The purpose of this study is to form the leadership style, knowledge stimulation, condition compensation, and so on Taking the exception management factor as the main variable, this paper specifically grasps the leadership ability of football Instructors recognized by Tibetan University football players, further analyzes the relationship between these leadership abilities and satisfaction, sports investment, sports enthusiasm, sports spirit and cognitive competitive ability, and analyzes the football of Tibetan University Its purpose is to provide the basic information of the direction for Instructors. Based on this purpose, the following discussion will be carried out. In this study, the football were selected players from 10 universities in Gansu Province, Qinghai Province, Tibet Province, China. After obtaining the prior permission of the football Instructors of each university, the researchers visited each school in person from December 2019 to February 2020. Using the convenient sample extraction method, 33 questionnaires were distributed and 330 questionnaires were collected, Finally, 312 samples are analyzed. Data processing methods: SPSS program was used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis Firstly, in the leadership ability of the football Instructors in Tibet University, the order of exceptional management and knowledge person has a significant impact on the fulfillment of practice. Tenth, it has a significant impact on the competitive strength of the struggle effort and the order of the desire to win or lose. 본 연구의 목적은 티베트족 대학 축구지도자의 리더십을 구성하는 카리스마, 지적자극, 조건적 보상, 예외적 관리 요인을 주요 변수로 선정하여 티베트족 대학 축구 선수들이 인식 하는 축구지도자의 리더십을 구체적으로 파악하고 더 나아가 이러한 리더십과 만족, 운동 몰입, 운동 열정, 스포츠 정신력 및 인지된 경기력의 관계를 분석하여 티베트족 대학교 축구 지도자가 앞으로 나아가야할 방향에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 바탕으로 다음과 같이 논의를 전개하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 중국 간쑤성 칭하성 티베트에 위치한 10개 대학의 축구 선수들을 대상으로 선정하였다. 연구대상은 우선 각 대학 축구지도자에게 사전 허가를 받은 후 연구자가 2019년 12월에서 2020년 2월까지 각 학교를 직접 방문하여 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 각 대학별 33부씩 총 330부의 설문지를 직접 배포하여 회수하였으며, 최종 312부를 대상으로 실제 분석을 진행하였다. 자료처리 방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 티베트족 대학교 축구 지도자의 리더십 중 예외적 관리, 지적자극 순으로 수행 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조건보상, 카리스마, 예외적 관리 순으로 상호작용 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 카리스마, 예외적 관리 순으로 지도성 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 티베트족 대학교 축구지도자의 리더십 중 예외적 관리, 지적자극, 조건보상 순으로 조화열정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지적자극, 카리스마 순으로 강박열정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 티베트족 대학교 축구지도자의 리더십 중 예외적 관리, 지적자극, 조건보상 순으로 인지몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 축구지도자의 리더십 요인 중 지적자극, 카리스마, 조건보상 순으로 행위몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 티베트족 대학교 축구지도자의 리더십 중 조건보상, 지적자극 순으로 승부욕에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조건보상, 카리스마, 지적자극, 예외적 관리 순으로 분투노력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 예외적 관리는 인내/끈기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 예외적 관리, 카리스마 순으로 불굴의 투지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 티베트족 대학교 축구지도자의 리더십 중 지적자극, 카리스마 순으로 인지된 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 선수만족, 운동 몰입, 운동 열정, 스포츠 정신력, 인지된 경기력간의 관계를 살펴본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 선수만족 중 지도자의 지도성 만족, 사회적 상호작용 만족, 과제수행 만족 순으로 인지몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지도자의 지도성 만족, 사회적 상호작용 만족, 과제수행 만족 순으로 행위몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선수만족 중 지도자의 지도성 만족, 과제수행 만족, 사회적 상호작용 만족 순으로 조화열정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 지도자의 지도성 만족, 사회적 상호작용 만족 순으로 강박열정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선수만족 중 지도자의 지도성 만족, 과제수행 만족 순으로 승부욕에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지도자의 지도성 만족, 사회적 상호작용 만족 순으로 분투노력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 과제수행 만족은 인내/끈기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지도자의 지도성 만족은 불굴의 투지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 선수만족 중 지도자의 지도성 만족, 사회적 상호작용 만족 순으로 인지된 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 운동 몰입 요인 중 인지몰입, 행위몰입 순으로 조화열정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 운동 몰입 요인 중 행위몰입, 인지몰입 순으로 강박열정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 운동 몰입 중 행위몰입, 인지몰입 순으로 불굴의 투지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 행위몰입은 분투노력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인지몰입은 인내/끈기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 ,행위몰입, 인지몰입 순으로 불굴의 투지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 운동 몰입 중 행위몰입은 인지된 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 운동 열정 요인 중 조화열정, 강박열정 순으로 승부욕에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조화열정, 강박열정 순으로 분투노력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조화열정은 인내/끈기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조화열정, 강박열정 순으로 불굴의 투지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아홉째, 운동열정 중 강박열정은 인지된 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 열째, 스포츠 정신력 중 분투노력, 승부욕 순으로 인지된 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
