다구찌 실험방법을 적용한 미세채널을 가지는 사출품의 전사성 향상에 관한 기초 연구

Micro-fabrication of polymeric materials becomes increasingly important. And it is considered as a lowcost alternative process to the silicon or glass-based technologies. In the present study, micro channels were fabricated via LiGA (Lithography, Galvanofmung, Abfmung) process. In injection molding experiment, mold temperature, injection speed, melt temperature and packing pressure were studied as an injection molding factors. Taguchi method was applied to improve transcription ratio of micro channel. It was found that the mold temperature and injection speed were the most significant factors to affect the formation of micro channel. It was shown that high-fill ratio was achieved at each position with the optimized condition from Taguchi method.

This paper describes how to build a Korean parser based on the top-down method. Korean is a scrambling language. The word order is basically free except that the predicate is positioned in the end of the clause. It means in Korean all the arguments are located in the left side of the predicate. In this situation the most effective and the easiest way to build a Korean parser is to find the predicate first, and to proceed the analysis from the right to left on the basis of the bottom-up method. But this method has a problem. It is not consistent to the direction of language processing of human being. With this method it is very difficult to match the need of the language generation system or the speech recognition system. This is a serious defect. A top-down method proceeds the analysis from top to down, and from left to right. It is desirable direction. But to write a top-down grammar for Korean is not easy task. You should know every possible constituent structure of each higher node in advance. The purpose of this paper is to provide a solution for the top-down grammar of Korean. In this paper I discussed how to organize the system of Korean parser, including the way to build the computational lexicon of Korean, and how to design the top-down grammar of Korean. My Korean parser consists of the morphological analyzer, the lexical analyzer, the top-down grammar and the tagged dictionary. In appendixes, I have presented the tag-set of Korean, the lexical analyzer and the top-down grammar.
