- An estimation method for the characteristic parameters in the low frequency signal is proposed in this paper. A low frequency signal is assumed to be modulated or distorted by high frequency terms. The algorithm proposed in this paper is designed to select a set of local maximums in a successive manner, hence it is denoted as the iterative peak picking(IPP) algorithm. The IPP algorithm is operating in the time domain and is using only the comparison operation between two neighboring samples. Therefore, its computational complexity is very low and the delay caused by the computation is negligible, which make the real-time operation possible with economic hardware. The proposed algorithm is verified on the pitch estimation of speech signal and blood pulse estimation.

Developing a quiet car requires minimizing the vibration of the floor panel. In this study, the objective of the floor panel design is to obtain the high stiffness by introducing the curved surface panel. The finite element model of both bead and curved surface panel was first built. Next, the structural vibration was conducted. And, the different floor panel designs with curved surface were evaluated. In result, the floor panel design with curved surface showed a significant high stiffness in the desired frequency range

Flupyrazofos (O,O-diethyl O-1-phenyl-3-trifluoromethylpyrazo-5-yl phosphorothioate) is an organophosphorus insecticide with a pyrazole moiety which is newly developed and commercialized by SUNGBO chemical company and Korean Research Institute of Chemical Technology for effectively control against diamond back moth. This study was conducted to determine the composition and quantity of impurities in technical 1 (94.5%), technical 2 (97.6%) and purified (99.2%) flupyrazofos using GLC/MSD. Bimolecular inhibition rate constant(ki) with acethylcholinesterase (in vitro) and I?? with mouse brain acetylcholinesterase (in vivo) were measured for comparing inhibitory patterns of two technicals and purified flupyrazofos. Impurities of flupyrazofos were identified as O,O,O-triethylthio-phosphoric acid (TEA), 1-phenyl-3-trifluoromethyl-5-ethoxy pyrazole (PTMEP), O,O-diethyl O-1-phenyl-3-trifluoromethylpyrazo-5-yl phosphoric acid ester (flupyrazofos oxon), and O,S-diethyl O-1-phenyl-3-trifluoromethylpyrazo-5-yl phosphorothionate (S-ethyl flupyrazofos). In in vitro, technical 1 showed the fastest inhibition on AChE activity among them. And technical 1 and 2 showed 40% higher in vivo inhibition against mouse brian AChE than purified flupyrazofos did. These results could be caused by the impurities such as flupyrazofos oxon and S-methyl flupyrazofos contained in technical grades of flupyrazofos.
다속신호처리 기법을 이용한 LTE 시스템 채널 추정기법 설계

The Long Term Evolution (LTE) system is based on the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) and relies its channel estimation on the lattice-type pilot samples in the multipath fading channel environment. The estimation of the channel frequency response (CFR) makes use of the least squares estimate (LSE) for each pilot samples, followed by an interpolation both in time- and in frequency-domain to fill up the channel estimates for subcarriers corresponding to data samples. Any interpolation scheme could be adopted for this purpose. Depending on the requirements of the target system, we may choose a simple linear interpolation or a sophisticated one. For any choice of an interpolation scheme, these is a trade-off between estimation accuracy and numerical cost. For those wireless communication systems based on the OFDM and the preamble-type pilot structure, the DFT-based channel estimation and its variants have been successfully. Yet, it may not be suitable for the lattice-type pilot structure, since the pilot samples are not sufficient to provide an accurate estimate and it is known to be sensitive to the location as well as the length of the time-domain window. In this paper, we propose a simple interpolated based on the upsampling mechanism in the multirate signal processing. The proposed method provides an excellent alternative to the DFT-based methods in terms of numerical cost and accuracy. The performance of the proposed technique is verified on a multipath environment suggested on a 3GPP LTE specification.
