PCR has been developed as a rapid and sensitive method for detection of viruses from clinical samples But to identify virus by examination materials produced by PCR is very incorrect Thus, the DNA sequencing base sequence of virus is needed to analized The DNA sequencing to identify virus can be used to gain important information on genes, genetic variation and gene function The computer program to identify virus must developed because the DNA sequencing data is very inaccuracy In this study several methods was developed and proposed to identify virus accurately It was merited to develop SCBS(Sequencing Common Base Sequence) which automatically identify a virus SCBS considers the method of identification qualities such as common ratio value with the sequencing base sequence and gene sequences registered in the NCBI GenBank together with 3 coxakivirus isolates Validation of SCBS was conducted

Flexible display tends to grow every year, It tends to be larger, slimmer, and higher in image quality. Therefore, accuracy is required in the manufacturing process of each part. In the curved monitor, the bottom chassis has a structure to which other parts can be attached. The accuracy of the curvature which the bottom chassis of the curve monitor monitors has is important. If the curvature error is large, serious defects such as cracks, warpage, twisting and the like occur. Curvature was analyzed using 3D scanner. In the Forming process and Restriking process steps, spring go occurred, and spring back occurred in the Notching process and Bending process steps. Even in the same process, it was confirmed that the curvature value varied depending on the formed shape.

Background: The zygoma is the most prominent portion of the face. Almost all simplezygomatic arch fractures are treated in a closed fashion with a Dingman elevator. However, the open approach should be considered for unstable zygomatic arch fractures. The coronal approach for a zygomatic arch fracture has complications. In this study,we introduce our method to reduce a special type of unstable zygomatic fracture. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed zygomatic arch view and facial bone computedtomography scans of 424 patients who visited the Wonju Severance Christian Hospitalfrom 2007 to 2010 with zygomaticomaxillary fractures, among whom 15 patients metthe inclusion criteria. Results: We used a Dingman elevator and K-wire simultaneously to manage this typeof zygomatic arch fracture. Simple medial rotation force usually collapses the posteriorfractured segment, and the fracture becomes unstable. Thus, the posterior fracturesegment must be concurrently elevated with a Dingman elevator through Keen’s approachwith rotation force applied through the K-wire. All fractures were reduced withoutany instability using this method. Conclusion: We were able to reduce unstable and difficult zygomatic arch fractureswithout an open incision or any external fixation device.

Background Ablative fractional carbon dioxide laser is widely used for the treatment of various scars including burn injuries. We applied ablative fractional CO2 laser on the skin graft scar of faces. Methods Fourteen patients between 2010 and 2013 who underwent facial skin graft were included in this study. The ablative fractional CO2 laser was applied to 7 patients in the laser therapy group. It was initiated at 5th week after the skin graft. Clinical photographs were taken, and Patient Scar Assessment Score (PAS) was obtained during every visit from a patient at the outpatient clinic and 4 weeks after the last laser treatment. In the untreated control group, clinical photographs and PAS were taken at 5th and 21st weeks after the skin graft. Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) and Observer Scar Assessment score (OAS) was rated by single independent plastic surgeon with the clinical photographs. Results In the laser therapy group, VSS, PAS, and OAS improved after fractional laser treatment. In the untreated group, VSS was also improved by the natural process of scar maturation. However, the laser treated group showed significant improvement compared with the untreated group. Conclusions The ablative fractional CO2 laser can be a viable option for the treatment of skin graft scar. Further study with sufficient patients and long term follow-up is necessary for definite conclusions.
Reconstruction of cutaneous defects of the nasal tip and alar by two different methods

Background: The alar and nasal tip are important subunits of the nose. Determining the optimal procedure for reconstructing a cutaneous defect in a nasal subunit depends on several factors including size, location, and involvement of deep underlying structures. We treated cutaneous defects after tumor ablation in the alar and nasal tip with a local flap, using an S-shaped design and a modified V-Y advancement flap with a croissant shape. Methods: We analyzed 36 patients with skin tumors who underwent flap coverage after tumor ablation. Rotation flaps were used in 26 cases and croissant-shaped V-Y advancement flaps were used in 10 cases. The primary cause of the defects was skin cancer, except for one benign tumor. Results: The mean patient age was 71 years. The size of the defects ranged from 0.49 cm2 to 3.5 cm2. No recurrence of skin cancer was noted and all flaps lasted until the end of follow-up. Partial desquamation of the epidermis was noted in one case. The postoperative appearance for most patients was excellent, objectively and subjectively. Conclusion: For cutaneous defects of up to about 4.0 cm2 of the alar and nasal tip, local flaps using our methods offered a good cosmetic and therapeutic result. The main advantage of our flaps is the minimal dissection required compared to bilobed and other local flap methods. We believe our flaps are a suitable option for alar and nasal tip reconstruction.
