경기도 하남시 인근 호상편마암 지역에서 Suspension P-S 속도검층 자료분석

경기도 하남시 풍산동 소재 시험시추공에서 획득된 SPS 속도검층자료를 이용하여 이 지역에 분포하는 호상편마암의 동적물성치를 추정하였다. 연구방법은 전처리과정과 속도분석, 감쇄지수와 관련된 Q factor를 도출하였고 단열정보와 탄성파 속도관계식을 산출하였다. 신선한 암반의 Vp는 5,559 m/s, Vs는 3,063 m/s로 나타났으며 포아슨비는 0.28로 해석되었다. 이를 이용하여 동적물성치를 구하였고 초음파 텔레뷰어로 산출한 단열정보를 이용하여 단열에 따른 초동지연, 진폭변화비, 속도와의 상관성을 파악하였다. 측정된 검층공은 미세단열이 대부분이며 이러한 경암내 미세단열 지역에서는 단열틈 크기와 단열빈도가 탄성파 속도의 변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타난다. In this paper, dynamic elastic module of banded gneiss were calculated on the basis of SPS velocity logging data obtained from a geotechnical test-hole in Pungsan-dong, Hanam, Gyeonggi Province, Korea. This study mainly focuses on the velocity analysis, Q factor calculation relative to attenuation factor, and generation of crack information and its relation with seismic velocity. As a result, P-wave and S-wave velocity of fresh hard rock was 5,559 m/s and 3,063 m/s, respectively, with Poisson`s ratio being 0.28. With these results, dynamic modules were prepared, and crack information analyzed by acoustic televiewer was incorporated to identify the correlation among and between delay of first arrival by crack, amplitude ratio, and velocity. The results of this study revealed that the analyzed logging hole mainly consisted of micro crack and a number of cracks and the size of crack aperture, functioned as a variable to seismic velocity in the micro crack area of this type of hard rock.

It was a shock event. the problem of garbage ‘mandu-so’ occurred on june, 2004 that arouse citizen’s concern about food safety. The multiple and complex food safety system of Korea was a cause of the problem. When the risk of food is found. it is often impossible to research scientific examination and to operate traceability system. In many advanced countries. after they experienced serious risk of food like a BSE and zoonosis in mid-1990th, restructuring new food safety system in 2000th. In Korea, food safety TFT were established in the office for Government Policy Coordination in August, 2003. However, it is likely to take much time to confirm a stable food safety organization, because 8 departments of central government are involved in the system. Although the related departments have reported the present situation of advanced nations, interpreting the result differently according to their own interest. This thesis focus on correcting biased explanation. summing fragmented foreign cases. and introducing new hygiene systems. This study also have two major standards to analyze food safety system of advanced countries. The one is the risk analysis that is composed of risk assessment. risk management, and risk communication. When the advanced countries designed recent food safety systems, the risk analysis has been used as an approach method. The another standard is governance level that is divided multiple agency, single agency, and integrated system. It is said to integration of scattered organizations in food safety.

Russia has been trying to put an end to internal disorder, and enhance diplomatic means and military strength in order to overcome the difficult security environment facing the nation. Particularly, the Russian Federation has been ensuring its security through military reform since Putin came to power in 2000. The most distinguishable feature of Putin`s military reform in comparison to Yeltsin`s military reform is its great emphasis on enhancing military capabilities. In short, the Yeltsin government tried to reshape the military through structural reorganization. On other hand, the Putin government pursued military build-up as the economic recovery in the 2000`s enabled the Russian state to finance it. However, Russia is no longer pursuing to regain its lost influence and power on the world stage through military build-up. Rather, Russia wants to establish stability at home, prevent any disintegration of Russian Federation, and secure its plentiful natural resources. The key objective of Russia`s security strategy is to demonstrate political and diplomatical means for peaceful resolutions of discord and conflict between states while preventing any external aggression against Russia with proper level of military readiness. In matters concerning the Korean Peninsula, we should not underestimate the ever-changing role of Russia in future six-party talks. As Russia does not have security concerns regarding North Korea`s nuclear issue as much as China, Russia has more flexibility in addressing the issue. For these reasons, we need to recognize the importance of Russia in Northeast Asia and make efforts to enhance ties between our two nations. Currently, there is no significant issue that can adversely affect the relationship between ROK and Russia. Nevertheless, the situation is not entirely favorable to us. As the upcoming Putin government is expected to pursue pragmatic diplomacy on basis of national interests, the ROK-Russia relationship can not be advanced without our own effort. Accordingly, we need to enhance trust between our two nations and seek positive changes from the Russian side.
