In this paper, a instantaneous speed measurement method using a three phase sinusoidal encoder is described and it's simulations are developed. The proposed method can easily detect the AC motor speed by using that the encoder is propotion to the AC motor speed.<br/> The performance of proposed method is confirmed by computer simulation and experiment results, The high accuracy of the optimum control system, AC motor speed detection is designed and proposed.

This paper summarizes the results of these efforts by offering a photovoltaic system structure in 50㎾. The combination of photovoltaic system components are interconnected and system monitoring system will be summarized for the purpose of the increasing safety in this article. This paper describes configuration of utility interactive photovoltaic system which generated electric power supplies to dormitory. In order to installing the middle or large scale photovoltaic system, It must investigated the optimal design of system, compute quantity of power generation, economic rate of return and so on. In this paper represent 50㎾ utility photovoltaic system examination, developed simulation results and financial analysis. The performance of photovoltaic system has been evaluated, analyzed with simulation and financial analysis results. The results obtained in this research will be much useful to prior investigation for installing utility interactive photovoltaic system.

PV model is presented based on the shockley diode equation The simple model has a photo-current source, an single diode junction and a series resistance and includes temperature dependences An accurate PV module electrical model is presented, matching with boost converter MPPT strategy and demosnstarted in Matlab for a typical general purpose solar cell Given solar insolation and temperature, the model returns current vector and MPP.

To use land of area that land price hike is less as is serious being population centralism of big city by economic growth maximum, high building is making much. However, existent vertical carrier system has application height difficult a lot of controversial points in the High building. Specially, method that depend on iron vessel weight of line a lot of weights occupy and can increase ratio that vertical carrier system occupies gross area of building as height of building is high lineally and increase to maximum 30%. I wish to apply linear induction motor that is not existent vertical carrier system to solve these problem and design carrier system.
