        알츠하이머 치매 환자에서의 병식과 신경정신행동과의 연관성 : A Clinical Research Center for Dementia of South Korea (CREDOS) Study

        Objectives The aim of this study was to identify the association between insight and neuropsychiatric symptoms in patients with Alzheimer’s dementia (AD). Methods We examined 2607 patients with AD in the Clinical Research Center for Dementia of South Korea study and designed a cross-sectional study. Each patient underwent psychiatric,neurological, and medical examination, interview for caregivers, laboratory tests, neuropsychological tests, and brain MRI. Cognitive function was measured using the Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination, Global Deterioration Scale, and Clinical Dementia Rating. Behavioral and psychological symptoms were measured using the Korean version of the Neuropsychiatric Inventory. Daily Living was measured using the Barthel Index for daily living activities and Seoul-Instrumental Activities of Daily Living. Insight was classified according to ‘with insight’,‘partial insight’, and ‘without insight’ by interview with caregivers. Results Among the 2607 patients, 990 were included in the ‘with insight’ group, 1191 were included in the ‘Partial insight’ group, and the ‘without insight’ group included 426 patients. The ‘without insight’ group had a significantly higher aggression level than the ‘with insight’ group, but not the ‘partial insight’ group [odds ratio (OR)=1.46, 95% confidence interval (CI) : 1,14-1.88]. A significantly lower prevalence of depression was observed in the ‘Partial insight’ group and the ‘without insight’ group, compared to the ‘with insight’ group (OR=0.51, 95% CI : 0.43-0.61/OR=0.61, 95% CI : 0.48-0.78). The ‘partial insight’ group showed a lower anxiety level than the ‘with insight’ group (OR=0.63, 95% CI : 0.53-0.75). Conclusion Findings of this study confirmed that insight level was associated with aggression,depression, and anxiety in patients with Alzheimer’ dementia.

        경상남·북도 논매기소리 공간분포와 전파 특성에 관한 연구 - 지형요소를 중심으로 -

        In this study, the spatial distribution and diffusion characteristics of the Chingching-i, Sangsa and Ipmal in Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk provinces were analyzed using geomorphic elements. By examining the drainage network, we found that the Chingching-i is dominant along the Nakdong river, Wangpi stream, Hyeongsan river, Hwang river and Namgang, The Sangsa was widespared along the Nakdong river, Miryang river, Hwang river, Yangsan stream. The Ipmal appeared along the flow path of the Nakdong river, Naeseong stream, and Yangsan stream. A lineament analysis indicated that the chingching-i, Sangsa, and Ipmal are generally distributed along the NE-SW direction, coinciding with the strike of the Sobaek Mountains, the NS and NNE-SSW directions, coinciding with the strike of the Taebaek Mountains, and the Yangsan Fault zone. The whole intersection between these lineaments acted as a medium for smooth spreading of the sounds to neighboring regions. The findings of the present research can be used as basic data for regional classifiying the Gyeongsang Province using the spatial distribution characteristics of rice-paddy weeding songs, and it will be possible to build a spatial database.

        통계적 공간통합 모델을 적용한 산사태 취약성 지도 작성 연구 -왕피천유역 생태⋅경관보전지역을 대상으로-

        The study aimed to analyze the relationship and susceptibility between natural and environmental thematic maps, and landslides using a Bayesian prediction model and fuzzy set theory based on the likelihood ratio for the Wangpicheon Ecosystem and Landscape Conservation Areas. A total of 116 areas were extracted as landslide occurrence locations through aerial photographs and field surveys. Natural and environmental spatial information, related to the occurrence of landslides, was construct into the GIS environment. After conducting correlation analysis using the likelihood ratio between landslides and each spatial data, the relationship with the occurrence of landslides was confirmed through the difference in the likelihood ratio value or the increase/decrease pattern of the likelihood ratio value of each item in six spatial data excluding the aspect. The area around the forest road on the south slopes of Cheonchuksan Mountain was found to be the most susceptible to landslides in the study area, which is the area where granite gneiss is placed as the bedrock. In particular, landslides were highly susceptible in areas where the regolith profile of bedrock was exposed due to forest road construction. The accuracy of the prediction models was verified using the prediction ratio curve, which showed that the Bayesian prediction model has relatively higher accuracy than the fuzzy set theory. The landslide susceptibility map of the study area can be used as basic data when establishing a management system for possible landslide disasters in ecosystem and landscape conservation areas in the future.

        경기도 논매기소리의 공간분포 및 전파 특성 분석 - 상사 류, 방아 류, 몸돌 류를 사례로 -

        In this study, the spatial distribution and diffusion characteristics of the Sangsa and Banga, Momdol in Gyeonggi-do were analyzed using geomorphological elements. Based on the result of the drainage network analysis, distribution of the three type sounds were influenced by the Hangang and the Imjingang in common. As a result of lineament analysis, Sangsa and Banga, Momdol are generally distributed along the NE-SW direction that coincides with the strike of the Gwangju Mountains. In the northeastern region of Gyeonggi-do, the lineament in the N-S and E-W directions intersects due to the Gwangju Mountains and Chugaeryeong Tectonic Valley, which acted as a medium for smooth sound diffusion. In the southeastern region, multi-directional lineament appears, but the development is weak and forms an isolated basin, which confirms that there was difficulty in sound diffusion. In addition, in the western region, the distribution and intersection of multi-directional lineament appears, suggesting that cultural exchange took place. The analysis result will show the importance of building a cultural element DB in geography.

        드론 영상을 활용한 금강 하도내 퇴적환경 변화 연구: 세종보 개방을 중심으로

        In this study, the changes and characteristics of sedimentary environment in Geum River channel by opening gate of Sejong Weir were analyzed using aerial photos and drone images. Sedimentary landform was classified during the study period and it has been found that the changes of area in some classes such as mid-channel island of divided type, mid-channel island of undivided type, sand barrier, and sand island were larger than that of other classes. In addition, the characteristics of area changes of the sedimentary landform were analyzed in this study. As a result, it was determined that erosion and deposition of sediments in the river was depended on the increase of flow rate and velocity by the increase of precipitation particularly during the summer rainy reasons as well as typhoons, growth of vegetation, and efficiency of dam. The results can be used as data to identify the process of conserving endangered wildlife and restoring the naturalness of the river environment.

      • 노래부르기 과업이 브로카 실어증자의 읽기와 조음 능력에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 가사보며 노래부르기 과업으로 브로카 실어증자의 읽기와 조음능력을 향상 시키고자 하였다. 3명의 브로카 실어증 대상자로 하였으며 연구 방법은 사전-사후 검사를 사용하였다. 이 연구에서 사용된 노래부르기 과업은 3단계로 구성되어있다. 노래는 대상자에게 있어 익숙한 노래 5곡을 선정하였다. 1단계는 제공된 MP3파일로 노래를 들으며 따라부르기를 한다. 2단계는 문자단서로 제공된 노래가사를 한 음절씩 짚으며 따라 부르기를 하고, 3단계에서는 음을 점진적으로 제거하며 가사 읽기를 시도한다. 이에 치료실외에서도 하루에 3회씩 연습할 수 있도록 지도하였다. 그 결과 노래부르기 과업은 읽기, 조음능력 뿐만 아니라 따라말하기, 이름대기 등 전반적인 언어능력에 있어 향상을 보였다. The purpose of this research was to explore the effect of singing while reading the lyrics had on the reading and articulation skills of people with Broca’s aphasia. The study consisted of three subjects with Broca’s aphasia and the results were analysed by pre-to-post analysis. Thirdly, through the implementation of the task of singing, linguistic abilities, such as reading, intonation, word-repeating and naming skills were all improved. The five songs that were chosen were songs that the participants were familiar with. The first stag involved participants singing along to the songs that were given to them as an MP3 file. The second stage involved participants looking at the hard copy of the lyrics and then breaking up each syllable while singing out loud and the third stage involved gradually omitting the tone from the songs and getting participants to only read the lyrics out loud. Participants were advised to repeat these three steps three times a day outside of the treatment room. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, there was an improvement in the reading skills following singing tasks. Secondly, through implementing the task of singing there was an articulation in the clarity of intonation. Thirdly, through the implementation of the task of singing, improvements in reading, the ability to intonate, repeating words and naming skills were evident; as well as an overall improvement to the linguistic ability of the people.

        제세동기 최적 파라미터 설계

        In designing defibrillator, several parameters such as patient's transthoracic impedance, output energy level, peak current, and time duration of current waveform must be considered to generate electrical shocks on the heart. Patient's transthoracic impedence depends on the physical and health condition of patient. In this study, before the development of a defibrillator, the range of above parameters value as circuit elements was determined to derive optimal waveform by predicting and analyzing the performance of designed circuit by means of simulation with the software, P-Spice. The efficiency of parameter design was verified through the performance test with the developed defibrillator.

        다중시기 항공영상을 활용한 내륙습지 경계 설정에 관한 연구 - 장구메기습지를 대상으로 -

        This study analyzed the changes of the Jang-gumegi wetland using multi-temporal aerial images, and proposed an objective method of delineating wetland boundaries. The result of the study indicated that the Jang-gumegi wetland were formed in paddy fields in the early 1900’s, and the number of households and paddy area continued to increase by the government’s 5-year plan for agricultural production enhancement and the baby boom thereafter. On the other hand, the study area gave up on agricultural production when the number of households decreased due to migration from rural to urban area after the 1980’s, and the fields have been abandoned since then. Meanwhile, the wetland boundaries were re-detected based on the location information by GPS and soil depth data and sediment samples were updated in the Jang-gumegi wetland. The soil depth between the regions was proportionated to the period of paddy cultivation, and the grain size of the sediment consisted mostly of clay, silt and partially sandy particles. This reflected poor drainage of paddy fields, and it indicated that the sediment supplied from the slope after fallow was deposited along a gentle slope. The derived result is expected to serve as a guideline for the establishment of preservation and management measures for abandoned paddy wetlands and a better methodology for wetland boundary settings.
