In this paper, a method to identify the equivalent circuit parameters of an induction motor is described. The method uses the current control in the rotational coordinate and compensates the effects of dead time and Inverter non-linearity. So it don't need the voltage sensor for motor input voltage and the speed sensor. For mutual inductance, wbich is sensitive to the injected current and frequency, the method uses the flux saturation<br/> characteristics of induction motor and provides the wide reliability. The performance of the proposed method is proved by experimental results
