        리듬청각자극을 동반한 경사 트레드밀 보행 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 보행에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to determine how inclined-treadmill walking training with rhythmic auditory stimulation affects balance and gait in stroke patients. Methods: Ten chronic stroke patients, admitted to B hospital in Gangwon-do between August and October 2015, were trained 5 times per week for 4 weeks; each session lasted 30 minutes. To assess balance and gait before and after the training, the timed up and go (TUG) test, Berg balance scale (BBS), six minute walking test (6MWT), and three-dimensional spatiotemporal gait ability were used to measure the relevant variables. The data were analyzed using the paired t-test, and the statistical significance level was 0.05. Results: There were significant differences in the TUG, BBS, 6MWT, gait speed, cadence, single limb support (SLS), and symmetric index (SI) before and after training (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The results showed that the inclined-treadmill walking training with rhythmic auditory stimulation was effective at improving the balance and walking ability of stroke patients. Hearing training, using one of the basic procedures of proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation, is considered to be an important aspect.

        경기 남·북간 지역격차 분석 및 동반발전방안 모색

        This study examines the evolution of regional inequality between the north and south parts of Gyeonggi-do and investigates the patterns and charateristics of the inequality. This paper first found out that the inequality had ever increased up to the 1990s and since then began to decrease. More systematic analysis on the spatial disparity since 2000 in Gyeonggi-do also shows the slight decrease of the inequality. The study also found out that the regional inequality in Gyeonggi-do shows more of disparity within each of the north and the south part than one between them, which needs to be strongly considered for the more relevant regional policy making. 본 연구는 경기 남·북간의 지역격차가 역사적으로 언제부터 시작되었는지 고찰하고, 이를 토대로 경기 남북 간 지역격차 실태를 살펴본 후 그 구조와 패턴을 분석하고자 한다. 먼저 연대별 인구수로 살펴본 결과, 경기 남북 간 지역격차는 지속적으로 증가하다가 1990년대 이후 감소하는 양상을 보였다. 둘째, 2000년 이후 경기 남북 간 격차가 미세하게 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 경기 북부내의 지역격차 패턴을 분석한 결과, 정책에 의해 지역 간의 격차가 심화되었다. 끝으로 이러한 분석을 토대로 본 연구는 경기 남북 간 지역격차 완화뿐만 아니라 북부 내에서의 지역격차를 완화하는 정책 방안을 모색하는 것을 제시하면서 결론을 맺는다.

        리듬청각자극을 동반한 경사 트레드밀 보행훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 보행에 미치는 영향: 예비연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify whether inclined treadmill gait training with rhythmic auditory simulation (RAS) could improve on balance and gait in stroke patients. Method: Fifteen stroke patients who had agreed with the study were allocated to the group 1(n=5), group 2(n=5), or group 3(n=5). The group 1, group 2 and group 3 performed RAS with inclined treadmill gait training, inclined treadmill gait training and treadmill without incline gait training respectively for 3 weeks (30 minutes per session, 5 times in a week). The balance was assessed using Timed Up & Go (TUG) and Berg Balance Sale (BBS), and the gait was evaluated using 6 Minutes Walking Test (6MWT) and spatio-temporal walking variables as walking speed, cadence, Single Limb Support of affected side(SLS) and Symmetric Index(SI) before and after training. Result: Both the group 1 and group 2 showed significant improvement after training in all variables of balance and gait. The group 3 showed significant improvement in TUG values, 6MWT values, walking speed, cadence and SI. The changes in the group 1 were significantly greater in all dependent variables of balance and gait than those of the group 2 and group 3. The changes in the group 2 were significantly greater in TUG values, BBS scores, 6MWT values, walking speed, and cadence than those of the group 3. Conclusion: The result of this study show inclined treadmill gait training with RAS is more effective to improve balance and gait in stoke patients than inclined treadmill or general treadmill gait training without RAS.

        만성 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 ICF와의 상관관계 예비 연구 : ICF 활동, 참여 및 환경영역 중심으로

        Purpose: This study provides a treatment for central nervous system development in patients with chronic stroke by investigating changes in the upper limb function over time. The correlations among the activities, participation, and environmental factors of the international classification of functioning (ICF), disability and health are also examined. Methods: The subjects of this study are 18 patients with chronic stroke who were hospitalized and treated at 00 hospital in the Chungcheongbuk-do province. Their upper extremity functions are evaluated using the manual function test (MFT). The activities, participation, and environmental factors are evaluated using the ICF generic form. The correlations between the total scores of the affected and unaffected sides and the ICF items are analyzed using the Pearson correlation analysis. The significance level is p<0.05. Results: When the correlations between the activities and participation areas of ICF and the total score of the affected side of MFT were examined, significant correlations (p<0.05) were found in the following items: changing basic body position (D410), lifting and carrying objects (D430), moving around using equipment (D465), using transportation (D470), washing oneself (D510), caring for body parts (D520), and dressing (D540). When the correlations between the activities and participation areas of ICF and the total score of the unaffected side of MFT were examined, significant correlations (p<0.05) were found among writing (D170), speaking (D330), eating (D550), and drinking (D560). In addition, when the correlation between the environment area of ICF and the total score of the unaffected side of the MFT were examined, significant correlations (p<0.05) were found between products and technology for personal use in daily living (E115) and immediate family (E310). Conclusion: The MFT of patients with chronic stroke is closely correlated with the activities, participation, and environmental factors of ICF. This result suggests that ICF can be used as a useful tool to comprehensively evaluate the abilities of the patient, including the upper extremity function.
