UMG 실리콘을 이용한 태양전지 공정에서 Phosphorus 확산과 게터링

Due to its high production cost and relatively high energy consumption during the Siemens process, poly-silicon makers have been continuously and eagerly sought another silicon route for decades. One candidate that consumes less energy and has a simpler acidic and metallurgical purification procedure is upgraded metallurgical-grade (UMG) silicon. Owing to itslow purity, UMG silicon often requires special steps to minimize the impurity effects and to remove or segregate the metal atoms in the bulk and to remove interfacial defects such as precipitates and grain boundaries. A process often called the ‘gettering process’ is used with phosphorus diffusion in this experiment in an effort to improve the performance of silicon solar cells using UMG silicon. The phosphorous gettering processes were optimized and compared to the standard POCl process so as to increase the minority carrier lifetime(MCLT) with the duration time and temperature as variables. In order to analyze the metal impurity concentration and distribution, secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) was utilized before and after the phosphorous gettering process.

광학 문자 인식(Optical Character Recognition, OCR)은 이미지 내의 문자를 인식하여 디지털 포맷(Digital Format)의 텍스트로 변환하는 기술이다. 딥러닝(Deep Learning) 기반의 OCR이 높은 인식률을 보여줌에 따라 대량의 기록 자료를 보유한 많은 산업 분야에서 OCR을 활용하고 있다. 특히, 의료 산업 분야는 의료 서비스 향상을 위해 딥러닝 기반의 OCR을 적극 도입하였다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 기반 OCR 엔진(Engine) 및 의료 데이터에 특화된 OCR의 동향을 살펴보고, 의료 OCR의 발전 방향에 대해 제시한다. 현재의 의료 OCR은 검출한 문자 데이터를 자연어 처리(Natural Language Processing, NLP)하여 인식률을 개선하였다. 그러나, 정형화되지 않은 손글씨(Handwriting)나 변형된 문자에서는 여전히 인식 정확도에 한계를 보였다. 의료 데이터의 데이터베이스(Database)화, 이미지 전처리(Pre-processing), 특화된 자연어 처리를 통해 더욱 고도화된 의료 OCR을 발전시키는 것이 필요하다. Optical Character Recognition is the technology that recognizes text in images and converts them into digital format. Deep learning-based OCR is being used in many industries with large quantities of recorded data due to its high recognition performance. To improve medical services, deep learning-based OCR was actively introduced by the medical industry. In this paper, we discussed trends in OCR engines and medical OCR and provided a roadmap for development of medical OCR. By using natural language processing on detected text data, current medical OCR has improved its recognition performance. However, there are limits to the recognition performance, especially for non-standard handwriting and modified text. To develop advanced medical OCR, databaseization of medical data, image pre-processing, and natural language processing are necessary.
한국어 문서 요약 기법을 활용한 휘발유 재고량에 대한 미디어 분석

Despite the continued development of alternative energies, fuel consumption is increasing. In particular, the price of gasoline fluctuates greatly according to fluctuations in international oil prices. Gas stations adjust their gasoline inventory to respond to gasoline price fluctuations. In this study, news datasets is used to analyze the gasoline consumption patterns through fluctuations of the gasoline inventory. First, collecting news datasets with web crawling. Second, summarizing news datasets using KoBART, which summarizes the Korean text datasets. Finally, preprocessing and deriving the fluctuations factors through N-Gram Language Model and TF-IDF. Through this study, it is possible to analyze and predict gasoline consumption patterns.
대학생 자녀가 지각한 부모의 과보호 양육수준과 자녀의 도덕성 간 관계

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of parental overprotection on Korean college students’ moral behaviors. To test the prediction that overprotected participants will show more immoral behaviors in moral dilemma situations, we measured perceived parental overprotectiveness and morality. Participants were 113 college freshmen. Two types of modified experimental paradigms were used to assess participants on their levels of justice-oriented and prosocial morality. Based on whether they displayed moral behavior (i.e., honest or helping behavior) or not, participants were included in either moral or immoral group. Second, the levels of perceived maternal overprotectiveness and paternal overprotectiveness were assessed using Korean-Parental Overprotection Scale (K-POS) and were compared between moral and immoral group. For justice-oriented morality, the results showed that the immoral group reported a significantly higher level of perceived maternal overprotection compared to the moral group (t = 2.16, p < .05). On the contrast, paternal overprotection was not related to participants’ honesty. The results indicate that participants who experienced overprotective parental care are more likely to act immorally in moral dilemma situations dealing with justice. Meanwhile, for prosocial morality, both maternal and paternal overprotection levels did not result in significant difference between two groups. More Implications and limitations were discussed. 본 연구에서는 부모의 과보호 양육태도가 대학생 자녀의 도덕성에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 먼저 대학생을 대상으로 도덕성을 대표하는 정의 위주 도덕성과 친사회적 도덕성을 행동 실험적 방법으로 측정하고 행동결과에 따라 도덕 집단을 분류하였다. 한국 과보호 양육척도(K-POS)를 사용하여 자녀가 지각하는 부모의 과보호 수준이 집단 간 차이가 있는지 분석하였다. 참가자들은 대학교 1학년생 113명이었으며, 도덕적 딜레마가 제시된 실제와 유사한 실험상황에서 정의 위주 도덕성을 대표하는 정직행동과, 친사회적 도덕성을 대표하는 친사회적 도움행동을 측정하기 위해 각각 시험부정행위 실험과 무보상 실험참가 실험을 차용하였다. 연구 결과, 정의 위주 도덕성의 경우, 부정직 집단이 정직 집단에 비해 어머니의 과보호 수준을 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 어머니가 체면중시적이거나 부모-자녀 동일시 경향을 특징으로 하는 과보호 양육태도를 가졌다고 보고한 자녀가 부정행위를 더 많이 하는 것으로 관찰되었다. 반면, 아버지의 과보호 양육태도는 자녀의 부정행위에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 친사회적 도덕성의 경우는 아버지와 어머니의 과보호 양육태도는 자녀의 친사회적 도움행동과 관련이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 함의와 의의에 더불어 한계점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

In order to control indoor air quality and save energy, it is needed to install a suitable ventilation system equipped with heat exchanger for heat recovery. Paper heat exchanger can recover 50~70% of the enthalpy difference between supply and exhaust air. The purpose of this research is to obtain the experimental correlations for the friction factor, heat transfer coefficient, mass transfer coefficient and permeance of paper heat exchanger, which can be used to predict the performance of the paper heat exchanger. Pressure drops at various velocities, and sensible and latent heat transfer rates at various dry-bulb temperatures, relative humidities and specific humidities are measured to derive experimental correlations. The results of prediction using correlations show fairly good agreement with the experimental data obtained in the actual operating conditions.
