태도가 전시가 될 때: '감화'로서의 전시공간

What is an exhibition? Is it of the system which is designed to serve Art Works in their representation, or is it a place where the artistic presentation could be considered as art work itself? After modernist era, the role of exhibitional space might have been shifted from those two principle raison d'$\^{e}$tre of exhibitional space into another, a new one. What Deleuze would call it as he borrowed the term from Spinozian philosophy : the Affectional Space. This new type of exhibitional space has been announced since 1969 when a Harald Szeeman, young independent curator and art critic from Swiss, has organized his brilliant exhibition "When Attitudes become Form" in Bern. For sure, these intensities in curatorial practices have been existing before like some early 20th century exhibitional efforts by Marcel Duchamp, El Lissitzky, Yve Klein, etc. It has influenced much on many of, otherwise most of contemporary art exhibiting practices. And now it seems to be necessary to give it a conceptual idea which could enlighten better the new paradigm of exhibitional practices that we try to clarify. I would propose the idea of that new exhibitional space as "space of non-organic becoming". This idea is inspired by Deleuze's ever famous philosophical work Thousand Plateaus, which, with Folds by the same author, has contributed to many contemporary and aesthetical debating issues. What is "affect"? Explaining about Spinoza's principle concepts, Deleuze defines it as a kind of durations or variations which are constituted by different levels of perfection. One perfection is precedented or followed by certain perfection bigger or lesser through lived transitions or passages. So each time it actualizes and reflects the state of All as a cut of Reality while each state of affections, images or ideas can not be separated from the duration which binds it to the precedent state and extends it to following one. Affect is also a term of changes. One affects at the same time it is affected. Exhibitional space as affect (or affectional space) is distinguished from representational and presentational space in the way it attributes movement, produces arrangements and generates new factors of artistic creation including those which are outside of ever accepted artistic elements. The concepts of affectional space are used especially to enlighten contemporary situation of artistic and curatorial processes. Art is no more limited to be seen as mere objects of aesthetical admiration, nor as art vis-$\`{a}$-vis art relationship apart from the whole. It includes possibilities and virtuality that appear in the imperceptible and undescribable manners if delimited in given language. As once noticed by Kuhn, we might be living in a paradigmatically shifting world, not only in Art but also in Life. And we need to express it more with Art as moving and affectional nods than as just a clean window or a distinct manual book.

Thermus caldophilus GK24 was selected as sources of thermostable $\beta$-galactosidase from a survey of genus Thermus. T. caldophilus GK24 (Tca) $\beta$-galactosidase was found to be inducible. The enzyme was optimally active at 75$\circ$C. Enzyme induction was achieved by addition of lactose, galactose and cellobiose to basal media. The addition of glucose to culture media had a repressive effect on further enzyme synthesis. T caldophilus GK24 was tested for production of $\beta$-galactosidase by addition of various concentration of lactose, galactose and cellobiose to standard media. Cellobiose was found to be effective for the $\beta$-galactosidase induction. The optimal induction medium for production of $\beta$-galactosidase was composed of 0.2% cellobiose, 0.3% bactotryptone, 0.3% yeast extract, basal salts and Tris/HCI(pH 7.8). The activity of the enzyme in the optimal induction medium increased nearly 16.5-fold compared to the standard medium. Tca $\beta$-galactosidase was detected when cell extracts was subjected to electrophoresis in a nondenaturing polyacryamide gel and stained for activity with 6-bromo-2-naphtyl-$\beta$-D-galactopyranoside(BNG).

N/A Renal osteodystrophy includes a11 skeletal abnormalities in end stage renal disease, i.e., osteitis fibrosa, osteomalacia, osteosclerosis and growth failure in children. Patients who undergo kidney transplantation may continu to have evidence of disease of the skeletal system, frequently associated with abnormalities in the homeostasis of calcium and phosphorus. The authors measured the bone metabolism indox with the purpose of determining the usefulness of renal transplantation in patients with renal osteodystrophy. This was accomplished by observing the changes in the serum levels of calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, PTH, and osteocalcin, and in the bone scintigraphy and degree of bone loss by scanning densitometry before and 1 month after renal transplantation in 9 patients with end renal disease and renal osteo dystrophy. The results were as follows: 1) The serum calcium level was significantly increased to the normal range one month after kidney transplantation (7.28±0.96 mg/dl vs 9.12±0.14 mg/dl, p<0.01), 2) One month after kidney transplantation, the serum level of phosphorus, PTH and osteocalcin were significantly decreased compared with pretransplantation values (phosphorus : 3.17±0.74 mg/dl vs 7.92±1.66mg/dl, p<0.01; PTH: 0.47±0.11 ng/ml vs 4.67±3.79ng/ml p<0.05; osteocalcin : 3.47±0.87ng/ml vs 24.41±9.04 ng/ml p<0.01) 3) There was a significant decrease in the bone scan score after renal transplantation compared with the pretransplantation value (- 0.2±0.4 vs 1.1±0.3, p<0.05). 4) There were no differences in serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and the index of bone density before and after renal transplantation (ALP: 56,67±23.02IU/L vs 40.33±17.27IU/L, p>0.1; bone density △Gmax 3.43±0.19 vs 3.46±0.85 △Gmin 2.83±0.41 vs 2.76±0.73, and MCI 0.62±0.08 vs 0.67±0.03, all p>0,1). In conclusion, renal osteodystrophy with end stage renal disease is corrected by successful renal transplantation.

We are very familiar with the term “Art-World” to designate the system in which Art is produced, circulated and converted into some value that is capital for its raison-d’etre. In fact, the “System of Art-World(let’s say “SA” as its abbreviation)”, in its essence, is a system of "evaluation" and "valorization" of some unknown contents that artworks produce in the complex process of exchange among its players. It is very important to understand actual SA in the global situation to make sense to each artistic activity and its results. It urges us to examine what is the proper meaning of artistic production and its evaluation and circulation. Artistic production is, above all, a production of its value. So is the art evaluation and its circulation. “Artistic value” must first be considered as the objective of SA. We are defining contemporary art also as this. In Korea, where the SA is not yet properly perceived as contemporary one, that is to say, a very complex and challenging system of producing, evaluating and circulating artistic values, it is often misunderstood as just a conventional process of treating given artworks as decoration or tradition or occasion of making money that actually it is not. So arise the necessity to describe proper SA thai especially young artists should understand to catch up with the current problems of creation not only in Korea but also in the global world.

This is an experimental research to verify a buoyancy compensator`s rolls for a beginner of scuba-diving. Subjects of this study is 66 adults who are participated in the summer camp for the Leisure Sports Events of 2010 Summer(Leports 2010). the 33 subjects are involved in the comp arative group, while the other 33 subjects are in the experimental group. The volume of air consuming was measured at the point of decent, underwater swimming, and ascent to the surface of water. Results of the study indicates as following: Firstly, the non-using buoyancy group uses more air at the point of decent to compare that of the using buoyancy group, that indicates more probabilities of diving related injuries such as sinus squeeze, carotid sinus reflex, breathing resistance, or barotrauma of ear can be developed. Secondly, the non-using buoyancy group uses less air during the underwater swimming from the point of decent to the point of ascent. However, there are many chance of unwished ascent with the non-using buoyancy group. Thirdly, the relationship with a partial correlation between the number of mistake and the submerging at the decent area was significant, that indicates more chances of accidents may happen at the beginning of diving for the novice diver. Discussions regarding that the instructor should teach and request using a buoyancy compensator to the beginner to prevent unexpected accidents are provided.

One of the biggest challenges of the 21st century, Korea will become the one-person households applied to the old problem with an aging population. In this study, a solution was noted that the interior space of the "share house (Share-house) ". As is the "share house" in Europe and Japan emerged as the new Housing and active and to have 20 young people, including students and community rookie mainly resident it is underway in Europe and Japan. In our country is also the center of Seoul and downtown "share house" is spread began to be pushing the share type housing policy of "housing dure" in the government. However, recognition or understanding or research on space Share House social interest is very low compared to the poor. The basis of this study, first applied the concept of a new type of residential Cher House for nine and a comparative analysis of domestic practices and is currently operational materials about the need to focus on personal space and shared space for future share by House-efficient interior space design to be used as material.
