전시장 건축의 계획적 요소에 관한연구 : 국내외 전시 산업현황과 전시장건립사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 전시장(산업)에 대한 문헌을 중심으로 고찰한 전시장(산업)의 이론적 고찰과 국내외 대표적인 전시장을 비교분석 함으로써 향후 전시장 건축에 있어 중요하게 검토되어야 할 사항을 제안하였다. 전시장 분야의 하드웨어 부분인 전시장 건립에 관한 주요 요소를 정리하는 작업은 소프트웨어인 운영부분에서 발생하는 문제점을 개선 발전시켜서 환류(Feed Bock)함으로써 건설과 운영이 동시에 발전한다. 수익성 있는 전시장 운영을 염두에 두고 하드웨어적인 전시장 건축에 있어서 고려되어야 할 건축계획적 요소에 대한 사항에 대한 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 전시장 접근성 접근성은 전시장을 활성화하기 위하여 필수적으로 갖추어야할 항목으로 최대한 대중교통(버스, 전철, 경전철)과 접근이 용이 해야하며, 장기적으로 전시장 발전성을 고려할 때 철도와 해상로가 연결이 가능토록 계획하고 교통집중을 고려하여 전용 IC을 설치한다. 2. 전시장의 특화 전시목적물이 경량물위주인 경우는 복층형태도 가능하나 단층형태 전시장의 경우 중량물 전시도 가능하고 관람자의 이용성이 좋으므로 단층구조가 유리하다. 3 인근 지역 개발과 연계성 전시장 입지는 도시계획적 차원에서 접근하여 전시장을 그 도시의 중심산업으로 계획함으로써 기반시설(국제공항연계, 도로, 상하수도, 통신 등)이 확보되도록 전시장 건축계획 단계부터 고려되어야 한다. 4. 전시장의 확장성 산업의 발전과 함께 전시장도 확장이 가능토록 확장성을 고려한 부지확보가 필요하며 최대한 옥외주차, 조경시설을 확보하여 전시장 증설시 전시장 건립부지로 제공한다. 5. 전시장 기능 전시장 기능이 산업전시 위주의 기능인 경우 중소 규모의 회의시설을 다양하게 배치하고 컨벤션 시설의 설치는 초기 투자비가 과대하게 소요되므로 전시장 발전추세를 고려하여 건축토록 하며, 가급적 이벤트 HALL, 연예시설(Entertainment)은 동시에 건축한다. 옥외 전시기능이 확대되는 추세이므로 일부는 주차장부지와 병행하여 사용할 수 있도록 충분히 고려하고 녹지, 공원시설은 테마를 부여하여 설치한다. 6. 전시장의 동선 관람객 동선과 직원, 화물, Catering 동선은 원칙적으로 분리시키며 차량은 One way 방식을 채택하여 차량동선의 중복을 피한다. 화물 및 서비스 차량은 가급적 출입구를 일반차량 출입구와 구분하여 별도로 설치하며 주차장은 전시장면적 대비 3.3㎡(평)당 0.2∼0.25대 이상 확보한다. 7. 기타 시설 최근 전시장이 Hi-Teck화 하고 있어 전시장내 IBS 적용 및 초고속정보통신망을 설치하여 전시기능을 제고시킨다. By theoretically reviewing the exhibition based on the literature and relevant thesis on the exhibition(industry), and comparing the most representative exhibition center this thesis presented some important factors to be reviewed when constructing the exhibition center in the future. The process of summarizing some key elements on the construction of exhibition center, the hardware part of exhibition, should be developed in terms of construction and operation at the same time with feedback by improving and developing the problems to be generated in the fields of operation, which is the software part. Followings are some core elements to be considered in construction of exhibition center, focusing on the operation of profitable exhibition. 1. Access of exhibition site. The easy access is the essential element for activating the exhibition. It should be easily accessed by the pubic transportation(bus, subway, monorail). Considering the development phases of exhibition in long-team base, it should be planned to enable the connection between railway and sea road. Exclusive IC should be installed given the traffic congestion. 2. Specialization of Exhibition center If the exhibition center exhibits light-weight goods only, multi-story structure is also available. But as for one story exhibition center, it can exhibit heavy-weight goods as well and provide visiter with easy of access. In conclusion, one-story structure exhibition center, is advantegous in many aspects. 3. Development of neighboring areas and connectivity A site of exhibition should be determined by planning the exhibition as the central industry of the city from the aspect of city planning, and should be planned from the design stage to secure the key facilities(connectivity to international airport, road, water supply and drainage system, and communication. 4. Expandability of Exhibition It is necessary to secure the site given the expandability of exhibition as well as the development of industry. When expanding the exhibition, the outdoor parking and landscaping facility should be obtained as much as possible. 5. Function of Exhibition If the function of exhibition is mainly for industrial exhibition, small and medium sized meeting facilities should be arranged. Since it requires excessive investment in installation of convention facility, it should consider the trend in development of exhibition, and event hall and entertainment facility should be constructed at the same time as much as possible. Since the outdoor exhibition is on the increase, it should be designed to utilize as a parking lot some time. Green areas and park should be Installed with specific theme. 6. Flow Line of Exhibition Moving line of visiter, employee, cargo and catering should be separated in principle. One way method should be adopted for vehicles, and the overlap of vehicle flowing line should be avoided. Entrance for freight and service vehicles should be Installed separately from the entrance of general vehicles. Parking lot should be secured over 0.2 to 0.25 car spaces per 3.3㎡(Pyung) compared with the areas of exhibition. 7. Other Facilities Since the exhibition recently uses high technologies, apply IBS inside the exhibition and install the high-speed information communication network to improve the exhibition function.
