        대학과 지역사회의 연계성 강화를 위한 보행전용가로 조성방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of physical planning elements in the pedestrian malls when cultural events for young ages proved; the planning strategies for the regeneration of the block of Kyungchun-railroad track, which is removing planned in campus surroundings. Local Government' initiation makes possible to make improvement and give administrative and financial support which is sensitive to the existing conditions of railroad for the better living environment. Thus, this research suggests how the block of Kyungchun-railroad track, which is removing planned, as a newly organized pedestrian mall design system can cope with collaborating a board and community, which has in campus surroundings related. This study consists of following four parts; 1. six-case pedestrian mall in campus surroundings in Seoul were analyzed in terms of physical and cultural factors for young ages between university and community. 2. we focused on the analysis of correlation between the physical planning factors and the spatial requirements for cultural event when the pedestrian mall in campus surroundings is designed. The paper's significance lies in that it shows a new direction in urban renewal planning and design which has been made into a pedestrian mall plan through in support of the application to the pilot project compared with previous physical environment.

          Electronic commerce system must provide convenient interface, easy and fast searching function, and production information satisfying customers. To do this, many kinds of studies are being advanced actively about electronic commerce support system using intelligent agent technology.<BR>  This paper suggests electronic commerce system using intelligent multi agent based on knowledge. The presented system is a hybrid agent system which provides production information satisfying customer"s needs using both case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning. In this paper we designed prototype system and analyzed it.<BR>  This system can find production information which is suitable for customer"s needs through learning of case-based reasoning method according to customer"s age, occupation, scholarship, sex, and interesting field. If a degree of similarity for given problem is equal or not suitable, or if cases are not in case base, this system can provide the best suitable production information to customers by using rule-based reasoning according to price or amount of sales.

        대전 역세권의 산학연 연계 개발 방안에 관한 연구

        The Purpose of this study is to find out the renewal methods of Dae-jun railway station areas, focusing on the domestic/foreign case studies of the railway station areas and the possibility of the Industry-University-Institute collaboration in this area. As a result, this study shows that the revitalization for the impact area around rail transit station in the aspect of urban spatial structure, mixed land use, type of facilities and exchanging transit system of mass traffic etc, as well as such non-physical aspects as Industry-University-Institute collaboration and administrative planning. It does so by strengthening ties between hardware and software studies of urban planning and University Facilities planning. Finally this study suggested the strategy for the renewal of impact area around the rail transit stations.

        농촌지역과 소도시간 학교 생태연못 특성 비교분석에 관한 연구

        This study aims to investigate and analyze the actual conditions of the ecological ponds built in the campus sites of the elementary, middle and high schools which currently manage ecological ponds in order to find problems and directions for improvement concerning the management of the ponds as a way to build nature-friendly ecological ponds which can be used as an ecological work-study site on school campus: this study also intends to provide systematic and technological directions for the management and operation of the ecological pond. This study has selected 10 schools in North Chungcheong Province, where ponds are constructed, and investigated actual conditions of the ponds based on the survey, analysis, and evaluation standards compatible with the school environments, and finally judged the general relevancy of the ponds. The results of this study make us conclude that the most important issue to be considered in the processes of selection and investigation for school ecological pond is the location of the pond.

        학교 입지 계획요소가 학생수 증감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        5개 신도시내 초등학교별 장기(24년간) 학생수 증감추세를 9개 계획요소(개발밀도, 다양한 사설학원의 입지 가능 여부, 학교 위치, 통학구역 형태, 인근 학교와의 거리 공동통학구역 운영 여부, 보행자전용가로 조성, 접도조건, 통학로상 입체보차분리시설 유무 등)별 가설을 설정하고, 이를 바탕으로 장기 학생수 증감추세와의 연관성 판단기준에 따라 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개발밀도, 학교 위치, 통학구역 형태, 인근 학교 거리, 입체보차분리시설 설치 등의 계획요소는 뚜렷한 연관성이 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 둘째, 사설학원 입지와 인근학교 거리 보행자전용가로 설치의 계획요소는 약간의 연관성을 보였다. 셋째, 접도 차선수와 공동통학구역 계획요소는 연관성이 없었다. 본 연구는 수도권 1기 5개 신도시 89개 초등학교만을 조사 분석한 결과이기 때문에 이를 일반화하는데 한계가 있고, 분석요소 및 평가기준을 더욱 정교화할 필요가 있어 이에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다. In order to prove the hypothesis that the element of school location planning - the density of development, availability of various private institutes, the location of school, the type of school district, the distance to nearby schools, the existence of communal areas, the pedestrian street, the number of road lanes - affects the increase and decrease of the number of students in the long term, we examined the tendency of the number of long-term (24 years). The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the development factors such as development density, location of school, type of school district, distance from neighboring schools, separation of pedestrians and cars are clearly related. Second, the planning factors such as location of private school and installation of pedestrian-only street seem to be related to each other. Third, the number of road lanes and element of "communal area" is irrelevant. This study is limited to generalization of five new metropolitan cities in the metropolitan area, and it is necessary to further elaborate the analysis factors and evaluation criteria.

        초등학교 학교운동장 관련시설에 관한 실태조사 연구

        This research aims to take a close look at the following topics; the ground elevation of playground, equipments of playground, and equipments around playground, and to propose the improvement measure for favorable educational environment. In consideration of the needs mentioned, the following improvement measure for playground can be suggested. First, the elevation of playground should be changed. According to Environment psychology, current playground elevation should be lowered 2 stair-long height from a classroom site. This kind of elevation change can remove unnecessary stairs, and reduces inconvenience incurred by stairs and edges, which results in considerable educational finance saving. Second, the incidental equipment within a playground needs to be improved. This fact is found out at the surveyed schools; school gathering is held at classrooms (through broadcasting) or a multi-purpose auditorium in place of a playground. The results of this study make us conclude that the most important issue to be considered in the processes of selection and investigation for school playground elevation, incidental equipments and others.

        우리나라 초등학교 학교안전의 문제점 및 개선방향에 관한 연구

        This research aims to orientation for new ways to improve school safety environment composition : The first study was the survey of various literature and status on primary school safety has been established in residential developments in urban areas were investigated and analyzed. This study was constructed as follows : The first chapter of the study is composed with the purpose, contents and configuration of study, definitions of terms, and consists of a limitation of such studies. And in chapter 2, we define such concepts, the range of school safety incidents. In Chapter 3, the nation's school safety situation was investigated, And in the fourth chapter introduced the practice of foreign school safety plan, Chapter 5 was to provide direction for future school safety and accident prevention plan. Including 12 new elementary school in Dongbaek district and Dongtan New-Town 20 new elementary schools in the metropolitan area of New-City were examined for safety issues, such as the environment of school, school zones, school premises form compositions and its outdoor and indoor facilities. This study was aimed at some of the nation's metropolitan New Town Elementary School. Therefore, there is a limit to this generalization. Also planned construction safety plan elements for the indoor facilities are further studies are needed for this hayeoteumeuro excluded. In addition, the architectural planning elements of the school safety needs additional studies is excluded.

        1기 신도시 초등학교별 학생수 증감 추세 분석에 관한 연구

        1기 5개 신도시 초등학교 88개교를 조사 분석한 결과 나타난 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 5개신도시중 학생수용률 최고점에 이르는 기간은 평균적으로 5.7년이 소요되었다. 90%이상을 유지한 구간 평균 수용률은 5.7년, 80%이상은 9.1년, 70%이상은 12.3년, 60%이상은 14.6년, 50%이상은 16.6년, 40%이상은 18.4년, 30%이상은 18.9년, 20%이상은 20.5년이 걸리는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 단기적인 민원해결차원에서의 학교내 학급 증설, 또는 추가 학교신설은 향후 유휴교실 발생의 원인이 되고 있어, 학교신설 과제의 단기적 해법이 아닌 20~30년의 장기적 관점에서 학생수 감소에 대비한 신설학교규모, 형태, 운영에 관한 다양한 해법의 모색이 필요하다. 본 연구는 1기 5개 신도시를 중심으로 이루어졌기 때문에 이를 일반화하는 데는 한계가 있어 전국적인 학생수 변동요인 전반에 걸친 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. Despite the sharp decline of students in our country it has been a surge in new school needs. First, 88 elementary schools survey results, 80 percent plunge and students, and the school was very serious caused by an empty classroom. Second, Students period leading to utilization peaks were consuming on average 5.7 years. Third, Period average reception rate with more than 90% is 5.7 years, more than 80% is 9.1 years, more than 70% was 12.3 years, 60% or more was 14.6 years, 50% or more is 16.6 years, at least 40% is 18.4, 30 % to 18.9 years, 20% or more was found to take is 20.5 years. Therefore, separated by urban and rural areas, urban areas are re-city redevelopment, renovation areas, separated by the old downtown areas and large-scale land development district, Newtown areas such as the restructuring of the school establishment or enlargement of a building and renovation, before relocation, consolidation the overall review will be made.
