference method. Through numerical examples, we can note that the migration image is improved at the layer interfaces with high velocity contrast, and it shows the marked improvement particularly in the shallow part.

This thesis argues that "New Education Movement" right after Liberation should be studied with a broad scope on the political circumstances at the time, rather than be comprehended as a phenomenon associated with "merely inter-school problem". Right after the Liberation, Among those groups were US military government and pro-American group can be called "politically pro-HanMin party", "economically bourgeois", and "religiously Christian". Under Japanese rule, they thought allied strike, difficulty to enter schools, unemployment as the major educational issues and tried to resolve these problem by replacing the existing education methods with those focusing on practicality in everyday life and people"s adaptation to society. So even after the Liberation, they supported "Democracy Education" focusing on the improvement of individuals and their everyday life. Its core point was to import America"s new education methods and a new subject like "Social Life". "New Education Movement" was a series of activities introducing new instructional methods to teachers with a purpose of replacing the established educational methods by those based on new trends. The period of Government Establishment requested the remedial actions on side effects caused by coercive implant of American education system and the constructive actions for the establishment of independent educational system based on national identity. Shim, Tae-Jin, Cho, Jae-Ho etc took the initiative to introduce "Democratic National Education" in schools. These people are officials from the educational, disciplinary, school affairs department under Japanese. Accordingly, "Democratic National Education" was characterized by its exclusion of independent nationalist groups and its manifestation of American Life Education. This situation was settled down institutionally as Education Law was established in 1949. People with exclusively pro-American sentiment and officials who had taken charge of education for Chosun people took initiative in South Korea"s education policy making and administration, excluding Independent Nationalist groups" reform plans based on national independence and Korea"s unique customs. Objectives : Recently, some case reports have shown that risperidone is effective to refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder. Possible explanations for efficacy of risperidone in refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder maybe due to that it is both serolonin and dopamine receptor antagonist. On the basis of serotonin-dopamine interaction hypothesis, a biological etiology of obsessive-compulsive disorder, the effect of risperidone was evaluated to the suppressed spontaneous alternation behaviour of animal model of obsessive-compulsive disorder in rats. Methods : The apparatus for spontaneous alternation behaviour was a black plexiglas T-maze with distinctive black and white goal boxes. Black gullotine doors separated the start box and the goal boxes from the main body of the T-maze Small cups were placed in the corners of both goal boxes(all arms measured 50×10cm) 24 hours prior to experiment, rats(Spraque-Dawley) were food-deprived. The food-deprived rats were put into T-maze, in which both goal boxes were baited with small amounts of chocolate milk. Each rat was given 2 set of 7 trials during which it was placed in the start box and allowed to choose the one of the goal boxes for checked. After baseline of the number of choices of spontaneous alternation behaviour was stabilized, the pontaneous alternation disrupted by nonselective 5-HT agonist, 5-MeODMT (1.25mg/kg/IP). The experimental animals were stratified into 5 groups, fluoxetine(10mg/kg/IP), risperidone(0.1mg/Kg/IP), haloperidol(0.1㎎/Kg/IP), fluoxetine(10mg/Kg) with haloperidol(0.1 mg/Kg), and saline(0.5cc/IP) control group. Each drugs were injected for 21 days as a chronic treatment. The protective effects were evaluated on the nest day of discontinuation of the each drugs among 5 groups. Results : 1) After 21 days of the drug treatment, the risperidone group and the fluoxetine group showed significant difference from the haloperidol group and the saline control group on the protection of the 5-MeODMT induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour. 2) The fluoxetine group and fluoxetine with haloperidol group showed significant difference between before and after treatment in the protection of 5-MeODMT induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour. The risperidone group also showed significant difference between before and after treatment in the protection of 5-MeODMT induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour, but the protective effect of risperidone was superior to fluoxetine. Conclusion : These findings suggest that both risperidone and fluoxetine have a favorable effect in the protection of 5-MeODMT induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour. We think that risperidone can be possible alternatives to SSRIs in the treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder in clinical situation.

Tick bites are dermatoses not commonly encountered in Korea. Identification of causative ticks as well as recognition of clinical signs and histopathologic findings are important in making a diagnosis in tick-related dermatoses. Hard ticks which belong to the Family Ixodidae are responsible for most tick-related diseases. Since the first human case of tick bite in Korea was reported in 1982, seventeen cases have been reported up to the present. All the inflicted ticks belonged to the genus Ixodes except a case by Haemaphysalis flava. Among 16 ticks, collected from 16 cases of tick bites caused by the genus Ixodes, nine I. nipponenses, an I. ovatus and I. persulcatus were identified. Recently we experienced 8 cases of tick bites, 6 of them were caused by the genus Ixodes including 4 I. nipponenses. One of them, whose essential complaint was fever and chills, showed the clinical course of tick bite pyrexia which had not been reported in Korea. The clinical and epidemiological findings of tick bites reported in Korea were reviewed, including these 8 cases.
