        특허 인용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

        Recently, the valuation of patented technology has been greatly emphasized, and patent citation has been accepted as a very useful index of this technology. In this study, we performed correlation analyses between the patent citation counts and 17 explanatory variables of morphological, technological, and conceptual factors with a test dataset of U.S. patents in five subject fields. Seven variables having 5% or more standardized variances(r2) with patent citation counts were identified; number of pages, number of claims, reference-average-citation rate, patent increase/decrease rate, strength of bibliographic coupling, co-citation counts and document similarity. The result of the ANOVA test shows that the mean values of these variables vary among most subject fields. 최근 특허기술의 가치평가가 크게 강조되고 있으며, 그 평가의 수단으로 특허의 피인용횟수가 매우 유용한 척도 중의 하나로 받아들여지고 있다. 그에 따라 이 연구에서는 특허의 피인용횟수와 이에 영향을 미칠만한 형태적․기술적․개념적 요인의 17개 변수들 간의 상관관계를 미국특허를 대상으로 5개 주제분야에 걸쳐 분석하였다. 분석결과 특허의 피인용횟수와 일정 수준 이상의 상관관계, 즉 5% 이상의 설명력을 갖는 변수는 페이지 수, 청구항 수, 참고문헌 평균 피인용횟수, 기술분야 특허증감율, 서지결합도, 동시인용도 및 문헌간유사도 등 7개로 나타났다. 또한 이들 변수에 대한 분산분석 결과 7개 변수 모두 전반적으로 대부분의 주제분야 간에 있어서 평균값의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        국내 학술지의 SCI 선정 방안 연구: "원자력학회지"를 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 보다 많은 국내 학술지가 SCI에 선정될 수 있도록 하는 연구의 일환으로서 원자력분야의 국내 대표적인 학술지인 \"원자력학회지\"를 대상으로 다각적인 측면에서 분석하였다. \"원자력학회지\"는 학술지로서의 기본적인 기준을 제대로 준수하고 있으며 학술지 자체를 영문으로 발행함으로써 국제 학술지를 지향하고 있지만 몇가지 측면에서 SCI의 선정기준에 크게 부합 되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 1) 게재된 논문이 일부 연구기관과 대학에 지나치게 편중되어 있다는 점, 2) 논문인용도가 SCI의 평균치인 0.764에 훨씬 못미치는 0.097의 인용도를 보이고 있을 뿐만 아니라 자기인용이 거의 50%에 이르고 있다는 점, 3) 외국의 대학이나 원자력관련 기관의 도서관에 거의 배포하고 있지 않다는 점, 4) 편집 인물 모두 내국인들로만 구성함으로써 국제성을 전혀 고려하지 않았다는 점 등이다. 한편 본 고에서는 \"원자력학회지\"에 대한 분석결과를 SCI 선정기준에 대응시킴으로써 \"원자력학회지\"를 포함한 국내 학술지가 SCI에 선정되기 위해서 어떠한 노력이 필요한지 그 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the selection mechanism of the Science Citation Index(SCI) in domestic journals. Analysis has been carried out specially on the \"Journal of the Korean Nuclear Society\", which is a leading journal in the nuclear field in Korea. It is published in English and meets the basic standards of technical journal, however, does not meet the SCI selection criteria in many aspects. Major problems are; 1) Small number of research institutes and universities submit articles to the journal. 2) The impact factor is 0.097, far less than 0.764, the average value of SCI, and the rate of self-citation approaches only to 50%. 3) The journal is not distributed to the libraries in universities and research institutes that have nuclear engineering programs in foreign countries. 4) It does not have editor from international communities, only domestic editors serve for the journal. The study made recommendations for ways to be selected by SCI and utilization of this study for selection criteria of SCI.

        중학교 남녀학생의 시력변화에 대한 조사 연구 : With first, second and third year students in middle school 중학교 1.2.3 학년 중심

        This study was carried out carried out with 2,195 boy and girl middle school students in Inchon to examine environmental elements which may change vision and cause shortsightedness, and also to find out common knowledge of eye health. Its results are as follows. 1) As school year goes up, the normal eye sighted diminish but visually handicapped regardless of left and right eyes increase. 2) Among weak sighted students below 0.9, boys are 42.2% and girls are 55.3%, the latter are larger by 13.1%. Vision weakens rapidly especially for third year girl students. 3) Environmental, individual, everyday life elements which cause shortsightedness are studied, ① environmental elements ; illumination in watching TV and studying ② Individual elements; distance from TV and books, posture in studying ③ everyday life elements ; hour of watching TV, hour of using game tools average, hour of studying 4) Knowledge of eye health is generally poor without regard to sex and wearing glasses. So adolescent students are in advance educated proper eye care to prevent shortsighted elements.

        중학교 교과과정에 따른 보건교육 내용 분석 연구

        The study reserches the related conlents of the health educalion in the existing gymnastics and the domestics textbook, catches learning-teaching contents by the health-control function and compares the contents with the health-education curriculum of the Texas State in America. This study is questioned and reserched the general features of the teachers who is change in the health education, their attitudes about the teaching of it, and the recognition degree about their health education. The results above is like the following. 1. Learning-teaching contents by the health-control function. The domestics and gymnastics which contains the health education contents, is not discripted continually and at the same time is short of the contents in the health-control function according to the students'individual domains. Also the recent serious problems, (that is, Smoking, Drinking and Medical poisoning, Emotion, and Psychic domains) were no mentioned. 1) In gymnastics textbook, the physical domains are mentioned 8,9 in juinor, and senior class, the affective, psychic domains only senior class and the social domains only 1 grade except junior and senior class. Growth-development function is concentratedly stated only 1 grade in physical domains and there is no stated in. The social domains are referred a little in senior class. In cure-recovery functions, the physical domains is being taught in 2, and 3 grade, but not 1 grade. Specialty, the social domains are being taught in all grade, but the affective domains are not at all 2) In the subject of domestics, the physical domains of the daily life functions are taught in all the years, but the emotional mental domains are taught a little in 1 and 2 grades. The growth-development functions are being taught about the nutrition-health, in the Physical parts of all grades, and the emotional-mental, social domains are being taught some in 7 and 8 grade except 3 grade. he cure-recovery functiors are taughl in only 1 grade. the contents of rehabilitative functions are not being taught like gymnastics. 2. The general characterislics of the health-education teachers and the health-education. In the calss field, the average age of gymnastics-teachers is from 35 to 40 years old, and it of domestics teachers is from 24 to 29 years old. 1) In the class-hours a week, the gymnastics teachers take lessons 3 hours (75.6% ) and the domesties teachers 4 hours !65.6% ). In "the health-lessons hours alloted"in a senister,3 or 4 hours is 38.7% and no hours is 18.0% in gymnastics teachers. On the other hand, there is no hours to teaoh the health-education in domestics teachers. About the opinion : the health subject must be laught as s indepenfient subject, 42.9% of the gymnastics leachers agreed and 45.3% of the domestics teachers did. 2) The factors which have an influence upon the heallh-teachers #. In age, the class lesson hours of a week(r= .0014), the confident manner about the lessons(r= .0485) and the necessity of the lessons (r = .0316) are closely related one anolher. # . In serves, the lesson hours a class(r= .0000), the alloted hours of health lesson a semister(r= .0000) the confident manner about the class(r= .0001), the quantity of lesson(r= .0001):and, the teacher's belief(r= .0264) are co-related one another. #. In subject in change, the class hours a week(r= .0000), the alloted hours of health-lesson a semister(r= .0000) the quantity of the lesson( r= .0114) are co-related each other. #. In majority, the class lessen hours a week(r= .0000) the alloted hours of health lesson a semisler(r= .0000) the quantity of the lesson are co-related each other. The quantity of lesson and the confidence about the lesson, (r = .3223) and the quantity of lesson and the interest of lesson (r = .2450) are co-related each other.
