20 MSVQ 알고리즘을 이용한 자연 및 인공 지진음 식별

This paper proposes an identification technique to discriminate natural and artificial seismic sounds by using the 20 MSVQ algorithm with the data measured by using a hydrophone. Spectrum band energy and MFCC were used as representative parameters for sake of discriminating natural and artificial seismic sounds, and the orders of characterized parameters were determined through experiments. As a result of using 20 MSVQ algorithm with the 2 characterized parameters, MFCC had 99.9% and the spectrum energy parameter had 83.9% percent of success. It was verified that it is extremely accurate when seismic sounds were discriminated by using the method suggested by this paper. 본 논문에서는 하이드로폰으로 측정한 지진음 데이터를 가지고 20 MSVQ 알고리즘을 이용하여 자연지진음과 인공지진음을 식별하였다. 지진음 식별을 위한 특징 파라미터로는 스펙트럼 대역별 에너지, MFCC를 사용하였으며, 실험을 통하여 식별에 적합한 특징 파라미터 차수를 결정하였다. 2개의 특징 파라미터를 가지고 20 MSVQ 알고리즘으로 식별한 결과 MFCC를 사용하였을 경우에 99.9%, 스펙트럼 에너지 파라미터는 83.9%의 식별결과를 얻었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 파라미터와 알고리즘을 사용하여 지진음을 식별한 결과 성능이 매우 우수함을 확인하였다.

Mechanical and thermomechanical properties of the bulk metallic glass (BMG) are so unique that the deformation behavior is largely dependent on the temperature and the strain rate. Impacting behavior of NiTiZrSiSn bulk metallic glass powder during kinetic spraying was investigated in this study. Considering the impact behavior of the BMG, the kinetic spraying system was modified and attached the powder preheating system to make the transition from the inhomogeneous deformation to the homogeneous deformation of impacting BMG particle easy BMG splat formation is considered from the viewpoint of the adiabatic shear instability. It is suggested that the impact behavior of bulk metallic glass particle is determined by the competition between fracture and deformation. The bonding of the impacting NiTiZrSiSn bulk amorphous particle was primarily caused by the temperature-dependent deformation and fracture (local liquid formation) behavior.
물놀이형 수경시설의 수질과 항생제 내성 대장균 분포에 관한 연구

Objective: This study was performed in order to investigate the distribution of antibiotic resistant E. coli and water quality in waterscape facilities. Methods: Nine waterscape facilities were selected and classified into three types: ground, wall and general fountain. The items analyzed in this study were pH, turbidity, $KMnO_4$ consumption, total colony, total coliforms, fecal coliforms and E. coli. Additionally, an antibiotic resistance test on E. coli was performed. Results: There were no sampling sites that exceeded the permitted limits of water quality, but the concentration of pollutants was high at the beginning operation in June. Moreover, concentration of turbidity, $KMnO_4$ consumption and total colony were higher in ground fountains than in wall and general fountains. Five species of antibiotic resistant E. coli were detected from three sampling sites. Conclusions: The waterscape facilities were significantly contaminated with water microorganisms, especially total colony, total coliforms and fecal coliforms. Disinfection and filtration systems to remove pollutants should be installed for safe waterscape facilities.

A bulk amorphous NiTiZrSiSn powder produced using an inert gas atomization was sprayed by kinetic spraying process that is basically a solid-state deposition process onto a mild steel substrate. They were successfully overlaid onto the mild steel substrate. In order to evaluate the tribological behavior of the kinetic sprayed NiTiZrSiSn BMG (Bulk Metallic Glass) coatings, a partially crystallized coating and a fully crystallized coating were prepared by the isothermal heat treatments. Tribological behaviors were investigated in view of friction coefficient, hardness and amorphous phase fraction of coating layer. Surface morphologies and depth in the wear tracks were observed and measured by scanning electron microscope and alpha-step. From the examination of the scratch wear track microstructure, transition from the ductile like deformation (micro cutting) to the brittle deformation (micro fracturing) in the scratch groove was observed with the increase of the crystallinity.
강설도로 위험구간 선정을 위한 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구

산업화 및 도시화의 급속한 진전에 따라 도시통행량이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 도시교통의 양상은 짧은 시간내에 많은 양의 눈이 내리면서 교통혼잡과 극심한 정체로 이어져 심각한 교통대란을 야기시키기도 한다. 이처럼 강설시의 원할한 통행을 도모하기 위한 방안의 하나로서, 도로의 구조 및 도로상의 다양한 위험요소들이 강설시의 차량통행에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지에 대한 분석이 필요한 시점이며, 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 강설시 도로위험구간을 도출하기 위한 분석틀의 설정 및 중요도분석을 통해 보다 객관화된 지표를 선정하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는, 1)평가지표의 개발을 위해 표적집단면접(FGI) 및 전문가 브레인 스토밍을 거쳐 최종 평가지표(지리 지형특성, 도로시설, 도로기하구조, 교통특성)를 도출하였으며, 2)도출된 평가지표들을 토대로 AHP분석을 실시하여 각 평가항목별 가중치를 산정하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 평가항목 측면에서 보면, 4가지 평가지표 중 교통특성이 강설도로 위험구간 선정시 가장 중요한 항목으로 도출되었는데, 이는 일반적인 시설이나 지리적인 특성보다는 강설시 가장 위험한 것이 교통량이나 대형차와 같은 교통적인 특성이라는 것으로 판단할 수 있다.

An inert gas atomized NiTiZrSiSn bulk metallic glass feedstock was sprayed onto the copper plate using vacuum plasma spraying process. In order to change the in-flight particle energy, that is, thermal energy, the hydrogen gas flow rate in plasma gas mixture was increased at the constant flow rate of argon gas. Coating and single pass spraying bead were produced with the least feeding rate. Regardless of the plasma gas composition, fully melted through unmelted particle could be observed on the overlay coating. However, the frequency of the unmelted particle number density was increased with the decrease of the hydrogen gas flow rate. The amorphous phase fraction within coating was also affected by the number density of the unmelted particle.

본 연구의 날갯짓 초소형 비행체는 실제 생명체의 날개를 모방하여, 매우 유연한 재질의 캠버날개를 활용한다. 캠버 날개는 생명체와 유사하게 앞전, 시맥, 박막과 같이 특성이 서로 다른 세 가지 재질로 구성되어 있고 다양한 방식으로 구속되어 있다. 날개의 유연성을 활용한 수동 회전(passive rotation) 방식은 앞전과 시맥의 재질이 날갯짓 궤적에 매우 큰 영향을 미치는 요소이기 때문에 적절한 유연성을 갖는 재질의 선정이 필수적이다. 이러한 날개의 재질들과 복잡한 형상을 사실적으로 모델링하여 정밀하게 해석할 수 있는 유체-구조 연성해석 프로그램을 개발하고, 날개의 앞전과 시맥의 탄성 계수의 변화에 따른 공력탄성학 효과를 정밀하게 분석하였다. 결과적으로 재료의 탄성 계수 변화만으로도 날개의 비틀림각 궤적을 적절히 발생시킴으로써 날갯짓 비행체의 추력 및 효율을 크게 증가시킬 수 있음을 보였다. The flapping-wing micro air vehicle (FW-MAV) in this study utilizes the cambered wings made of quite flexible material. Similar to the flying creatures, the present cambered wing uses three different materials at its leading edge, vein, and membrane. And it is constrained in various conditions. Since passive rotation uses the flexible nature of the wing, it is important to select an appropriate material for a wing. A three-dimensional fluid–structure interaction solver is developed for a realistic modeling of the cambered wing. Then a parametric study is conducted to evaluate the aerodynamic performance in terms of the elastic modulus of leading edge and vein. Consequently, the elastic modulus plays a key role in enhancing the aerodynamic performance of FW-MAVs.
기상 및 피해특성을 고려한 대설위험지역 구분에 관한 연구

This research provides the baseline information for the response plan applicable to areal heavy snow-fall(HSF) characteristics by understanding areal weather(heavy snow-fall) & disaster damage characteristics and classifying HSF hazard areas applied to twenty-six cities and Guns of Chungcheong NamㆍBuk-Do. Our research results classifies the twenty-six cities and Guns into three types of HSF areas: high-risk significant-damage(HRSD) areas(HSF hazard areas), high-risk mild-damage (HRMD) areas(appropriate response-required areas), and low-risk significant-damage(LRSD) areas(potential risk areas). This means there is a difference of snow-fall and damage strength based on many factors within the same administrative boundary of Chungcheong NamㆍBuk-Do. Thus, it is necessary to apply the weather environments to snow removal systems responding to heavy snow-fall disasters. The results of our research is applicable to snow removal plans of Chungcheong Namㆍ Buk-Do.
섬수약침 국소시술 이후 발생한 단순 피부 발진: 3 이상사례 보고

Three cases of simple exanthematous eruption were suspected during Sumsu (Bufonis Venenum) pharmacopuncture (SP) topical anesthesia for acupotomy. Patients had skin rash with pruritus on both ankle, posterior neck, and left shoulder after 11, 12, and 7 times of SP treatment, respectively. There were no cases of systemic manifestations or changes in vital signs. As a result of using the World Health Organization-Uppsala Monitoring Centre (WHO-UMC) causality assessment, all the cases were evaluated as 'unlikely'. However, the results of using the Korean algorithm for assessing the causality of drug adverse reactions version 2.0 were evaluated as 'possible'. This report is the first case report on adverse events suspected of occurring after SP treatment. Although the causal relationship between suspected intervention and the adverse event is not clear, there was a difficulty in completely excluding the possibility. Additional safety studies will be required to make SP more widely available. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2018;28(3):119-124)
