      • Cascade-Neuro-Fuzzy-PID 적응제어에 대한 연구

        The Cascade-Neuro-PID controller has been developed and applied for the gas heating process. The parameters of the master PID controller were obtained as the outputs of the neural networks using system jacobian calculated from neural identifier. To do not fall in local minimum point optimized parameters of Neuro-PID controller, learn rate of neural network was calculated by fuzzy logic algorithm. In simulation results, the Cascade-Neuro-Fuzzy-PID controller has shown the good robust control response characteristics without overshoots.

        3D Object Generation and Renderer System based on VAE ResNet-GAN

        We present a method for generating 3D structures and rendering objects by combining VAE (Variational Autoencoder) and GAN (Generative Adversarial Network). This approach focuses on generating and rendering 3D models with improved quality using residual learning as the learning method for the encoder. We deep stack the encoder layers to accurately reflect the features of the image and apply residual blocks to solve the problems of deep layers to improve the encoder performance. This solves the problems of gradient vanishing and exploding, which are problems when constructing a deep neural network, and creates a 3D model of improved quality. To accurately extract image features, we construct deep layers of the encoder model and apply the residual function to learning to model with more detailed information. The generated model has more detailed voxels for more accurate representation, is rendered by adding materials and lighting, and is finally converted into a mesh model. 3D models have excellent visual quality and accuracy, making them useful in various fields such as virtual reality, game development, and metaverse.

        경영컨설팅 방법론을 이용한 감염병 실험실의 생물안전 위해성평가 조화기준 도출

        Objectives: As the demand to deal with pathogens in domestic research institutions has expanded and biological accidents have increased, the need for systematic biosafety management in infectious disease laboratories has grown. According to international standards, risk assessment (RA) is required for biosafety management. However, RA criteria have not been clearly established in Korea, so to this end I have attempted to determine RA criteria meeting international levels Methods: In order to provide RA criteria for application, I analyzed the RA criteria in use in the U.S., Europe and at international organizations. In order to ensure the public nature of the RA criteria, I constructed the research model through modified management consulting methodology reflecting the model of Radnor and O'Mahoney. Results: According to the results of the study, existing laboratory biosafety regulations were comparable to domestic laboratory safety laws. Existing laboratory biosafety standards that are designed around risk factors were found to be insufficient. An RA case to be carried out in infectious disease laboratories at the National Institute of Health of KCDC was identified. Conclusion: To establish a systematic risk management system meeting international standards, it was necessary first to harmonize the systems of national and international standards. In addition, in order to provide specific biosafety management on-site, I recognized a need for methodology and planning strategies to discover biosafety management so that it can be carried out as required through the RA of individual laboratories.

        시각장애학교의 개별화교육계획 실태 및 개선 방안

        The purpose of this study was to examine the current status and directions for improving the practice of individualized education programs (IEP) at special schools for students with visual impairments. A total of 97 teachers from 11 schools responded to a questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed for this study, consisting of two parts. The first part included six items about the teachers' demographic and teaching-related variables; the second part comprised 27 items regarding the writing, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of IEP at special schools for students with visual impairments. Data were collected from April 1 to April 30 in the year of 2009. For the most part, the respondents were found to write IEPs in accordance with the Special Education Law and its regulations. It is notable that the majority of teachers evaluated the current level of their students' performance in a variety of areas based on their informal observations, not on the formal test instruments, which indicated the need for developing test instruments for students with visual impairments. It is also notable that the majority of teachers thought that the IEPs should be written only for some of students in some of the areas. The teachers believed that the first priority should be put in the area of daily living skills when writing the IEPs for students with visual impairments. The participants emphasized the need for designing the IEP format, developing materials and devices, and operating the IEP team appropriate for students with visual impairments. 이 연구는 시각장애학교의 개별화교육계획 작성, 실행 및 평가에 관한 실태와 개선 방안을 조사하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 이 조사연구에 참여한 교사는 전국의 시각장애학교 11개교의 학급 담임교사 97명이었다. 조사 결과 대부분의 교사들이 '장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법' 및 동법 시행규칙에 따라 개별화교육계획을 작성하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그 중 주목되는 결과는 대부분의 교사들이 학생의 현행 수준을 객관적인 도구보다는 직접 관찰 방법으로 파악하고 있었다는 점, 일부 학생을 위한 개별화교육계획은 작성되고 있지 않다는 점, 일부 교과 또는 발달 영역에 대해서만 개별화교육계획을 작성하고 있다는 점, 일상생활기술에 가장 우선순위를 두고 작성하고 있다는 점 등이다. 시각장애학교의 개별화교육계획과 관련된 개선 방안으로 교사들은 적절한 개별화교육계획 양식 개발, 교재 및 교구 개발, 개별화교육지원팀의 적정 운영 등을 제시하였다.

        감염병 실험실의 생물안전 위해성관리 전략 수립

        본 논문은 국내 감염병 실험실의 생물안전 위해성관리 전략 수립을 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 Alexander와 Marshall의 위해성 관리전략 수립모델을 수정하여 적용하였다. 모델의 수정을 위해 경영컨설팅 방법론에 의거하여 연구방향을 설정하고 현상을 분석한 후 과제를 도출하였고, 수정된 모델을 반영한 연구모델을 구성하였다. 이후 연구모델을 유해성평가 기법인 HAZOP을 통해 분석하여 감염병 실험실의 생물안전 위해성관리 논리모델을 구축하였다. 수립된 논리모델은 감염병 실험실의 세부적인 과업 도출 및 구체적인 관리 이행을 용이하게 할 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, it was research for the development of biosafety risk management strategy of the domestic infection disease laboratory. So it was applied by modifying the model of planning and risk management strategy of Marshall & Alexander. Based on the management consulting methodology for modifying the model, we set the direction of the research, analyzed the current situation to extract the tasks. And, I have configured the research model that reflects the model that has been modified. And after I constructed the logical model of biosafety risk management of a infectious diseases laboratory through the HAZOP analysis that was a hazard assessment method. The logical model is expected facilitating a transition to the management and the specific detailed task extraction for laboratory infections.

      • 비대칭 CTA막을 이용한 전위차법 Adenosine 생체계측기의 개발

        Two kinds adenosine sensors based on asymmetric cellulose triacetate membranes are made. The asymmetric membranes are formed by first casting a thin layer of cellulose triacetate without carrier, hydrolyzing this film with base, and then on the other side casting a second layer of cellulose triacetate containing the membrane active component. The hydrolyzed surface of asymmetric membranes is activated in aqueous solution with carbonyldiimidazole. One kind of adenosine sensors is made by immobilization of adenosine deaminase on these membranes (hydroxylated method). The other is made by immobilization of adenosine deaminase on aminated membranes (aminated method). The response of the hydroxylated sensor is faster than the aminated sensor. Linearity, sensitivity and detection limits of two kinds of sensors are similar. Therefore hydroxylated method is better than aminated method.

        공공부문 경영컨설팅을 위한 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화 방안에 관한 연구

        공공부문 경영컨설팅은 해외 주요국가에서 일반적인 상황이나, 국내에서는 정부 부처 등의 수요가 형성되면서 이제 시작 단계로 접어들고 있다. 다만 국내에는 공공부문에 대한 전문적인 컨설팅 회사가 드물고 이를 위한 연구가 진행된 사례가 없다. 따라서 Mathias Weske의 비즈니스 프로세스 관리모델을 기준으로 대표적 글로벌 경영컨설팅 3개사의 공공부문 경영컨설팅 프로세스를 도표 표준방식으로 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화하여, 국내 공공부문 경영컨설팅을 수행하고자 하는 관계자가 활용할 수 있는 이론적 배경을 마련하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 프로세스에 상당한 일관성이 나타나 표준화가 가능했으나 공공부문 맥락을 반영하는 전략 수립 프로세스는 구체적으로 제시되지 않아 이의 보완이 요구되었다. 또한 공공부문 경영컨설팅 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화는 기존의 민간부문 프로세스와 유사하게 나타남으로서 결과적으로 민간부문과 공공부문 경영컨설팅의 차이는 공공의 맥락에 따르는 전략 설계에 의해 구분됨을 최종적으로 확인하였다. In the major countries, management consulting service for government is a generalized. management consulting firms consulted a variety of participating in the range to the concrete government projects; build national future strategy, construction of information technology systems, improvement on the distribution network for the disease of therapeutic vaccine. As a result, the management consulting service on public sector(i.e. public management consulting) are formed in a special consulting market. For example, public management consulting has been subdivided into federal, state and local government in United States, so major consulting firms was established a formal specialized department and doing work in ordinary. However, public management consulting in Korea was at an early stage because government agencies formed domestic need recently. In Korea, specialized consulting firm was a rare and specialized studied for public management consulting wasn't reported. Important difference exist between public and private organizations and it can not be overlooked so the problem has occurred in public management consulting because management consulting methodology was optimized manner to private sector organizations. For this reason, I compared analyzed in the process units on BCG, McKinsy and Accenture's management consulting methodology for public sector according to Mathias Weske's model based on graphics standard, through this provided a theoretical background. The results of the study, appearance of a significant consistency in process was possible PBS. However strategies process to reflect of public sector context has not been specifically presented, so supplement was required. In addition, BPS result of public management consulting was similar to the existing private sector's process. As a result, the difference of management consulting process between private and public sector, was confirmed separated by strategy designed in accordance with the public context eventually.
