사회복지사의 전문직 정체성이 행복감에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 사회복지사의 전문직 정체성과 직무만족이 이들의 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 자료수집은 2019년 7월 4일부터 30일까지 경기도 사회복지시설 종사자를 대상으로 하였으며, 본 연구의 목적에 동의한 205명의 자료가 수집되었다. 연구결과 사회복지사의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 평균급여, 전문직 정체성(자기규제에 대한 신념, 자율성에 대한 신념), 직무만족도였으며, 이들의 설명력은 71.0%(p<.001)이었다. 또한 전문직 정체성과 행복감의 관계에서 직무만족도가 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 행복감을 향상시키기 위해서는 사회복지사의 처우개선, 전문직 정체성과 더불어 직무만족도를 증진시키는 것이 효과적인 전략임을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of professional identity and job satisfaction on the happiness of social workers. The data were collected from July 4th, 2019 to July 30th, 2019 from social workers of a social welfare organization in Gyeonggi Province, and data from 205 subjects who agreed to the purpose of this study were collected. The results of this study showed that the factors that affect the happiness of social workers are average salary, professional identity(belief in self-regulation and autonomy) and job satisfaction, and the explanation power was 71.0%(p<.001). Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to act as a mediated effect in the relationship between professional identity and happiness. Based on the results of analyses, this study discussed that in order to increase the happiness of social workers, it is effective to improving the labor conditions and professional identity, as well as job satisfaction. 문화복지서비스 성과에 관한 현상학적 연구 -서비스 이용자의 인식을 중심으로-

이 연구의 목적은 문화복지서비스를 경험하는 이용 당사자가 그 서비스의 성과를 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 밝히는 데 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서비스의 성과 인식을 ‘문화복지서비스 이용을 통해 획득되는 이용자의 일상생활 속 변화에 대한 인식들, 즉 이용자의 공동체 경험을 통해 달라짐을 실감하게 되는 개인 본인에 대한 인식, 공동체 안에서 상호작용하는 타자에 대한 인식, 그리고 향후 사회적 관계 혹은 미래의 비전에 대한 인식``으로 정의하였다. 연구방법은 질적연구 방법으로 인간 현상의 본질적인 모습과 의미들을 사회ㆍ문화적 맥락 속에서 있는 그대로 이해하고자 하는 현상학적 접근방법을 활용하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 문화복지서비스 이용자의 성과 인식에 대한 본질을 ‘삶에 의미와 가치를 찾을 수 없었던 이용자의 문화적 감수성을 일깨워, 자신에게서 새로운 인생 전환의 기회를 탐색하게 하는 과정’으로 발견하였다. 상위범주인 성과의 본질은 ‘공동체 속의 ‘나’란 존재 인식’, ‘과업수행과정에서 획득된 정서적 안정감’, ‘공동체 활동을 통한 새로운 ‘나’ 인식’, ‘나와 마주하는 ‘타자’ 인식’, ‘새로운 인생전환의 기회 탐색’으로 나타났다. The objective of this study is to discover how the performance of service is perceived by those who receive the services. For the purpose of this study, perception on service performance is defined as “the perception of the changes in daily life as a result or in the course of using Cultural Welfare Services, i.e., the users’ own perception of the tangible changes made through the community experience, the perception of others arising from interaction within the community, and the perception of future social relations or vision of the future.”The study was conducted by using the qualitative research method of phenomenological approach aimed at understanding the essential aspects of interpersonal phenomena as they occur in a sociocultural context. The outcomes of the study that users’ perception on performance of Cultural Welfare Services is principally “a process of enabling users who have hitherto led a life devoid of meaning and values to explore the opportunities of changing the course of life by awakening their cultural sensitivity." With regard to the essence of performance, which is a higher category, the analyses have led to the following findings: “perception of ‘me’ within the community", “emotional stability acquired in the course of task performance", “perception of a new ``me`` through community activities”, “perception of ‘others’ face to face with me", and “exploration of opportunities for a new life".

Modern architecture lacks of regional identity and cultural authenticity. It embraces minimalism and the machine aesthetic but is also criticized for rejecting the individualism of regions, especially of cities. In South Korea, as modernization progressed rapidly during the Japanese colonial era, Western architecture was adopted quite undiscerningly. Accordingly, this study aims to present locality as a way to maintain the sustainability of Korea, which was cut off in the process of modernization, and to study the critical regionalism expression method in the hotel building plan.

무용전공 중·고등학생의 완벽주의 성향이 경쟁불안 및 무용몰입에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 무용전공 중·고등학생의 완벽주의 성향이 경쟁불안 및 무용몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 무용전공 중·고등학생 279명을 유의표집방법으로 표집하였으며 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 t-test, 일원변량분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 완벽주의 성향과 경쟁불안에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 완벽주의 성향이 무용몰입에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 완벽주의 성향과 경쟁불안 및 무용몰입 간에는 인과관계가 있다. 무용전공 중·고등학생들의 무용몰입을 높이기 위해서는 다양한 심리적 요인들을 탐색함으로써 무용몰입을 높일 수 있는 요인을 파악하는 것이 중요함을 알 수 있다. The purpose is to identify the impact of perfectionism among middle and high school students majoring in dance on competition anxiety and dance immersion. 279 people were collected by means of a significant collection and survey tools were used in questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted for t-test, one-way random analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. There was a significant difference between perfectionist tendencies and competitive anxiety. There was a significant difference in perfectionism in dance immersion. There is a causal relationship between perfectionist tendencies and competitive anxiety and dance immersion. In order to increase dance immersion among middle and high school students, it is important to identify factors that can increase dance immersion by exploring various psychological factors.

전북지역 양돈장에서의 돼지 부종병 항체 및 톡신 양성률 조사

Edema disease (ED) in pigs is enterotoxemia caused by Shiga toxin type 2e (Stx2e)-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) and frequently occurs in young piglets. Therefore, ED causes enormous economic losses in pig farms. In this study, a modified Stx2e (mStx2e) antigen was expressed and purified using commercial E. coli expression system. Monoclonal antibody was serviced by Ynto Ab Inc., using Phage Display Technique. Anti-Stx2e antibodies in piglets were measured by indirect ELISA using mStx2e antigens. Naive Stx2e in piglets were detected by Sandwich ELISA using Stx2e-monoclonal antibodies and commercial Stx2e-polyclonal antibodies. Among 3,480 piglets, anti-Stx2e antibodies were observed in 2,573 piglets. The 49.4% among 830 piglet serum samples possessed 0.625 mg/mL or more of Stx2e proteins. The 18.3% of 830 sera had 0.313 mg/mL of Stx2e proteins. The 32.3% of 830 samples held 0.156 mg/mL or less of Stx2e proteins. These results show that indirect ELISA using mStx2e antigen and Sandwich ELISA using Stx2e-monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies can be useful to detect ED in piglets.

취학 전 자녀를 둔 부모의 양육감정이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 -부모의 양육부정감 매개변수를 중심으로-

본 연구는 취학 전 자녀를 둔 부모의 양육감정(양육긍정감, 양육부정감)과 삶의 질과의 관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울, 충남, 전남 지역의 15개 어린이집에 재원하고 있는 자녀의 아버지 588명, 어머니 601명, 총 1,189명이다. 자료는 설문지를 통해 수집하였으며, 부모의 양육긍정감이 직접적 또는 간접적으로 양육부정감을 통해 삶의 질에 영향을 미친다는 가설을 구축하여 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 분석 프로그램으로는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 아버지와 어머니의 모형에서 발견된 두 가지 공통점은 첫째, 양육긍정감은 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것과 둘째, 양육긍정감은 양육부정감을 통해 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 반면, 아버지 모형과 어머니 모형에서의 차이점은 양육부정감의 두 가지 요인(부모역할요인, 아동행동특성요인)에서였다. 아버지 모형에서는 ‘아동행동특성요인’이 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 어머니 모형에서는 ‘부모역할요인’이 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 특히 아버지에게는 어린자녀의 행동특성에 대한 이해를 도울 수 있는 교육을, 어머니에게는 부모 역할에 대한 부담감을 줄일 수 있는 교육의 필요성을 시사해 주고 있다. 이 연구는 취학 전 자녀를 둔 부모의 양육긍정감 강화 및 양육부정감을 경감시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 근거가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships between parenting emotions(positive and negative parenting emotions) and quality of life among parents with preschool children. The subjects include total 1,189 parents consisting of 588 fathers and 601 mothers whose children were attending one of 15 daycare centers in Seoul, Chungnam, and Jeonnam. Data were collected through questionnaires. The investigator built a hypothesis that parents` positive parenting emotions would have direct or indirect effects on their quality of life through negative parenting emotions and analyzed the data with a structural equation model based on SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The analysis results found two common features between the fathers` model and the mothers` model: first, positive parenting emotions had significant effects on quality of life; and second, positive parenting emotions had significant effects on quality of life through negative parenting emotions. Differences were found between the two models in two factors(behavioral characteristics of children and parents` roles) of negative parenting emotions. In the fathers` model, the "factor of behavioral characteristics of children” had significant influences on quality of life, whereas the "factor of parents` roles” did in the mothers` model. Those findings imply that there is a need for education that can promote the understanding of young children`s behavioral characteristics for fathers and education on parents` roles for mothers. The results of the present study will help to devise plans to reinforce positive parenting emotions and reduce negative ones for parents with preschool children.

K-pop댄스의 체험이 한국문화 만족도와 한국에 대한 이미지에 미치는 영향 : 한국문화체험 프로그램에 참여한 외국인 학생들을 대상으로

본 연구는 서울·경기지역에 자리 잡고 있는 4년제 대학(Y, D)에서 실시한 한국문화체험 프로그램에 참여한 외국인 학생 216명을 대상으로 K-pop댄스의 체험이 한국문화 만족도와 한국에 대한 이미지에 미치는 영향을 통계적으로 규명하는데 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 본 연구의 대상자를 중심으로 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis)과 신뢰도 분석(Reliability Analysis), 상관관계분석(correlation analyze), 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression)을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, K-pop댄스의 체험 하위요인 중 교육적 체험, 오락적 체험, 일탈적 체험 요인은 심미적 만족, 교육적 만족, 신체적 만족, 환경적 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, K-pop댄스의 체험 하위요인 중 오락적 체험 요인만 한국문화 이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국문화 만족도 하위요인 중 교육적 만족 요인만 한국문화 이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 한국적 움직임 요소를 포함한 K-pop댄스를 개발하고, 외국인 특성에 맞는 교육프로그램 구성, K-pop댄스와 다른 예술장르와의 융합 프로그램을 개발한다면 한국의 문화컨텐츠를 세계에 알리기 좋은 방법 중 하나가 될 것이다. This study was conducted with a purpose of statistically investigating the effects of K-pop dance experience elements on the satisfaction of Korean culture and image of Korea among 216 foreign students that participated in Korean cultural experience program implemented at 4-year universities (Y, D) located in Seoul & Gyeonggi region. Focusing on the participants of this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analyze and multiple regression were conducted and following conclusion was deduced. First, educational experience, recreational experience and deviational experience factors of sub-factors of K-pop dance experience elements were found to have significant effects on aesthetic satisfaction, educational satisfaction, physical satisfaction and environmental satisfaction. Second, only the recreational experience factor of sub-factors of K-pop dance experience elements was found to have effects on the image of Korean culture. Third, only the educational satisfaction factor of sub-factors of Korean culture satisfaction of K-pop dance was found to have effects on the image of Korean culture. Based on the above findings of this study, it would be possible to develop K-pop dance & education program including an element of Korean style movement, as well as create convergence program between K-pop dance and other genres of art to provide basic information for various cultural contents studies.

노인에 대한 인식과 차별경험이 노인의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 지역사회환경 매개효과

본 연구는 2020년 노인실태조사 자료를 활용하여 노인에 대한 인식과 차별 경험이 지역사회환경을 매개로 노인의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 조사에 참여한 65세 이상 노인 중 본인 응답자 9,920명의 데이터를 토대로 다중회귀분석과 부트스트랩 검증을 통해 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 노인에 대한 인식은 노인의 삶의 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 차별 경험은 삶의 만족도에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인에 대한 인식이 긍정적 일수록 지역사회환경을 부분 매개하여 삶의 만족도가 높았고, 노인차별 경험이 있을수록 지역사회환경을 부분 매개하여 삶의 만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 사회문화적 요인뿐만 아니라 지역사회의 물리적 환경요인을 고려한 노인복지실천 및 정책을 모색해야 할 것이다. This study aims to investigate the impact of perceptions toward the elderly and discrimination experiences, with local the social environment acting as a mediating factor; it used data from the 2020 Elderly Status Survey on the life satisfaction of the elderly. Based on the data of 9,920 respondents aged 65 years or older who participated in the survey, the mediating effect was analyzed through multivariate regression analysis and bootstrapping. The analysis found the following results. First, perceptions toward the elderly had a positive impact on elderly individuals’ life satisfaction. Second, elderly individuals’ discrimination experiences were found to have a negative impact on their life satisfaction. Third, positive perceptions toward the elderly increased their life satisfaction, with the local social environment generating a partial mediating effect; furthermore, the discrimination experiences of the elderly decreased their life satisfaction, with the local social environment producing a partial mediating effect. Accordingly, elderly welfare policies and implementations that incorporate communities’ physical environmental factors as well as social and cultural factors are necessary in order to increase the life satisfaction of the elderly.

인간존중 척도개발 및 타당성 연구 : 사회복지사의 이용자존중의도와 이용자존중행동 척도 개발

본 연구는 사회복지사의 이용자에 대한 인간존중 수준을 측정할 수 있는 도구로서 ‘이용자존중의도’와 ‘이용자존중행동’ 척도를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내외 문헌, 기존 이론과 척도를 검토하여 주요 요소들을 도출하였다. 또한 36명의 실천현장 사회복지사들을 통해 내용타당도 검증을 실시하여 각각 33문항의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 예비문항은 서울, 경기 지역 24개 종합사회복지관에 근무하는 246명의 사회복지사들을 대상으로 평가하였다. 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 ‘이용자 전인적 이해’, ‘정서적 공감과 교류’, ‘서비스 참여 지원’ 등 3개의 하위요인이 확정되었고, ‘이용자존중의도’와 ‘이용자존중행동’ 척도는 각각 18문항으로 최종 구성되었다. 향후 후속연구를 통한 척도의 검증작업이 이루어질 필요가 있다. This study has its purpose in developing scales for ‘user respect intent’ and ‘user respect behavior’ as tools to measure social workers’ capacity for human respect in regard to the users. Thus, we examined the domestic and foreign literature, existing theories and scales, and extracted main factors relevant for the study’s purpose. Furthermore, the content validity test was conducted via 36 social welfare practitioners, resulting in the development of 33 question items. The preliminary questionnaire was evaluated by 246 social workers working in 24 social welfare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability analysis were conducted. As a result of the study, three sub-factors such as ‘total user understanding,’ ‘empathy and emotional exchange,’ and ‘supporting service participation’ were determined, and the scales for measuring ‘user respect intent’ and ‘user respect behavior’ consisted of 18 questionnaires. Further studies would be required to confirm the validity of the scale.
