The purpose of this work was the application of established techniques to the quantitation of stability investigations of liquid formulations as well as in solution kinetic studies. The procedure consists of : (a) spotting a known volume of reaction solution on thin-layer plates (b) developing the plates (c) eluting the compound from the absorbent, and (d) assaying the material in solution. The reaction was monitered spectrally and by the TLC technique. Rate constants delived by the two methods were good agreement in value.

The effects of Ligustri Fructus and Ginseng Radix on GOT, bilirubin, albumin, cholesterol, and BSP values from carbon tetrachloride treated rabbits are srudied in this paper. Carbon tetrachloride treated rabbits are administered orally with two doses of ethanol extracts of Ligustri Fructus and Ginseng Radix, and carry out this experiment for 15days. The results are as follows. Long-term administration of thise extracts for 15days show significant recupration in GOT, bilirubin, albumin, cholesterol, and BSP values compared with those of control groups. When administered orally, extract of Ligustri Fructus exhibited more rapidly in recovery of GOT and albumin values than extract of Ginseng Radix, but in bilirubin and BSP values, any difference was not observed. Administration of extract of Ginseng Radix to treated rabbits affect more significantly than that of Ligustri Fructus in serum total cholesterol.
吸光光度法에 依한 Niacin과 Niacinamide의 同時定量

A spectrophotometric assay method is described for the simultaneous determination of niacin and niacinamide in mixtures without prior separation. This method is based on for destroying the pyridine ring with chloroform to give a stable intensely colored polymethylene dye. The optimum conditions were the following ; an ag-ethanolic (1.5-1) medium of pH 3.0 for destroying the ring, and for coupling the dye with aniline hydrochloride at Ph 6.0, at 75℃ for 3 minutes. Under these conditions, the color is stable for at least 10 hours. Beer's law is obeyed at 360 and 410 ㎚ for niacin and niacinamide respectively, in the concentration range of 2-8㎎/㎖. The color complex is exhibited a maximum absorption (broad band) at 350-370㎚ wih E^1%_1㎝ of 295 in case of niacinamide and maximum absorption (sharp peax) at 410 ㎚ with E^1%_1㎝ of 355 in case of niacin. An average recovery of 99% and a standard deviation ±0.65% are obtained for both components.
1993 토레몰리노스 의정서의 시행을 위한 IMO의 활동

국제해사기구(IMO)는 어선 안전에 관한 최초의 국제 협약인 1977 어선안전을 위한 토레몰리노스 국제협약이 발효요건을 충족 하지 못함에 따라 이를 대체하는 1993 토레몰리노스 의정서를 채택하였다. 그러나 동 의정서 역시 현재까지 그 발효요건을 만족시키지 못함에 따라 발효되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 국제해사기구(IMO)는 동 의정서를 발효시킬 목적으로 의정서의 요건을 또 다시 완화하는 내용의 “1993 토레몰리노스 의정서 시행에 관한 협정(또는 총회 결의)”의 초안을 개발할 것을 해당 전문위원회인 복원성, 만재 흘수선, 어선안전 전문위원회(SLF)에 지시하였고 SLF는 제53차 회의(‘11.01)까지 그 초안 작업을 완료한 후 제27차 총회(’11.11)에서 이 를 채택할 계획으로 논의를 진행하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 국제적인 움직임에 대응하고 만약의 1993 의정서 발효에 대비하여 우리나라에 미치는 파급효과를 최소화하기 위한 활동의 일환으로써 본 연구는 그 동안 IMO에서 추진하여 왔던 1993 토레몰리노스 의정서의 발효를 위한 활동과 내용을 담고 있다. IMO adopted "1993 Torremolinos Protocol", as a substitution of "Torremolinos International Convention for the Safety of Fishing vessels 1977" which is the first international convention regarding fishing vessels' safety. The Protocol has not been implemented due to not meeting the requirement for entry into force. In order to expedite its implementation, IMO is promoting an agreement(and/or an Assembly Resolution) on the implementation of the Protocol with a purpose of adopting at its 27th Assembly. Therefore,. this study, as a part of an activity to respond the IMO works and to minimize the effect of the Protocol on our country, includes the work and its result IMO has been made in order to implement 1993 Torremolinos Protocol..
