Even though it is obvious that Korean-Japanese, in particular, themselves should have had attention for their survival in the history of genocide, they are excluded in the target of such a study on genocide. Memory that had not been discussed has already been deleted and is disqualified for being narrated. In the meantime, paying attention to the memory of genocide discovered in the works of Yangji Lee is a prerequisite process to define the identities of Korean-Japanese. Shaping of genocide memory and the degree of its intensity reflected from his works are attaining the distinction of other writers in the dramatic attraction and the development of the works. It is because that his works shape the memory of ``Great Kanto Earthquake Korean Massacre`` in most detail, which has been a few managed so far even as a target of study. <Female Diver> reproduces, in most detail, the memory of Great Kanto Earthquake Korean Massacre. What makes one focuses on itself as an objective view is memory, and this point in the case of Yanji Lee is the moment when memorizing the genocide. Yanji Lee, ``a minority who can`t talk to,`` is shaped as a ``voice`` that is ``the very memory and fear of the genocide.`` Meanwhile, the voices of Korean-Japanese, the protagonists of the memory in the whole works of Yanji Lee is reproduced in the form of a deleted silence. The characters of the whole works including <The Sound of Stone> his posthumous work stress that ``the memory of painful genocide`` should be kept through recording, a discontinuous repeated implementation. Discussion on the memory of the genocide reproduced in his works can function as another proof that the minor Korean-Japanese are not a lethargic entity that are sacrificed and occupied but are able to re-defined as a practical entity that interprets the structure of their environment and identities around them, memorizes the history and devises a writing strategy of resistance.

The identity of Korean in Japan located outside has been regulated as a narrative located in rumors. The identity of Korean in Japan is still fluid and uncertain, so it has been located as existence in rumors. Actually, in a fixed abode of Japan, minority Korean in Japan has been having history located in many rumors and strange story. Korean in Japan has been sharing horror for the memory of genocide, the Massacre of Gwandong`s Big Earthquake in 1923. Before committing genocide, the governing class spread strange stories for others, the target of massacre to remove guilty conscience after massacre. Before the Massacre of Gwandong`s Big Earthquake, Japanese people spread rumors such as ``Korean people poisoned in wells, set fire etc``, so they collectivized Korean in Japan as criminal organization of murderers and slaughterers. As it is unstable periods, rumors are exaggerated and expanded rapidly. About 6,000 ∼ 10,000 Korean in Japan was massacred due to the Massacre of Gwandong`s Big Earthquake. After the Massacre, Japanese government made a public statement about that the rumors were canard groundless. Japanese government shifted the anxiety and confusion of public sentiment due to the earthquake as the responsibility of others. Japanese fascism which used the anxiety as the sentiment to integrated people embellished and dramatized the identity of Korean in Japan by using the mechanism of rumors. The third generation writers among Korean writers in Japan laughed at and jeered at the rumors against malicious rumors toward them which are still spreading. As representative writers, there are Yang Sukil(梁石日) and Hyun Weol(玄月). In their novels, especially, it is distributed the portents to examine the way to response of the third generation writers against the rumors structurally. For these two writers completed the third narration next above the boundary between autobiographical novel and autobiography. Unlike the previous generation that lived and trembled with fear due to the strange story of extinction of tribe, Yang Sukil and Hyun Weol interpreted and monopolized the rumors refreshingly which is spread by distorting their identities. They do not submit to the malicious strategy to win of majority governing class. Rather than to verify the truth of the fact, Korean in Japan chose the narrative response to become the existence of rumors of their own wills. Korean in Japan forms the discourse to stand up by narrating themselves as existences of rumors which are spreading and capturing.

정수장 내부 수질조절에 의한 부식지수 향상에 대한 연구

이 연구는 낮은 경도와 알카리도의 원수를 사용하는 B정수장에서 내부수질조절을 통하여 부식지수를 개선하고자 수행되었다. 액상소석회의 투입농도의 증가에 의하여 pH, 알카리도, 칼슘경도가 증가하였으며, 이에 따라서 LI지수가 개선되었다. 그러나 액상소석회 투입농도가 15 mg/L를 초과할시 탁도가 증가하는 결과를 보였으며, 추가적인 농도증가에 의하여 pH가 수질기준을 초과하였다. 이에 따라서 적정 운영방안을 마련하여 1년간 실공정에 적용하여 운영한 결과 부식성 개선에 적합한 pH 및 칼슘경도가 유지되었으며 LI지수를 최대 -1.6까지 개선할 수 있었다. This research was carried out the improvement of corrosion index through water quality control in B water treatment plant using the source of raw water of lower hardness and alkalinity. pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness was increased depending on the increasing concentration of liquid calcium hydroxide, LI index has improved accordingly. when injection concentration of liquid calcium hydroxide exceed 15mg/L, we have a result that increasing turbidity and the pH levels of water quality standards were exceeded by added concentration. According to this results we establish the appropriate operational measures and apply full scale process for 1 year. As a result of this operation, we have appropriate pH level and calcium hardness about improving corrosion resistance and also LI index could be improved up to -1.6.
