        정보 정합성 유지를 위한 농축산식품 통계 데이터 통합관리 체계 개선

        In the past, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) conducted research into and production of agricultural statistics. As a resultof organizational changes, these responsibilities were transferred to Statistics Korea in 1998 and 2008. So, the MAFRA managed data without a formalsystem for managing data and statistical information. The demand for a foundation to improve the usefulness of agri-food statistics has recently increaseddue to the necessity for basic data representing the realities of rural and agricultural areas. This is especially true for field-oriented agriculturaladministration. This study aims to propose a strategy for the systematically integrated administration of dispersed data and statistical information. Itserved as the foundation for the integrated management of distributed administrative and statistical data.

        농업환경자원관리를 위한 팜맵 활용전략에 관한 연구

        In this study, a farm map utilization strategy for sustainable agricultural environmental resource management was derived. In addition, it is intendedto present an efficient method of providing farm map-related services. As a result of the demand survey, the additional information required for thefarm map includes 29% of information on crops grown on farmland, 21% of management-related information such as the owner or business entity,17% of topographical information including slope, 15% of agricultural water information, 17% of land status information, and the addition of functions. 2% was investigated. As a result of intensive interview survey, it was found that it can be used for information on crops cultivated by agriculturalbusinesses, actual cultivated area by township, arable land consolidation division boundary, and management of agricultural promotion zones. The farmmap can be used as basic data to efficiently manage agricultural environmental resources. Since the status of support for individual farms or lots, suchas soil improvement agent support and organic fertilizer support, may belong to personal information, it can be processed and provided in units requiredby administration or policies, such as administrative boundaries, subwatersheds, and watersheds. It can serve as a basis for executing the direct paymentcurrently supported only by individual farms, even in a community unit that manages environmental direct payments.

        농축산식품산업 특수분류 기반 추정적격률을 이용한 모집단 추정

        농림축산식품부는 2008년 조직개편을 통해 식품 정책에 대한 기능이 이관되어 보건복지부 등에 산재하여 있던 식품산업을 통합관리 하게 되었고, 1, 2, 3차 산업을 포괄한 종합 정책을 수립하고 있다. 최근 4차 산업혁명과 더불어 농축산식품산업에도 스마트팜, 푸드테크 등 새로운 사업개념이 등장하였다. 농림축산식품부는 4차산업에 적합한 정책을 수립하기 위해 농축식품산업의 사업체 규모를 정확히 추정하는 것이 필요하게 되었다. 농림축산식품부는 전방과 후방 산업의 연계분석을 통한 부가가치 산출과 농축산식품산업의 정확한 모집단을 추정하기 위해서 2017년부터 농축산식품산업 특수분류를 위해 연구하기 시작하였고 통계청으로부터 농축산식품 특수분류 승인을 받았다. 특수 분류를 기반으로 한 농축산식품산업의 모집단 추정은 매출액, 종사자 수 등 전 산업에서 차지하는 비중이 정책의 수립과 중요도에 많은 영향을 미치기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 농축산식품 특수분류와 한국표준산업분류에서의 추출된 표본을 이용하여 현재적격률을 산정하고 모집단을 추정하는 과정과 현재적격률을 보완하기 위한 추정적격률을 제안하여 보다 모집단을 잘 반영하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Through reorganization in 2008, The ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs integrated management of the food industry by transferred functions which was scattered in the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and established comprehensive policies covering the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. In the agricultural industry sector, new business concepts such as smart farm and food tech have recently emerged alongside the fourth industrial revolution. In order for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs to develop appropriate policies for the fourth industrial revolution, it is necessary to accurately estimate the size of agricultural and livestock-related businesses. In 2017, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs initiated research for the agriculture, livestock and food industry's special classification, which was approved by the National Statistical Office in 2020. The estimation of the agriculture, livestock and food industry's size based on special classification is crucial because it has a substantial impact on the formulation and significance of policies. In this paper, the appropriate rate was derived from samples extracted from the special classification and the Korean standard industrial classification. Proposed are a method for estimating the population of the agricultural and livestock food industry, as well as a method for calculating the appropriate rate that more accurately reflects the population than the method currently in use.

        딥러닝 기반 농경지 속성분류를 위한 TIF 이미지와 ECW 이미지 간 정확도 비교 연구

        In this study, We conduct a comparative study of deep learning-based classification of agricultural field attributes using Tagged Image File (TIF) andEnhanced Compression Wavelet (ECW) images. The goal is to interpret and classify the attributes of agricultural fields by analyzing the differencesbetween these two image formats. “FarmMap,” initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs in 2014, serves as the first digital mapof agricultural land in South Korea. It comprises attributes such as paddy, field, orchard, agricultural facility and ginseng cultivation areas. For thepurpose of comparing deep learning-based agricultural attribute classification, we consider the location and class information of objects, as well as theattribute information of FarmMap. We utilize the ResNet-50 instance segmentation model, which is suitable for this task, to conduct simulatedexperiments. The comparison of agricultural attribute classification between the two images is measured in terms of accuracy. The experimental resultsindicate that the accuracy of TIF images is 90.44%, while that of ECW images is 91.72%. The ECW image model demonstrates approximately 1.28%higher accuracy. However, statistical validation, specifically Wilcoxon rank-sum tests, did not reveal a significant difference in accuracy between thetwo images.

        국내 S/W 공급망 보안을 위한 사이버안보 정책방안 연구

        While the digital transformation of society is accelerating due to the 4th Industrial Revolution and the spread of COVID-19, hacking using software supply chain vulnerabilities such as Solarwind hacking in 2020 and Exchange hacking in 2021 has caused great damage to the world. As security problems at a point in the software supply chain spread rapidly on a large scale through the global supply chain, major countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom view the problems in supply chain security as security issues that seriously affect cyberspace. Accordingly, this paper examines major supply chain damage cases and compares and analyzes supply chain security-related laws and security standards in major countries to identify deficiencies in domestic security policies. 4차 산업기술 혁명과 코로나19의 확산으로 인해 디지털 전환이 가속화되고 있는 가운데 2020년 솔라윈즈 해킹, 2021년 익스체인지 해킹 등 소프트웨어 공급망 취약점을 이용한 해킹으로 전 세계가 큰 피해를 입게 되었다. 소프트웨어 공급망의 한 지점에서 보안 문제가 발생하게 된다면 글로벌 공급망 사슬을 타고 위험이 대규모로 급속히 확산하게 됨에 따라 미국, 영국 등의 주요국들은 공급망 보안에서 발생하고 있는 문제를 국가 주권이 미치는 사이버공간에 심각한 영향을 주는 안보의 문제로 바라보게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 주요 공급망 피해사례를 통해 그 특징 및 문제점이 무엇인지 살펴보고 주요국들의 공급망 보안 관련 법제와 보안표준 비교․분석을 통해 국내 보안정책의 미비점을 도출한 후 국내 실정에 적합한 소프트웨어 공급망 강화를 위해 적합한 법제 형태, 국가보안표준 및 평가체계 구축방안 등 사이버안보 정책 수립을 위한 기본 방향성을 제시하였다.

        AHP기법을 이용한 인공지능 기반 차세대보안관제시스템의 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        Recently, in the information security field, artificial intelligence has been introduced to try various methods to solve problems that have been difficult to solve in the security field. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the limitations of the existing legacy security control system through related research, and to investigate the limitations of the existing security control system. The priority of the decision to evolve into a system and the introduction of an artificial intelligence-based security control system, a next-generation security control system, was studied using AHP analysis targeting security experts. Through this, it is expected to be used by various organizations that are considering efficient transition and introduction to artificial intelligence-based security control systems.

        환경보건정보 통합관리체계에 관한 연구

        The National Institute of Environmental Research(NIER) launched a research about Framework of Environmental Health Information System for Industrial Complex in 2001, with the goal of finding out measures to establish an integrated management system(IMS) for environmental health information. Based on the research results, NIER started to build integrated information system. The process will continue from 2006 to 2008. As the first step, in 2006, NIER outsourced the job of setting up the specific plan. In 2007, based on the plan created in the previous year, computerization work began. During 2008, the $3^{rd}$ year of the process, the integrated system will be compatible to conventional GIS system and statistics analysis system to deliver funker efficient and useful services. In this vein, the objective of the study is to identify data collection procedure, data utilization, and overall goal of the system. In addition, It will illustrate digitalization process and recommendation about how to utilize the system.

        대조코호트 연구를 위한 충주의 대기오염현황 조사와 산단지역과의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigate air quality in Chungju, Korea, using data obtained with a local air quality monitoring system. We have utilised cohort studies to investigate the relations between environmental pollution and the health of residents near large industrial complexes since 2004. This study analyzes the $O_3,\;NO_2,\;SO_2,\;CO\;and\;PM_{10}$ concentration in Chungju from 2002 to 2006. Air pollutants are closely related to the number of manufacturing facilities and cars, energy utilization and weather conditions. Generally, the diurnal concentration of air pollutants in Chungju reached the highest level in the morning (about$08:00{\sim}$) and early evening (about$19:00{\sim}$). On the other hand, the diurnal concentration of ozone as recorded gives the highest amount in late afternoon (about$16:00{\sim}$) and lowest in early morning (about$08:00{\sim}$). The concentration of air pollutants in Chungju was highest from winter to spring and lowest during the summer season. On the other hand, the monthly variation of ozone concentration was greatest in June and smallest in December. Also the, $PM_{10}$ concentration posted the highest record in April and the lowest during September. In general, this study analyzed air pollution changes in Chungju as well as in large scale industrial complex regions within Korea such as Ulsan, Pohang, Kwangyang, Sihwa Panwol and Gangneung in Korea. We compared the air quality of Chungju with those of these cites and found that air pollutants except for CO in Chungju was generally lower than large industrial complex regions.
