In this paper, mathematical modelings of parallel mild hybrid electric vehicles(HEV) are formulated and coded using MATLAB/Simulink software to verify the performance of power distribution control algorithms. Two types of power control strategies are also implemented using ECU-In-the-Loop-Simulation(EILS) to compare with simulation results. In order to save the cost and the time for the test of a real vehicle, EILS has become an essential intermediate stage before the application to a real vehicle. The subsystem models of a parallel mild HEV system are coded in each of four microcontrollers where required vehicle data between ECUs and equipments are communicated via CAN protocol. It is shown by EILS results how the transmission time delay and the execution time of each control algorithm can be measured and utilized to determine the control sampling time and to predict the system output performance.

In this paper, a steering feel simulator is designed and implemented using a steering wheel with a rotation angle sensor, torque sensor, and an ac motor for the generation of the required torque. The controller in the simulator consists of a 16 bit micro-controller, a D/A converter and A/D converters. The main objective of the controller is to perform torque control where the reference torque is calculated from the torque map for both the vehicle velocity and the wheel sensor output. It is shown via the experimentation using the proposed simulator that the simulator output performance can be easily understood for the variation of vehicle parameters or controller parameters.

본 논문에서는 차량용 실시간 운영체제인 OSEK/VDX가 어떠한 구조로 이루어졌는지 알아보고 간단한 Application에 응용해 보았다. OSEK/VDX의 표준화 되어있는 기본 구성요소인 OS, COM. NM, OIL에 대하여 각각의 기능에 대하여 소개하고 OIL파일을 작성해서 ECU에 적용하기 위한 설계 가이드를 제시한다.
