다층 비좌굴 가새골조와 등가 단자유도계의 에너지 요구량의 비교

비선형 정적해석 및 에너지를 이용한 설계방법에서는 구조물을 등가의 단자유도계로 치환하여 해석하는 것이 일반적이다. 본 연구에서는 지진하중에 의한 3층, 8층, 20층 철골 모멘트저항골조(MRF), 비좌굴 가새골조(BRBF)와 힌지접합 비좌굴 가새골조 (DTBF) 구조물의 에너지 요구량을 등가 단자유도계 시스템(ESDOF)의 에너지 요구량과 비교하여 등가단자유도계로 치환하는 방법의 타당성을 검토하였다 입력에너지와 이력에너지를 산정하기 위하여 연암 지반, 연약한 토사, 단층 근처의 지반에서 계측된 60개의 지진을 사용하였으며, 모드 질량계수가 0.8보다 작은 경우 ESDOF로 변환할 때 고차모드의 효과를 고려하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 3층과 8층 MRF와 DTBF에서의 이력에너지와 입력에너지는 ESDOF의 해석결과와 비교적 잘 일치하였다. 그러나 20층 BRBF에서는 ESDOF의 결과가 본 구조물의 결과를 과소평가하는 것으로 나타났다. In equivalent static nonlinear analysis and in energy-based design, the structures are generally transformed into an equivalent SDOF system. In this study the seismic energy demands in multi story structures, such as three-, eight-, and twenty-story steel moment-resisting frames(MRF), buckling restrained braced frames(BRBF) and a damage tolerant braced frame(DTBF), are compared with those of equivalent single degree of freedom(ESDOF) systems. Sixty earthquake ground motions recorded In different soil conditions, which are soft rock, soft soil, and neat fault, were used to compute the input and hysteretic energy demands in model structures. In case the modal mass coefficient is less than 0.8, the effects of higher modes are considered in the process of converting into ESDOF According to the analysis results, the hysteretic and input energies obtained from 3 story and 8 story MRF and DTBF agreed well with the results from analysis of equivalent SDOF systems. However in the 20 story BRBF the results from ESDOF underestimated those obtained from the original structures.

본 연구에서는 등가 에너지 개념에 근거하여 비좌굴 가새골조의 간편한 내진설계방법을 제안하였다. 단자유도계로 치환된 구조물의 지진 입력에너지를 응답 스펙트럼으로부터 구한 후, 탄성에너지와 소성에너지를 등가 에너지 개념을 이용하여 산정한다. 이렇게 구한 소성에너지를 분배비에 따라 각 층에 분배하고, 모든 소성에너지는 가새에 의하여 소산된다고 가정하여 각 가새의 단면적을 산정할 수 있다. 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위하여 3층, 6층, 20층 가새골조를 제안된 방법으로 주어진 목표변위를 만족하도록 설계하고, 인공지진을 이용하여 결과를 검증하였다. 해석결과에 의하면 저층 건물의 최상층 변위는 비교적 목표변위를 만족하였으나, 20층 건물의 최상층 변위는 목표변위보다 매우 작아 가새가 과다하게 설계된 것으로 나타났다. This study proposed a convenient seismic design procedure for buckling-restrained braced frames based on the equivalent energy concept. The design process begins with the computation of input energy from response spectrum. Then the elastic energy and plastic energy are computed based on the equal energy concept. The computed plastic energy is distributed to each story along energy distribution ratio and the cross-sectional area of each brace is computed so that all the plastic energy is dissipated by the brace. The proposed procedure was applied to the design of three-, six-, and twenty-story steel frames with buckling-restrained braces, and artificial earthquake records were used for verification of the proposed method. According to analysis results, top story displacements of the low-rise structure satisfies the given target displacement however that of the twenty-story structure was much smaller than the given target displacement.

1) 객담검체자원 확보와 정보 생산: 입원환자를 대상으로 연구윤리위원회(IRB) 심의·승인에 근거한 동의서 확보 2) 객담검체의 유전정보 분석: 내성관련 유전자(rpoB, katG, inhA, ahpC 등)를 타겟으로 염기서열 분석 후 데이터베이스화 하고 환자진료정보를 매칭 3) 객담검체 자원정보 공유: 내부적으로는 임상의들의 치료판단에 직접적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 다양한 정보를 공유하고, 외부 연구자들에게는 객담검체의 유전정보를 virtual data 시스템으로 제공하고 DNA시료 분양 성적: 2008년부터 정식으로 ‘결핵검체은행’ 운영을 시작. 결핵환자의 인체유래물인 객담 9,490건 을수집 및 보관하고 있음. MDR, XDR등 약제내성 결핵환자에게서 분리된 양성 객담을 수집하여 보관하고 있음. 임상시험윤리위원회(IRB)의 심의를 거쳐, 총 2664명의 입원환자로부터 검체제공 동의서 확보. 2015년-2017년까지 최근 3년간 기준으로, 내·외부 8개 연구과제에 300여건의 객담검체를 분양하였음. 결론: 1)결핵환자에게서 분리한 객담검체의 유전자정보에 근거한 신속 약제감수성검사 키트 개발 / 항결핵 신약에 대한 내성검사법 등의 확립·보급 2)다양한 결핵(마이코박테리아) 객담검체 확보로 항결핵신약 개발 및 글로벌 임상시험 국내 유치

In this paper, the installation method of A/F meter which is used for objective measurement of the characteristics of steering systems is classified into two types, direct and indirect method, and static and dynamic test results are analyzed. Dummy wheel of A/F meter is connected to steering column in direct installation method, and is installed on steering wheel in indirect method. Each method produces different results according to the relative position of geometric center, rotation center and mass center of steering wheel.

One of the important functions of nervous system is to supply the information related to the injury. Therefore, for various kinds of injuries, to feel pain is thought to be the part of this important function. There are A-fiber (Type I AMHs, Type II AMHs) & C-fiber (CMHs) which respond to the mechanical & thermal stimuli as the nerve fibers of peripheral unit performing this function. The phenomena expressed to us by these stimuli are those reaction like the in- crease of heart rate and the elevation of blood pvessure by stimulation of the autonomic nervous system as well as pain. As it is, using these reactions which are the most popular parameter of pain expression during anesthesia, we make the depth of anesthesia deeper or use analgesics as adjuvants. In general, there are many kinds of analgesics for adjuvants of anesthesia or for elimination of postoperative pain. To compare the efficiency of those analgesics toward pain, the authors studied the inhibitory effects of analgesics on the increase of pulse rate and mean arterial pressure evoked by the thermal and mechanical stimulations in rats. We used the agents popularly used in nowadays 1) Tramadol HC1, known as a potent analgesics, 2) Nalbuphine, antagonist of opioids, 3) Meperidine and Morphine, opioids to com- pare the efficiency of hemodynamic augumentation by the thermal and mechanical stimulations with the control group. The results were as follows; 1) The inhibitory effects on the increase in pulse rate and mean arterial pressure evoked by the stimulations were in the decsing order of morphine, meperidine, nalbuphine, and tramadol. 2) The inhibitory effect of morphine on the incmnent of pulse rate and mean arterial pressme was evident. 3) Meperidine and nalbuphine, not so much potent as morphine in inhibitory also inhibit to a considerable degree. 4) In the case of tramadol, the increament of pulse rate evoked by the stimulations were inhibited to some extent, but it was proven not to inhibit the elevation of mean arterial pressure.

Generally, the vehicle dynamics performance is influenced by chassis system. It is hard to make a general and absolute standard that the evaluation about handling and stability performance of vehicle majorly depends on subjective evaluations. In passenger car, according to the load distribution, the change of load in front & rear wheel affect on the vehicle dynamics characteristics such as lateral acceleration, side slip, roll, yaw moment. So, from the initial stage of development, if it is considered that making a boundary for load distribution under the selection of power train & suspension type , it can be a good guidance to materialize the good ride & handling performance of vehicle. So, In this paper, real car test & K&C test and multi-body model simulations are performed to understand the effect on vehicle ride & handling performance from load distribution. The results of each test are compared to analyze the effect of load distribution to vehicle ride & handling performance. Through the understanding of the effect, try to find the way to predict the cornering performance.
