Vascularized iliac crest flap include bone tissue of good quality and quantity for mandible segmental defect. Even if fibular flap can contain longer bone tissue, iliac crest has esthetic shape for mandible body reconstruction and large height for implant. Conventional vascularized iliac crest osteomyocutaneous flap is too bulky for reconstruction of intraoral soft tissue defect. But modified flap can reduce soft tissue volume, so is good for functional reconstruction of oral mucosa. It takes only one month for completely replace oral mucosa. The final mucosal texture is much better than other skin paddle flap, especially for implant prosthesis. Donor site morbidity of this method looks same level or less with other modalities functionally and socially. In case of oral mucosa-mandible combined defect, vascularized iliac crest with internal oblique muscle flap shows good outcomes for hard and soft tissue.

A keratoameloblastoma is a histologically variant of the ameloblastoma group, which varies in size and contains keratin material in the fibrous connective tissue among cystic lesions. A keratoameloblastoma is a rare disease with only 13 cases reported in the literature since Pindborg’s first report in 1970. A 41-year-old man visited, complaining of pus discharged from the right maxilla. He had been diagnosed with an odontogenic keratocyst and was treated with cyst enucleation in the past. The clinical and radiology examination found evidence of recurrence and finally diagnosed him with keratoameloblastoma after enucleation and biopsy. This report discusses the clinical, radiological and histological characteristics of keratoameloblastoma and its treatment. In addition, we report another case of keratoameloblastoma that had transformed from an odontogenic keratocyst.
브로일러 병아리의 등 피부에 310nm 자외선 조사시 상이한 선양이 혈장내 비타민 $D_3$함량에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 3주령 브로일러 병아리 (Hubrd 계통)의 등 피부에 310nm자외선 조사시 상이한 선양에 따르는 혈장중 비타민 $D_3$ ( $D_3$ ) 함량을 측정코자 실시되었다. 자외선 조사선량은 0~0.79J/$\textrm{cm}^2$으로 하였으며 (5반복) 2일 후에 채혈하고 혈장을 분리하여 지질을 추출, $C_{18}$ cartridge로 정제, HPLC로 D$_3$를 분석하였다. 무처리구 병아리의 혈장내 $D_3$함량은 20ng/$m\ell$이었으며 0.32J/$\textrm{cm}^2$조사시 43ng/$m\ell$로서 시험한 모든 선양중 가장 높은 값을 보였다. 이 값은 무처리구에 비하여 2.15 배에 해당한다. 그러나 0.48J/$\textrm{cm}^2$ 이상 조사시에는 $D_3$ 함량이 점차 감소되었으며 0.79J/$\textrm{cm}^2$ 처리시에는 무처리구의 수준과 같이 되었다. This study was carried out to determine the plasma vitamin $D_3$($D_3$) of 3 weeks old broiler chicks (Hubbard line), whose dorsal skin was exposed to different dose of 310 m UV light. The irradiated doses were 0~0.79 J/$\textrm{cm}^2$(6 doses$\times$5 replica=30 chicks). The blood samples were collected 2 days after exposure. The lipid in plasma isolated was extracted with ethyl acetate. The $D_3$ was purified by $C_{18}$ cartridge and analyzed by HPLC. The average $D_3$ content in plasma of control chicks was 20 ng /$m\ell$. When 0.32 J/$\textrm{cm}^2$ of dose was treated, the highest amount of 43 ng /$m\ell$ was found among those of chicks experimented, corresponding to 2.15 times that of control. However, When more doses than 0.32 J/$\textrm{cm}^2$ were exposed to the skin, D$_3$ contents were decreased gradually. The similar to control level of $D_3$ was observed when 0.79 J/$\textrm{cm}^2$ was applied.

2대의 중력계를 이용하여 우리나라의 88개 기상관서 내에 중력 보조점을 설치하고 GPS 측량을 실시하였다. 모든 중력 보조점의 중력치는 부산대학교 내의 중력기준점을 기준으로 측정하여, 향후 새로운 절대중력기점 값으로 쉽게 환산할 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 중력기준망의 확장은 중력의 측정과 drift 보정 등에 의해 나타나는 오차를 최소화하여 중력 자료의 정밀도를 증대할 것이다. 또한 이 연구 결과는 상대중력계에 이해 계산된 중력 자료의 검증 및 상대중력계의 점검 등에 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. We have established 88 auxiliary gravity reference stations by using two gravitimeters at the observation offices of the Korean meteorological agency and measured the locations by using GPS. All gravity values have been calculated on the basis of the gravity reference point at Pusan National University, thus, they have been established to bge easily converted to new absolute gravity value later. The increased numbers of the gravity reference stations will minimize errors due to measurements, drift correction etc. and increase the accuracy of the gravity data. The result of this research will be used to verify the gravity data which calculated with the relative gravity meter and to inspect relative gravity meters.
