        현재 우리나라 SI(Service Integration)에서 사업발주자 및 수행자는 소프트웨어사업 대가산정에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 사업발주자는 관례적인 사업비 산정으로 일관하고, 사업수행자는 근거 없이 받아들이는 것이 현실이다. 또한 감리 수행 시 사업비산정근거를 점검할 체계를 갖추지 못하고 있다. 이로 인해, 비용관리 위험 및 파생위험들을 초래할 수 있다. 이에, 사업비 산정과 위험에 대한 구체적인 인식과 연구가 필요하다.

        해석수준과 메시지 프레이밍에 따른 자율주행택시의 사용의도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 최근 4차산업 혁명의 산물로 대두되고 있는 자율주행차가 대중교통 수단인 택시로 이용될 때 해석수준과 메시지 프레이밍에 따른 사용 의도의 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 해석수준이란 가까운 미래에 발생한 일과 먼 미래에 발생할 일을 가정하여 어떤 제품이나 서비스를 해석하는 것이 다르다는 것을 말한다. 메시지 프레이밍이란 긍정 혹은 부정의 표현 또는 혜택, 손실의 양극단의 메시지를 구성한 것을 말한다. 즉, 기존연구에서는 이 두 개념에 따라 제품이나 서비스의 가치를 다르게 해석한다고 한다. 본 연구는 자율주행차가 택시로 출시될 때 두 개념을 적용할 경우 사용 의도의 차이를 보이는지 살펴보고자 한다. 결과를 요약하면 우선, 메시지 프레이밍 구성에서 자율주행 택시를 이용할 경우 혜택(Gain)과 왜(Why) 사용해야 하는지를 설명한 메시지 형식과 자율주행 택시를 이용하지 않았을 경우 손실(Loss)와 어떻게(How)를 강조한 메시지를 구성하여 비교해 보았다. 두 메시지 프레이밍은 차이를 보였으며(t= 3.063) 혜택(Gain)과 왜(Why)를 설명한 메시지 형태가 더 높은 사용 의도를 보였다. 또한, 해석수준에 따른 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 혜택(Gain) 및 손실(Loss)에 대한 먼 미래와 가까운 미래에 발생할 것을 가정한 경우 사용 의도에 차이가 있었으며, 구체적으로 혜택(Gain)을 설명한 메시지와 먼 미래에 발생할 것을 가정한 경우가 사용 의도가 높았다. 요약하면 자율주행 택시의 사용 의도를 높이기 위해서는 긍정의 메시지(Gain)와 먼 미래에 일어날 수 있는 것을 가정하여 사람들에게 메시지를 전달해야 한다는 결론이다. 또한, 본 연구를 통하여 향후 신기술의 출현에 대한 사용 의도 연구 시 연구방법을 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of interpretation level and intention to use message framing when autonomous vehicle, which is emerging as the product of 4th industrial revolution, is used as taxi, Interpretation level refers to the interpretation of a product or service, assuming that it will happen in the near future or in the distant future. Message framing refers to the formation of positive or negative expressions or messages at the extremes of benefits and losses. In other words, previous studies interpret the value of a product or service differently according to these two concepts. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there are differences in intention to use when two concepts are applied when an autonomous vehicle is launched as a taxi. The results are summarized as follows: First, the message format explaining the gain and why should be used when using the autonomous taxi in the message framing configuration, and the loss and how when the autonomous taxi is not used. Messages were constructed and compared. The two message framing differed (t = 3.063), and the message type describing the benefits and reasons showed a higher intention to use. In addition, the results according to interpretation level are summarized as follows. There was a difference in intentions to use when assuming that it would occur in the near future and in the near future with respect to the gain and loss, Respectively. In summary, in order to increase the intention of using autonomous taxis, it is concluded that messages should be given to people assuming positive messages (Gain) and what can happen in the distant future. In addition, this study will be able to utilize the research method in studying intention to use new technology. However, this study has the following limitations. First, it assumes message framing and time without user experience of autonomous taxi. This will be different from the actual experience of using an autonomous taxi in the future. Second, self-driving cars should technical progress is continuing, but laws and institutions must be established in order to commercialize it and build the infrastructure to operate the autonomous car. Considering this fact, the results of this study can not reflect a more realistic aspect. However, there is a practical limit to search for users with sufficient experience in new technologies such as autonomous vehicles. In fact, although the autonomous car to take advantage of the public transportation by taxi is now ready for the road infrastructure, and technical and legal public may not be willing to choose to not have enough knowledge to use the Autonomous cab. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is that by assuming that autonomous cars will be commercialized by taxi you can do to take advantage of the autonomous car, it is necessary to frame the message, why can most effectively be used to find how to deliver. In addition, the research methodology should be improved and future research should be done as follows. First, most students responded in this study. It is also true that it is difficult to generalize the hypotheses to be tested in this study. Therefore, in future studies, it would be reasonable to investigate the population of various distribution considering the age, area, occupation, education level, etc. Where autonomous taxi can be used rather than those who can drive. Second, it is desirable to construct various message framing of the questionnaire, but it is necessary to learn various message framing in advance and to prevent errors in response to the next message framing. Therefore, it is desirable to measure the message framing with a certain amount of time when the questionnaire is designed.

        주제어 프로파일링 및 동시출현분석을 통한 지능정보시스템 연구의 정체성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 한국지능정보시스템학회의 고유한 연구영역을 파악하고자 지능정보연구 학술지에 최근 3년 동안 게재된 논문들을 대상으로 키워드를 수집하여 프로파일링 기법과 동시출현빈도를 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 지능정보시스템 연구의 정통성과 정체성을 밝히는 동시에 향후 추구해야할 연구영역을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 정체성에 대한 상대적 위치를 파악하기 위하여 한국지능정보시스템학회 뿐만 아니라 유사학회에 해당하는 한국경영정보학회 그리고 한국정보시스템학회의 키워드 및 연구방법론을 수집하여 비교하였다. 또한, 한국지능정보시스템학회에서 인공지능/데이터마이닝, 지능형인터넷, 지식경영에 대한 주요 분야를 중점적으로 다루고 있음을 고려할 때 각 분야의 대표적인 학회로 한국빅데이터서비스학회 및 한국빅데이터학회, 한국인터넷전자상거래학회, 한국지식경영학회의 연구 경향을 각각 비교 분석하였다. 키워드 분석 결과만을 요약하면, 한국지능정보시스템학회는 키워드 부문에서는 텍스트마이닝 , 데이터 마이닝 및 추천시스템에 집중하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 인공지능/데이터마이닝 분야에서는 빅데이터 개념 자체와 감성분석에 초점을 두고 있고, 지능형인터넷 분야에서는 SNS와 구매의도, 신뢰, 기술수용모델에 집중하고 있었다. 지식경영 분야에서는 지식관리, 지식 공유 키워드에 집중함을 발견할 수 있었다. 더 나아가 한국지능정보시스템학회 뿐만 아니라 유사 연구 분야에서 생태계 전반적 융합 가능성을 진단해 보았다. The purpose of this study is to find the research identity of the Korea Intelligent Information Systems Society through the profiling methods and co-word analysis in the most recent three-year("2014~"2016) study to collect keyword. In order to understand the research identity for intelligence information system, we need that the relative position of the study will be to compare identity by collecting keyword and research methodology of The korea Society of Management Information Systems and Korea Association of Information Systems, as well as Korea Intelligent Information Systems Society for the similar. Also, Korea Intelligent Information Systems Society is focusing on the four research areas such as artificial intelligence/data mining, Intelligent Internet, knowledge management and optimization techniques. So, we analyze research trends with a representative journals for the focusing on the four research areas. A journal of the data-related will be investigated with the keyword and research methodology in Korean Society for Big Data Service and the Korean Journal of Big Data. Through this research, we will find to research trends with research keyword in recent years and compare against the study methodology and analysis tools. Finally, it is possible to know the position and orientation of the current research trends in Korea Intelligent Information Systems Society. As a result, this study revealed a study area that Korea Intelligent Information Systems Society only be pursued through a unique reveal its legitimacy and identity. So, this research can suggest future research areas to intelligent information systems specifically. Furthermore, we will predict convergence possibility of the similar research areas and Korea Intelligent Information Systems Society in overall ecosystem perspectives.

        클라우드 오피스 이용 활성화

        Recently, Most of the companies and government offices are under consideration about the adoption of cloud office service to actualize the smart work policies. Comparing with traditional office software, a cloud office service have the advantage of the method of payment and coming over the physical limitations. Many cloud office service users tend to adopt an official evaluated the service without doubt. However after deciding to adopt cloud office service, many users are faced with a variety of problems and difficulties practically. In this study, researchers carried out interview about those problems and difficulties after adopting a cloud office service. Consequently, there are several problems and difficulties such as compatibility, document security, document lost and maladjusted to the new graphic user interface between traditional office software and a cloud office service. A cloud office service have still several advantages not only a competitive price but also ubiquitous attributes. Thus, researchers need to study about what kinds of reason variables can solve those problems and difficulties. In existing research, DeLone & McLean have suggested information system success model. They use three independent variables which are system quality, informa-tion quality, service quality. Parameters are user satisfaction, intention to use and use. Lastly, dependent variables are net benefits. However in this study, we need to change the scope of measurement. In other words, we have to replace parameters with dependent variables. Simply, user satisfaction, intention to use and use is going to be depen-dent variables. There are several reasons why we need changing variables. First, we aim at giving a some suggestions to a cloud service providers which independent variables do not work to satisfy for the users. Second, we need to find out how to maximize cloud office service user's satisfaction and intention to use. Third, we should firstly know that relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Finally, those research results give for the cloud office service provider to solve the cloud office service adopting problems and difficulties.

        공공기관의 오픈소스 소프트웨어 도입에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인에 관한 연구

        This study suggests what are the key factors affecting the introduction of open source software in public institutions. The results of this study are as follows. First, we examined the effect of policy factors, job suitability, cost - effectiveness, software quality factors and external institutional support on public sector organizations. As a result, only policy factors and software quality have a positive effect on the intention of open source software adoption. In addition, external agency support has a moderating effect that positively affects the leading variables. This study implies that non - selective policy factors and perception of software quality are the initial stages of introduction. In the future, it is necessary to raise awareness that there is expense in terms of business suitability and actual total cost of ownership when open source software is expanded by expanding external agency support.

        TCO 접근방법을 통한 정부클라우드 SaaS 서비스 전환의 타당성에 관한 연구

        It is well known that SaaS(Software as a Service) changeover gives several advantages to organization. One of the advantages is the cost reduction effect of IT resources as well as IT human resources. Another one is the curtailment of software development workload in the field of informatization promotions. Nonetheless, it is hard to find comparison cases regarding the quantitative measurement of the introduction of SaaS before and after. Accordingly, when the Government IDC tries to adopt SaaS, it absolutely needs the empirical study whether SaaS is cost-effectiveness or not. In this study, we focus on variation in the Government administration common tasks, processes and labor costs. Using the Man-Month(MM) estimation methods. We verify that how much TCO(Total Cost of Ownership) is reduced per year.

        SaaS 도입 시 예산추정을 위한 통합점검프레임워크 개발에 관한 연구

        Government agencies have many difficulties for the information system development and operation. One of the difficulties is a budget estimation. Each government agency suggests individually different estimation for the personnel expenses and IT infrastructure adoption costs in the same field of informatization promotions. The other one is the operation costs are increased exponentially in every year[42, 51]. Those difficulties make government agencies can not help adopting SaaS. In fact, most of IT consulting company and government agencies already recognized a variety of SaaS advantages. The most typical SaaS's advantages are cost reduction, Software rapid development and deployment. However, once government agencies decide to adopt SaaS, they can not avoid many problems and difficulties. There is no information in a detailed item in a budget. In those kinds of situation, there is no choice whether government agencies accept SaaS provider's suggesting adoption costs or not. Thus, we provide a sheet of SaaS adoption cost estimation to government agencies To know the cost factors, this study uses TCO(Total Cost of Ownership)'s criteria. To give a management point, this study uses Gartner's Application development Life Cycle. In this study, the integration check framework which is SaaS adoption cost estimation makes government agencies possible to establish a adequate budget.

      • 통합비용감리모델을 통한 IT사업위험관리 효율성에 관한 연구

        현재 대한민국 사업(IT Project)수행 시 다양한 관리 방법론이 연구·활용 되고 있다. 그러나 다양한 사업(IT Project)관리 방법론을 적용한다 하더라도 효과·효율성 측면에 대한 실증분석이 필요하다. 왜냐하면 그러한 방법론으로 비용적 측면에서 효과·효율 성을 발휘할 것인지 측정이 없었기 때문이다. 본 논문에서 시뮬레이션 하는 비용측정은 사업초기에 책정한 비용과, 분석/설계가 끝나는 시점의 비용, 사업 종료 후 비용을 측정할 것이다. 이때, 사업관리의 위험관리요소와 통합비용감리모델을 제시하여 감리점검항목을 도출할 것이다. 이를 통하여 효과·효율 성을 도출할 것인지 검증할 것이다. 효과 성 및 효율 성이 본 논문에서 제시한 통합비용감리모델을 통하여 비용에 대한 누수 및 과다산출이 도래를 막을 수 있는지 논하고자 한다.

        정보기술의 사회공헌성과 메시지프레이밍의 유형이 사용자의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to find that how many users can recognize the reCAPTCHA technology and what the most affect antecedents to the continuous of use are. The reCAPTCHA technology gives users not only the web security but also the opportunity of participate for the social contributions. The social contributions mean that users input a distorted characters from the old documents and books to the input box on the web pages. That is to say, it can make an old character or word intelligible. However, many people usually do not know the reCAPTCHA functions. Because of this, users would lose to make the social contributions. Thus, this research is to find which the antecedents can be the most affect factors to the continuous use. Also, we focus on a message framing to know for users what reCAPTCHA functions are there. A message framing leads to users have an opportunity of the participate more in the social contributions. Many users just understand that reCAPTCHA is the only process to use web services on the web pages. Those kinds of use properties do not draw users to use reCAPTCHA continuously and then participation of social contributions will lose a chance. Finally, this research is to find a reasonable and effective message framing. Also, we study the continuous use of reCAPTCHA in two perspectives which are social factors and basic factors. Social factors are perceived social responsibilities and perceived social usefulness. Basic factors are perceived security, perceived personal usefulness and perceived ease of use.
