        한양방 치료를 병행한 남성형 탈모 환자 4례 증례 보고

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of the combination of herbal medicine and western medicine in androgenetic alopecia patients. Methods : This case study was conducted for four androgenetic alopecia patients who have visited Korean medicine clinic. Gagamcheongyoung-tang($Ji{\bar{a}}ji{\check{a}}nq{\bar{i}}ngy{\acute{i}}ng-t{\bar{a}}ng$) was prescribed to all four patients who were already taking finasteride over 1 year. Improvements of patients were evaluated through photographs. Results : As a result of examining photographs, symptoms of alopecia in four cases were improved. Conclusions : Gagamcheongyoung-tang($Ji{\bar{a}}ji{\check{a}}nq\;{\bar{i}}ngy{\acute{i}}ng-t{\bar{a}}ng$) has advantages of treating a androgenetic alopecia patients who are taking finasteride longer than 1 year.

        Duodenal varices can be resulted from either liver cirrhosis or extrahepatic portal hypertension. Bleeding from duodenal varices is rare but often severe and life threatening. Bleeding of duodenal varices can be treated with non-surgical or surgical treatment. Non-surgical treatments include endoscopic variceal ligation, endoscopic sclerotherapy, and transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS). Surgical treatments include shunt surgery, variceal ligation, variceal resection, and duodenectomy. However, endoscopic treatments are not so effective and surgical interventions have many limitations. A 68-year-old man with liver cirrhosis was admitted to our department and presented with mental change and melena. He received a large amount of transfusion and it was not possible to perform gastrointestinal endoscopy. Emergency angiography revealed marked dilatation of mesenteric veins, which was treated by TIPS. After TIPS, transfusion requirement was markedly reduced and gastrointestinal endoscopy demonstrated duodenal varices without bleeding. We conclude that TIPS may be an effective therapeutic option for control of hemorrhage from duodenal varices. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2001;38:292-295)

        영산과 구약의 사회구원: 신명기 15장 1-11 절을 통해 본 영산의 사랑과 행복 나눔

        This article is intended to examine the issue of sharing love and happiness as a part of social salvation. This subject has been expressed in Deut. 15:1-11 and in Youngsan’s sermons and writings. This paper purports to search the grounds of sharing love and happiness in the above biblical text through exegetical study, to examine the relationship between the text and Youngsan’s thought and to confirm the merits of his idea. After studying Deut. 15:1-11 through exegetical method, we can find God is good and He doesn’t want there are the poor in His people. God himself orders the relatively rich to care and support the poor with financial release and loaning. God wants the rich to react against the problem of ‘poverty’ in a faith community with spontaneous acts. God promises many abundant blessings to the obedient of His order. But Deut. 15:1-11 considers those who not follow His direction as sinners to be cursed. In sum, this text proclaims the rich has the responsibility to give some financial supports to the poor namely to share love and happiness with the poor so that they bring God’ s blessing to his community. Proclaiming the ‘Holistic Salvation’ through the ‘Threefold Blessing’, Rev. Yonggi Cho’s theology has been done distinguished services to show the multi-dimensioned aspects of salvation. He insists that God is the savior of not only human soul, but also human body and environment. Especially because he found “poverty” doesn’t appear a blessing, he has endeavored to improve the lives of believers. Furthermore, in understanding the salvation of the environment through Jesus’ redemption, Youngsan didn’t limit his thought to believer s individual salvation, but has presented sharing love and happiness movement a solution to many social problems like poverty, homelessness, heart disease etc. Youngsan’s blessing pursues not egoistic, individual and shamanic blessing, but the blessing related to sharing love and happiness which has its root in the Bible. His blessing theory depends upon God s goodness who gave His only son, Jesus Christ to give love and blessing to believers. For example recently Youngsan founded “The Sharing Love and Happiness Foundation” and has given many support to the old, the weak, the crippled through that foundation. He has proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus that saves all humankind from sin, poverty, disease, frustration, and has always interested in social problems. Nowadays he does his best to make his opinion be a practical gopsel to the poor and the weak. This is the way Deut. 15:1-11 shows and Youngsan goes.

        신명기의 칠칠절에 관한 연구: 신명기의 제의 달력의 개혁과 관련한 오순절 신학을 위한 제안

        우리는 오랫동안 ‘오순절 신학’이라는 명칭을 사용해 왔다. 하지만 오순절 신학의 이름을 제공하는 칠칠절(오순절)에 관한 한국어로 된 연구는 거의 없는 실정이었다. 따라서 이 논문은 신명기의 칠칠절 규정을 상세하게 살펴봄으로써, 그것의 신학적 의미들을 발견하려고 한다. 더 나아가 이 논문은 이러한 구약의 법 본문에 대한 정보가 오순절 신학의 지평을 ‘성령’이라는 주제를 넘어서 더 큰 차원으로 확대할 수 있는 가능성을 탐색하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 위해, 이 논문은 신명기에 나오는 칠칠절 본문인 신명기 16:9-12를 주석하여, 신명기의 ‘칠칠절’의 개혁의 내용을 파악하고, 칠칠절이 지향했던 새로운 사회에 대해 이해를 도모한다. 또한 이 논문은 이러한 주석의 결과들을 가지고 기존의 ‘오순절 신학’이 간과하고 있던 면들을 부각시키고, 오순절 신학의 새로운 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위한 주요한 방법론은 관련된 본문에 대한 주석적 연구가 될 것이다. 특별히 여러 가지 논쟁의 여지가 있기 때문에, 이 논문은 역사비평방법론이 아니라 현재 상태의 본문을 있는 그대로 주석하는 문학적 방법론을 주된 방법론으로 사용하고자 한다. Although the term ‘Pentecostal theology’ has long been used, there have been few studies in Korean on the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost) from the aspects of Pentecostal theology. This study, therefore, attempts to discover the theological implications of the festival by examining in details the regulation of the Feast of Weeks in Deuteronomy. Furthermore, it seeks to explore the possibility whether the research on the Old Testament law texts can expand the horizon of Pentecostal theology to a greater dimension beyond the theme of ‘the Holy Spirit.’ To accomplish the given purpose, the paper investigates the contents of the reform of the ‘Festival of Weeks’ described in Deuteronomy through the exegesis of the feast text, Deuteronomy 16:9-12, and endeavors to have an understanding of the new society that the festival aimed at. In addition, the study along with the results of exegeses will highlight the aspects overlooked by the existing ‘Pentecostal theology’ and suggest a new direction for Pentecostal theology. To this end, the main methodology will be an exegetical research on the related texts. In particular, since there are a number of possible controversies, the paper will be largely utilizing not the historical-critical methodology, but the literary criticism that exegetes the present form of the text as it is.

        나훔서의 역사적 맥락에 관한 연구 -에살핫돈의 왕위계승조약과의 관계를 중심으로-

        현재 성서학의 특징은 다양한 방법론들이 시도되는 다원성이라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 열두 소예언서에 관한 최근의 문학적 방법론의 주요한 흐름은 개별적인 책들에 언급된 역사와 상황에서 벗어나 그 열두 권의 책을 하나의 전집으로 보고 한 권으로서의 신학적 해석에 몰입하는 모습을 보인다. 그리고 열두 소예언서에 관한 역사비평적 연구는 편집적 방법론을 중심으로해서 책의 형성 단계를 여러 개로 구분하며, 본문을 그러한 단계에 귀속시키고 해석한다. 이에 본 논문은 각각의 고유한 이름을 가지고 구별된 책으로 존재하는 12권의 소예언서가 각자의 역사적 해석을 가질 수 있는 가능성도 존재한다는 사실을 확인하고, 또한 편집비평적 분석을 통한 책의 구분이 어느 정도의 타당성을 가질 수 있는지를 나훔서와 에살핫돈의 왕위계승조약을 비교 연구함으로 살펴보고자 했다. 두 문서의 비교를 통해 우리는 나훔이 에살핫돈의 왕위계승조약을 알고있었다는 것을 발견하게 되었다. 이로써 우리는 나훔서가 기원전 7세기에 시작될 수 있었던 나훔서의 독자적인 역사적, 신학적 핵심을 파악하고, 나훔의 예언을 더 깊이 이해할 수 있는 해석적 기준을 가질 수 있게 되었다. 우리는 또한 나훔서에서 에살핫돈의 왕위계승조약을 수용하고 변형해서, 그것도 파괴적으로 사용하는 것을 통해 나훔이 앗시리아의 정치 선전물을 야웨신앙을 위해 사용했다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이 과정에서 우리는 많은 학자들이 오랫동안 편집적인 후대의, 이차적으로 추가된 본문으로 간주했던 본문들이 실제로는 나훔서의 핵심을 형성하는 구절들이었음을 발견할 수 있다. Currently, the characteristic of biblical studies can be said to be pluralism, in which various methodologies are attempted. However, the main flow of recent literary methodology on the Book of the Twelve has been to break away from the history and situation mentioned in the individual prophetic books and to see the twelve books as a complete collection (corpus) and interpret them theologically as one book. Also, the historical-critical study of the Book of Twelve inclines to divide the formation stages of the book into several stages through redactional methodology, attribute the text to those stages, and to interpret them. Therefore, this thesis purports that there is also the possibility that the twelve individual prophetic books, which exist separately with their own unique names, deserve to have their own historical interpretation. Additionally, through a comparative study of Nahum and Esarhaddon’s Succession Treaty, this thesis tries to investigate whether a division of the book using redactional analysis can be valid or not. A comparison of the two documents led us to discover that Nahum had been aware of Esarhaddon’s Succession Treaty. This allowed us to both grasp the unique historical and theological kernel of the book of Nahum, which could have begun in 7th century B.C., and have an interpretative criterion for a deeper understanding of Nahum’s prophecy. We can also confirm that Nahum used Assyrian political propaganda for YHWH by accepting and transforming Esarhaddon’s Succession Treaty and using it destructively. In this process, we can find that the texts that many scholars have long regarded as later, secondary additions were, in fact, passages that formed the core of the book of Nahum.

        이사야서의 치유와 영산의 이사야 53장 해석

        이 논문은 우선적으로 이사야서에 나오는 ‘치유’에 관한 본문들을 관찰하여, 이사야서에서의 ‘치유’ 본문들이 본래적으로 말하고 있는 내용을 파악하려고 노력한다. 이 논문은 또한 영산이 이사야 53장을 통해 그의 ‘치유 신학’에 관해 어떤 진술들을 했는지를 확인하고자 한다. 이 두 가지의 시도를 통해 이 논문은 이사야서 본문들의 치유에 대한 시각과 영산의 목회적 적용을 비교함과 동시에 올바른 치유의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 주석적인 연구를 통해 드러난 이사야서에 나오는 치유의 비전에는 고대 이스라엘이 경험했던 부정적인 사회적 폐해들과 국가적 재난들이 전제되어 있다. 이사야서는 이러한 부정적인 상황들을 ‘질병들’로 규정한다. 이사야서는 그러한 질병들을 해결할 수 있는 방법으로 회개하고, 이스라엘의 치유자인 야훼와 새로운 관계를 맺을 것을 제시한다. 그럴 때 이스라엘은 사회적인 치유를 체험하고, 평화와 번영을 누릴 수 있게 된다는 것이다. 이사야서가 이야기하는 치유는 바로 이런 것이다. 영산은 자신의 개인적인 치유 체험과 목회자로서의 성서에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 실제적인 치유 사역을 전개하였다. 그는 우리의 질병의 치유를 위해서 그 아들 예수 그리스도를 십자가에서 죽게까지 하신 좋으신 하나님을 믿으면 육신적인 질병에서 치유를 받는다는 메시지를 줄기차게 전했다. 그는 기독교복음의 핵심 내용에 반드시 육체적인 치유가 포함되어야 한다고 역설하고 있는 것이다. 우리는 예수 그리스도의 은혜 안에서의 개인적인 육체적 치유를 인정하는 것과 더불어 이사야서의 치유에 대한 이해를 통해 성경적인 치유의 비전을 더 넓게 확립할 필요가 있다. 국제적인 분쟁과 사회적인 불의 그리고 그로 인한 개인적인 질병의 관련성을 인식하고, 하나님이 원하시는 올바른 치유 받은 세상과 개인을 향한 길로 나아가는 것이 보다 나은 치유 신학이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. This paper, primarily investigating the texts on “healing” in the Book of Isaiah, attempts to grasp the inherent meanings of the “healing” texts in Isaiah. The study also seeks to examine what Youngsan has stated on his “healing theology” in Isaiah 53. With these two attempts, this paper aims to present the comparison of the perspectives of healing in Isaiah’s texts with Youngsan’s pastoral applications to them and, at the same time, an appropriate direction of healing. The vision of healing in Isaiah, revealed through an exegetical study, presupposes the negative social evils and national disasters experienced by ancient Israel. Isaiah defines these negative situations as ‘diseases.’ As a way of solving such diseases, Isaiah offers repentance and renewal of one’s relationship with Yahweh, the healer of Israel. They will then enable Israel to experience social healing and to enjoy peace and prosperity. This is what Isaiah has argued about healing. Youngsan has conducted a practical healing ministry based on his own healing experience and understanding of the Bible as a pastor. The message that he has constantly delivered is that one will be able to be healed from a physical illness with the belief in the good God who let his Son, Jesus Christ die on the cross. He argues that physical healing must be included in the core content of the Christian gospel. In addition to acknowledging the physical healing of an individual in the grace of Jesus Christ, we need to broaden the vision of biblical healing through that in Isaiah. It can be stated that healing theology is to be more desirable when it encompasses correlations among international conflicts, social injustice, and the consequent diseases of individuals, and when it takes the paths toward the world and individuals, both of which are properly healed as God desires.

        상복부 암성통증 환자관리에 있어서 내장신경통 차단술의 임상적 고찰

        N/A Neurolytic splanchnic nerve block is an effective method for the relief of pain of upper abdominal cancer. Nine cases of intractable upper abdominal cancer pain were treated by splanchnic nerve block with absolute alcohol (25 ml) at the pain clinic of Kangdong Sacred Heart Hospital, Hallym University, during a 19 month period from March, 1988 to September, 1989. The group included six patients with stomach cancer, two patients with pancreatic cancer, and one patient with hepatobiliary cancer. We used fluoroscopy in all cases of alcohol spianchnic nerve block to determine both, the position of the needle tip, and the spread of the neurolytic solution. Of the 9 patients, 6 patients had excellent pain relief, and 3 patients who had combined upper abdominal and lower back pain had relieved upper abdominal pain only, but remaining lower back pain. Of the 9 patients', 5 patients had excellent pain relief through the patients remaining life (1-2 months) in which follow up was possible.

        탄원시의 분위기 변화와 영산의 4차원 영성: 시편 13편을 중심으로

        This article is intended to examine the correlation between the change of mood in lament psalms and the Fourth Dimensional Spirituality of Rev. David Yonggi Cho. So it purports to search the grounds of the Fourth Dimensional Spirituality through exegetical study, to examine the relationship between the biblical text(Ps. 13) and Youngsan’s thought and to confirm the merits of his idea. While the theological cores of Rev. David Yonggi Cho consist of the ‘Fivefold Gospel’ and the ‘Threefold Blessing’ which represent the ‘Holistic Salvation’,the ‘Fourth Dimensional Spirituality’ is the practical principle of life to experience the ‘Holistic Salvation’ concretely. The Fourth Dimensional Spirituality is the production of Rev. Yonggi Cho’s endeavors to help his disciples to overcome sinful and hopeless conditions such as sin, poverty, disease, alienation and to enjoy the Holistic Salvation as God’s gift. He systematized some spiritual principles and laws of faith which he found as the Fourth Dimensional Spirituality. It is made of the four key elements, Thought’,‘Vision’,‘Faith’ and ‘Word’. Rev. Yonggi Cho teaches that any bom again Christian can succeed in his life through the positive change of them. The important point we should note here is that the Fourth Dimensional Spirituality is based on the positive and hopeful change of ‘Thought’, ‘Vision’,‘Faith’ and ‘Word’ of believers. When this change comes true, they can escape from their poor surroundings and enjoy God’s blessings and success. The change of mood in most lament psalms can be compared with the Fourth Dimensional Spirituality of Rev. David Yonggi Cho. This phenomenon is that the petitioners of the lament psalms confess the expression of trust and vow of praise just after he speaks his sufferings and pains. They have confidence in ‘God’s listening of his petition’ (Erhörungsgewissenheit). So most of lament psalms ends with the positive and hopeful mood which is opposed to the dominant mood of the lament psalms, fear and frustration. This change of mood in lament psalms is close to the Fourth Dimensional Spirituality, because it also shows the change of the thought, faith or word of the petitioner to overcome the situation of suffering and oppression. Comparing the results of exegesis of Psalm 13 with the Fourth Dimensional Spirituality of Rev. Yonggi Cho, we can find one of the characteristic phenomena of the Bible, the ‘change of mood’ in lament psalms is very similar to it, because they both present the change of thought, vision, faith and word to overcome poor and deteriorated surroundings. So we can conclude that he Fourth Dimensional Spirituality of Rev. Yonggi Cho is the practical principle of life which is based on the Bible.
