        무용동작치료의 국내 연구동향 분석

        This study focuses on the analysis of trend focusing on the researches designed to verify the effect of the application of dependent variables in the researches of the domestic dance movement therapy, which were from 2005 to 2016. The data was analyzed on the characteristics of research and topics, characteristics of research target and characteristics of intervention. A final of 92 studies were selected among the data related to characteristics of research and topics for analysis. The findings are as follows. First, as for the term, the term ‘dance movement therapy’ was most widely used and most of the studies were published in 2006. Second, most of researches were conducted with children and youth as their targets and the most widely selected type of problems of the target of the dance movement therapy was the pathological problem of body and psychology. In addition, the most widely used sub-category was schizophrenia. Third, most studies were conducted to the experimental group made up of 6 – 10 persons and the number of intervention sessions was 11 – 15 with each session lasting 31 to 51. The contents of intervention were categorized into 4 items such as ego, emotion, body, cognition and relation. The analysis shows that the most widely studied item is emotion. In addition, it was found that among 53 sub categories, the most widely used item used for the study was the reduction in ‘depression’ as the dependent variable. According to the results above, this study tries to prepare the grounds for effective application of program based on the characteristics of target subjects, number of targets proper for the study, intervention time, intervention period and analysis of the research issue. From the findings and from the analysis of the research trend, the grounds were prepared for the development of reference for the operation of the dance movement therapy. In addition, based on the dependent variables whose effects have been verified, effective characteristics of the dance movement therapy are suggested and the direction of future study is discussed.

        세계시민교육과 무용교육의 역할

        In the 21st century, the importance of coexistence and individuality according to each personality is recognized, and a society where individuals can pursue a happy life is ultimately pursued. Baed on such individual needs, it is now time that a sense of community for the common good beyond the borders of countries and reaches the world, recognizing it as one global village. Our task is to establish the role of the individual as well as the society for which the pursuit of personal happiness coincides with the direction for happiness for all of humanity. This study seeks to clarify the role of dance education in the wider context of global citizenship and Global Citizenship Education. To this end, the role of dance education was examined by analyzing the key elements for cultivating citizenship, as suggested by Oxfam and UNESCO, and comparing them to identify similarities to the goals and methods of dance education. The results revealed that many of Oxfam’s core elements on Global Citizenship Education and the educational effects of aesthetic experience shared similarities. As suggested by UNESCO, Global Citizenship Education means “Learning to Live Together,” and “Teaching Respect for All”. This in the dimension of experience and preception, not knowledge. For this, it is necessary to focus on the role of arts education, which methodologically involves firsthand experiences, and among them. Dance education will be a strong field that is noteworthy in terms of cultivating holistic personality, the basis of Global Citizenship Education.

        무용(의) 심리치료로서의 역할과 범위확대를 위한 방안

        Dance terminology is often interpreted differently by various cultural and age groups. In general, majority of dance theory origined in Western culture. As a result, people with only limited exposure to dance forms and mechanisms solely rely on books and see observatiorL Thus leading to misconception of some degree. Dance. unlike widely known disciplines, from artistic point of view, displays cherished personal feelings and experiences. Lacking wide public knowledge may be a cause for dance psychotherapy to be not accepted by maiority Precise recordings of treaoent results as well as explanation in plain language and measurement are still unavailable. Inaddition, dance psychotherapy may encounter barriers in trying to acquire acceptance and approval from education and medical communities. Following steps aria taken by dance psychotherapy supporters: 1) Expanded research of physical bodies. 2) Voluntary and involuntary movement basics and ralated psychological research. 3) Uniqueness of dance research. (philosophical, artistic, and historcal) Research on components of dance. (cultulal and socioloical) 4) Preconception of dance is not erkouraged, and self expression through free physical movement is further studied. 5) Not restriction dance psychotherapy to education alone, but to predetermine and discover reasons of psychological handicap from observations of physical movements developed. 6) Research on planned dance psychotherapy based on physical movements evaluation. As mentioned above, if there arts immediate significant expansion and development in dance psychotherapy research, soon dance psychotherapy will be recorded in great details, proven effective, and eventually be announced as a medically effective treatment. Furthermore, dance psychotherapy need to be adopted into our education curriculum to improve understanding of each ocher. It will be one of many fundamentals taught in dance education. Last1y, general education which includes darke psychotherapy should be introduced to organizations of various sizes and ages.

      • 무용/ 동작치료에 있어서 원효 무애춤의 효과성에 관한 토론

        1990년대 유럽의 무용동작치료는 각 나라의 전통 제의적 춤에 대한 치유적 요소 에 관심이 고조되면서 치료현장에 접목되어졌다. 특히, 아프리카와 동남아시아 제의식의 치유적 기능이 서구에 소개되면서 이를 표방한 치료세션 예시를 흔히 관찰 할 수 있었다. 그러나 이와 같은 제의적 춤이 서구인들에게는 심리치료적 요소로 작용한다는 데 많은 제한점이 언급되었고, 효과를 검증하기 어렵다는 판 단에서 연구적 관점에서는 점차 축소되기에 이른다. 즉, 각 문화권에 대한 심도 있는 이해가 부족한 상태에서 형태적 부분만이 현대의 심리치료적인 관점과 결 합하는 과정에서 그 한계를 인정했다고 볼 수 있다.

        자폐성장애의 임상양상에 따른 예술심리치료 적용방안

        This study examined the meaning of arts psychotherapy through philosophical ground that can help promote the understanding of individual distinctiveness along with the common characteristics of the pursued five ideal vision of human from the perspective of understanding the human through arts psychotherapy. Based on the results of the exploration regarding the application measures to ensure the expansion of application of arts psychotherapy as a means of the therapy for autistic disorder and the mediation, the following conclusions were drawn: First, it is necessary to clarify the methods and processes of diagnosis and evaluation that considers the characteristics of arts psychotherapy mediation. Second, programs for arts psychotherapy need to be developed which has clear goals and is easier to ensure that children can have easy access to it in the ecological environment of children with autistic disorder, such as school, home, community, etc, rather than being provided at specific place and time. Third, mediation and therapies with validated effect, interconnective programs, and application programs should be developed. Fourth, measures should be explored to apply them to the curriculum. Fifth, programs should be developed which consider the characteristics of individual children, such as the presence of mental disorder, characteristics of the sensible reaction, the stage of growth and development, and others.

        “환자는 말 대신에 증세로써 하소연을 하고 있다. 환자의 증세가 무엇을 말하 고 있는가를 분석해서 환자가 증세 대신에 말로써 표현을 하게 도와주면 증세 는 사라진다” (프로이드의 대화치료(talking cure)에서) 1900년부터 2000년까지의 20세기 동안에 인류에서 가장 큰 공헌을 남긴 위대 한 사람으로 정신분석을 창설한 Freud가 선정되었다(Time). 정신분석은 인간 내면의 느낌, 지각, 생각, 사고, 상상들을 자유롭게 연결 시 켜서 잊어버린 기억들을 표면에 떠오르게 하는 치료 기법인 자유연상법을 창안 한 프로이드에 의해서 1895년에 태어났다.

        독일예술심리치료의 발전 동향과 한국예술심리치료 발전을 위한 제언

        When considering that The Korean Association for Clinical Art introduced Arts Psychotherapy to Korea for the first time in 1980s, Korea already has the history of more than 20 years. As shown in its history, it can be evaluated that there have been a lot of quantitative expansions and qualitative reinforcements until now since various types of arts psychotherapy associations, academic societies and curer training schools were created. However, it is true that there were many problems to solve in the current time point. The purpose of this study was to suggest main viewpoint that shall be considered for the development of 'Korean Arts Psychotherapy' by researching developmental process and meaning of German Arts Psychotherapy from the integrative viewpoint and its trend about social, vocational role, legal protection and curer nurturing process. The study suggested the problem of nurturing institution, academic system and legal status of license and analyzed and introduced integrative therapy model of Germany in order to solve the problem. It was essential to develop Korean type integrative therapy theory by using more developed theory and system of other country as model.

        발달장애인 예술교육을 위한 독일 심리운동 이론과 실천 토대

        The objective of this study was to consider the applicability of German psychomotor as a theory that could be combined with traditional arts education techniques for the arts education of people with developmental disabilities. In the research method, this study suggested the educational principle based on a domestic/ foreign literature review of the theory and practice of German psychomotor. After researching the current operational state of arts education in schools and social arts education, this study determined the meanings, methods, and measures for applying German psychomotor to the arts education of people with developmental disabilities. This study’s results revealed three key principles for applying German psychomotor in arts education: the importance of environmental composition, the teacher’s positive perspective, and the creating activities that consider the developmental stage of the people with developmental disabilities. German psychomotor was initially created as a theory for integrating the body and mind, and then it started to incorporate the perspectives of music, dance, and physical education. Furthermore, the German psychomotor theory emerged from clinical results that aimed to promote the development of people with disabilities. Thus, the suggestion that this measure is applicable to the arts education of people with developmental disabilities is extremely meaningful and can expand the range of its applicability through the convergence of two areas.
