지금까지의 재개발, 재건축은 민간주도로 이익을 극대화하기 위한 무분별한 계획에 주민, 정부의 이기주의가 합세하여, 재개발을 통하여 달성해야 될 본 연의 목표를 상실하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 대상지역주민의 경제적 능력을 신 중히 고려하지 않으므로써 생기는 유동현상 등으로 인하여 심각한 사회문제 를 야기하고 있는바, 새로운 접근방법을 모색해야 될 시점에 도달하였다. 그러므로, 본논문은 도시재개발지역주민의 특성을 고려하고 그들의 경제적 능 력에 적합한 새로운 유형의 공동주택개발이라는 목표를 달성하기 위한 체계 적 분석과 대안을 제시하기 위하여 헤스 및 홀라츠 이론을 토대로 보완한 새 로운 조사분석체계를 만들고, 이떼 따른 적합한 저렴화 및 공간절감방안을 개 발하였다. 광의의 저렴화 공간절감방안은 단지규모에서의 밀도를 포함한 도시 계획적인것에서 부터 순수한 건축비 절감- 즉, 면적의 절감, 중개축의 정도 혹은 규준의 변경 등-등을 통해서 이루어질 수 있다. 이를 위하여 지금까지 서구에서 시행되어진 다양한 저렴화 방안들에 대한 제반고찰을 통하여, 이러 한 요인들을 우리의 상황 - 즉, 도시재개발지역 저소득층을 위한 새로운 공 동주택 계획 - 에 적용하여 그 구체적 대안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 독일건축가 연맹에서 분류제시한 방안에 의거하여 실현가능한 정 책적 대안, 건축방식의 변화, 단지 및 건축계획, 건설기술적 대한, 규격기준 의 변경 등 - 등을 통한 저렴화 및 공간절감의 가능성 제시와 주호내부공간 의 가변성과 융통성에 대한 제안으로 이루워졌다. 5장과 6장에서는 특히 세가지 가상적 시나리오 - 전면철거후 신축재개발, 부 분적 신축재개발 또는 주택개량방식 - 를 제안하여 각각의 시나리오의 특성 에 적합한 저렴화 및 공간절감방안을 제시하였다. The development of leaders is essential for the development of structure, process, and theological content to grow and reach the goal. Shin 11 church must educate change agents for the special task of the church organization, for the session,_and for the business of each committee. Lay people, especially those who are called but dormant, as "kingly priests," "ambassadors of Christ," and body of Christ must be given an opportunity to serve Christ. To overcome depression and become revitalized our church must develop lay leaders who are able and necessary in the church organization. The present leaders of our church are not equipped with leadership to carry out the ministry of our church. Thus the writer expects structural renewal and revitalization of the church through developing, training and motivating young and able lay leaders and through making them equipped with knowledge and dynamics and placing them in appropriate positions.

IT 아웃소싱 고객만족도 평가시스템개발 및 활용에 관한 연구

IT 아웃소싱은 정보시스템의 구현에 있어서 효율성 증가와 비용 절감을 이룰 수 있는 주요한 전략으로 인식되고 있다. IT 아웃소싱 전략을 효율적으로 수립함으로써 기업들은 기업들이 속한 산업과 정보기술에 대한 지식을 획득할 수 있으며 저렴한 비용으로 고객들에게 더 좋은 서비스를 제공할 수도 있으며 시장에서의 경쟁적 우위를 점하거나 유지할 수 있다. IT 아웃소싱 환경에서는 고객들의 요구사항과 피드백은 IT 아웃소싱 서비스 제공 회사에 있어서 정보시스템 응용서비스의 개발과 서비스 품질을 개선하는데 매우 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 IT 아웃소싱 고객만족도 평가시스템을 개발하는 것은 유용하고 중요하다고 할 수 있다.본 연구는 IT 아웃소싱 환경과 고객 피드백을 고려할 수 있는 IT 아웃소싱 고객만족도 평가를 위한 평가시스템을 개발한다. 이를 위해서 기존연구의 검토와 전문가의 인터뷰를 통해서 IT 아웃소싱 고객만족도 평가 프레임워크를 제안하고 AHP를 활용하여 IT 아웃소싱 고객만족도 평가시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 AHP는 고객만족 영역과 요소들에 대한 가중치를 측정하고 순위를 매기는 것에 이용되었다. 개발되어진 평가시스템을 그 효율성과 실용적 의미를 파악하기 위해서 국내에 있는 IT 아웃소싱을 도입한 기업들에 적용하였다. IT 아웃소싱 고객만족도 3가지 영역, 즉 컨설팅만족도, 고객지원만족도 그리고 성과만족도 중에서 컨설팅 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났고 고객지원만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 고객들은 컨설팅 서비스 품질과 컨설팅 인력에 대해서는 대체적으로 만족하는 반면 IT 아웃소싱 공급자의 SLA과 교육서비스에는 불만족하게 나타났으며 IT 아웃소싱 서비스 공급자들은 고객만족도를 향상시키기 위해서 SLA과 교육서비스의 개선에 그들의 서비스 역량을 집중할 필요가 있는 것으로 해석되었다.본 연구에서 개발한 IT 아웃소싱 고객만족도 평가시스템은 IT 아웃소싱을 제공하거나 도입하고자 하는 전문가, 매니저, 그리고 고객들에게 있어서 유용하고 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구에서 제안된 시스템을 사용함으로써 IT 아웃소싱 서비스 공급자는 자사의 서비스 수준을 지속적으로 모니터링할 수 있으며 고객의 요구 사항을 정확하게 알 수 있다. 고객만족 평가시스템을 통해서 나오는 관찰 자료를 바탕으로 IT 아웃소싱 서비스 수준을 개선시킬 수 있으며 시장에서의 경쟁적 우위 요소를 달성할 수 있다. IT 아웃소싱 수요자 측면에서는 아웃소싱을 도입하고자 하는 기업들은 다양한 정보를 활용함으로써 서비스 공급자의 수준이나 자사에 필요한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기업을 선택할 수 도 있을 것이다. IT outsourcing has been recognized as a strategy for increasing efficiency and cutting costs of the information systems implementations. A properly implemented outsourcing strategy brings together industry knowledge and IT to create systems that help organizations acquire and maintain a competitive advantage and provide better service at a lower cost (Sengupta & Zviran, 1997).In IT outsourcing environments, customers’ requirements and feedback are essential to the development of information systems applications and the improvement of the service quality of IT service vendors or companies. From the vendor’s perspective, it is important to minimize the reasons for complaints and dissatisfaction as well as the cost of a service recovery plan (McCollough, Berry & Yadav, 2000). It is also important for vendors to establish a track of direct feedback from customers on their reactions to the complaints and dissatisfaction (Abubakar et al., 2001). Therefore, it is particularly useful to develop a customer satisfaction evaluation system for IT outsourcing providers and their customers.This paper aims to introduce a systematic evaluation system for the evaluation of IT outsourcing customer satisfaction that reflects outsourcing environments as well as customer feedback. In this paper, we present an evaluation framework for IT outsourcing customer satisfaction through the literature reviews and experts interviews, and develop the IT outsourcing customer satisfaction evaluation system using AHP analysis. AHP is used for weighting and ranking key customer satisfaction factors. The system is applied to IT outsourcing customer companies in Korea to demonstrate the practical value and effectiveness of the proposed system. Consulting service satisfaction is the highest and customer supporting service satisfaction is lowest among the three areas in Korea. The Korean customers satisfied the consulting service quality and consulting human resource but dissatisfied SLA quality and education service from IT outsourcing vendors. IT outsourcing vendors in Korea have to focus their services on improving SLA quality and education service to increase customer satisfaction.This study may be useful and helpful to practitioners, IT managers, and customers who are faced with outsourcing services. Using the evaluation system as a tool for measuring IT outsourcing customer satisfaction, IT outsourcing providers can monitor their service level and understand customers’ requirements precisely. The observed values of customer satisfaction can provide important guideline in the improvement of IT outsourcing services and improve their competitive position in the market. For customers, they can utilize the results of customer satisfaction in choosing IT outsourcing vendors.

This thesis has its purpose on reminding again modern people putting the industrial capitalism and material civilization in the very first place of disappearing humanity by revealing how the John Steinbeck's idea is embodied through Rose of Sharon. His work, The Grapes of Wrath deals with the agony and frustration of the socially aliened classes under the superficial condition of economic failure, The Great Crisis. But it suggests in the internal world of this work that it can not be accepted in any case the man's inhuman behavior against the others. Inhumanization which has man live in disgrace should be rejected in that man should live in honor and grace. The intended world of his work is not limited to the special group of farmers merely suppressed and despised but contains the strife for recovering the humanity appealing to the whole people for the offenders. His work shows courage and endurance, the essential element of human hope through Ma Joad and tries to love and compassion through the many people met by the Joad family in traveling and speaks for the base of his work which proclaims to give hope for the mankind through Jim Casy. These internal virtue for the recovery of humanity is realized by Rose of Sharon and it realizes the absolute belief in human dignity which should be given to them and human interest in the socially aliened lower classes. Life achieves its meaning only when one prefectly gives up him or herself. The meaning is the one of rediscovery gained by returning to the world of anguish. Thus it could be possible that man recognizes the value of existence as a human by taking the first act pursuing of self. Steinbeck definitely offers the possibility of recovering humanity through the final seen of The Grapes of Wrath. Rose of Sharon let a stranger suck her breast in the situation of nothing to have fundamental to survive. This means that he offers the meaning of sharing on the ground of the idea 'All that lives is holy'. Thus her behavior means the moment that makes people realize the natural human transcendence that every man should be treated as a family and at the same time it is the behavior of the sublime real love for the whole people suppressed and starving. Under this purpose of recovering humanity, the thing Steinbeck tries to reveal is how the arrogance of rich people drive the others into the severe starvation and how long people can endure the extremity of anguish after surviving from it and when people at the end of endurance, how merciful people can be to themselves. The important thing is rather to reveal the wound of suppression by the name of human esteem not to soothe the wound by the name of human esteem. Then he tries to make an influence that the discovery of the distinct wound let it reserved remaking that kind of wound on distorted social atmosphere at that time. Thus what the author, Steinbeck wanted to offer by the change of Rose of Sharon's behavior in the final seen of The Grapes of Wrath is to make people aware of the philanthropic consciousness for the neighbors in poverty by transcending their selfish desire.

This paper is intended to analyze the trade structure and transition between Korea and East-European Countries . As East-European Countries are propel1ing the opening policy, Korea should raise her position in international market by enlarging the scale of trade and economic cooperation with them. Particularly, increasing trade and economic cooperation with East-European Countries sllould be considered as bridgehead to march into EC market. Since the possibility for Hungary, Yugo and Poland that are recently accelerating their opening policy, to be unified to EC is raised. Korea should cope with it through flexible trade policy. In the point of trade balance, trade balance deficit with Soviet Union and Rumania in East-European Countries have been swe1led. So, Korea that is highly dependent on trade should make a appropriate plan against it. It is impending subjects to approve the relationship with these countries and curtai1 trade balance deficit by increasing export to Soviet Union and Rumania and reducing import from them. Also, to increase the scale of trade with other countries and cultivate new market, it is inportant thing to analyze the economic and political situations of these countries. To enlarge the trade with East一European Countries, various forms of barter trade system should be performed and plans to flexibly cope with the political and economic situation of these countries should be devised. Also, in the point of merchandise trade, export of consumer goods that East-European Countries are in need of is urgent object, and present in direct trade from should be changed into direct trade based on hard currency settlement. On the other hand, East-European Countries want trade and Economic Cooperation with Korea and wish to introduced capital and technology from Korea. Therefore, under the international situations in which each countries economic gain is prior to political ideology, Korea should increase the trade with East-European Countries and achieve the purpose to accomplish economic development.
