Object : The objective of this study was to examine which factors actually influence and how they influence by classifying systematically various factors which have effects on the satisfaction of health insurance. Method : the major factors which influence the satisfaction of the National Health Insurance are identified as health insurance system, insurance premium level, civil affairs service by the Nataional Health Insurance corporation (NHIC), and health exmination service by the NHIC. Especially, the measurement of satisfaction in service part was based on the SERVQUAL model. Result : The conclusion derived from study results is as follows. First, the satisfaction of the National Health Insurance resulted in unsatisfactory (40.3%), average (47.9%), and satisfactory (11.8%), which shows that unsatisfactory reached 3.4 times more than satisfactory. Second, the study showed that the satisfaction on insurance premium was the factor which had the most significant influence on the satisfaction of th eNational Health Insurance among four factors suggested before the regression analysis. Conclusion : Most of the korean people wre unsatisfactory with the health insurance system and their dissatisfaction of insurance premium was significantly high. The civil affairs service and health examination service by the NHIC were just about average.
온라인 금융의 기능적 분류에 따른 서비스품질 분석 : 은행의 PFMS를 중심으로

최근 디지털 기술의 발전은 금융산업에 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 디지털 기술의 도입으로 다양한 금융상품이 출현하게 되었고, 업무 프로세스의 개선을 가져왔으며, 금융기관을 이용하는 고객의 채널을 다양화시켰다. 본 연구는 우선 온라인 금융에 있어 계좌이체, 온라인대출과 같은 기본적인 기능과 계좌통합, 자산관리 등의 새로운 기능을 분류하고, 각 기능을 이용하는 고객들이 어떠한 서비스품질의 차원을 중요하게 고려하는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 따라서, 온라인 금융을 기능적인 관점과 서비스 품질 관점의 두 가지 범주로 나누어 고객만족도 상승에 영향을 미치는 요인을 단계적으로 파악해 내는데 주안점을 두었다. 본 연구의 자료는 금융기관에서 온라인 금융서비스를 제공할 때 중요한 기능 및 서비스품질을 효과적으로 도출해 내는데 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.
유전 모니터링에 따른 FGS/Kist Mice 의 Genetic Profiles

This experiment was performed to determine the genetic stability of FGS/Kist mouse strain through biochemical and immunogenetical monitoring methods. In biochemical monitoring by staining after electrophoresis, fifteen biochemical markers, alkaline phosphatase-1, carbonic anhydrase-2, esterase-1, 2, 3, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase-1, glucose-phosphate isomerase-1, hemoglobin betachain, isocitrate dehydrogenase-1, lactate dehydrogenase regulator, malic enzyme supernatant, major urinary protein, peptidase-3, phosphoglucomutase-1 and transferrin were all identical types among six mice from each of the F25/F26 generations. In the immunogenetical monitoring followed by the cytotoxic test, histocompatability-2D and -2K were shown to be 'k' type. No differences were found between F25 and F26 generations of FGS/Kist mice. These results suggested that FGS/Kist mice are genetically stable.
