글로벌 전시주최자의 국제화 전략에 관한 연구: 영국 UBM 사례를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to understand the globalization strategy of Global PEOs (Professional Exhibition Organizer) as Global PEOs are trying to enter into foreign markets aggressively as well as the exhibition industry becomes more globalized. In order to achieve such objectives, this study set up the research framework based on Resource-Based Theory which company’s strategic resources could affect to competitiveness. Throughout Resource-Based Theory, Global PEO’s resources are divided by both tangible resource and intangible reource which are affecting Global PEO’s globalization strategy. Besides Global PEO’s resources, types of overseas market penetration are also divided into three different type which are M&A, strategic alliance, franchising. To achieve this goals, the research was designed by Global PEO’s case study. The subject of global PEO’s case study is UBM which is second largest Global PEO in the world, and their case can show the various kinds of global strategy of global PEO because they’ve recently representative M&A in the american market, also present new global strategy called ‘Event first strategy’. Through one of the Global PEO, UBM’s case study, resouces are divided into tangible and intangible resources and three market penetration strategies are selected which is M&A, strategic alliance, frachising.These factors affected UBM’s globalization strategy and made UBM global 2nd largest exhibiton organizer. This study will helps local organizers to know global exhibition organizers’ globalization strategy so that Korea exhibition industry could have better global environment and future development. 본 연구의 목적은 전시주최자의 국제화 전략 달성을 위해 유⋅무형의 자원과 역량이 기업의 경쟁우위를 확보 하는데 주요한 영향을 끼친다는 관점인 자원기반이론(Resource-Based Theory)을 바탕으로 글로벌 전시주최자의 국제화 전략을 살펴보고 사례 분석을 통해 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 이루기 위해 글로벌 전시주최자의 사례 연구를 진행하였으며, 최근 미국시장에서 M&A를 비롯하여 다양한 국제화 전략을 살펴볼 수 있는 글로벌 민간기업인 UBM을 사례연구 대상으로 하였다. 사례 연구 결과 UBM의 국제화 전략에 영향을 미치는 자원은 유형자원과 무형자원으로구분되며, 국제화에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 해외시장 진입전략으로 인수와 합병(M&A), 전략적 제휴, 프랜차이징과 같은 방식의 전략을 추진하고 있었다. 또한, 전시주최자의 자원은 국제화 전략에 영향을 미치기 때문에 글로벌 전시주최자의 자원과 해외시장 진입 전략을 통해 국제화 성과를 극대화할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 해외시장을 진입하고자 하는 전시주최자들에게 글로벌 전시주최자의 국제화 전략에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써 국제화 전략을 세우는데 있어 실질적인 도움을 주고, 한국의 전시주최자들의 역량이 제고됨에 따라 한국 전시산업의 성장에 기여하고자 한다.
유치원의 종일제 프로그램 운영실태에 관한 연구 : 부산시를 중심으로

As a result of this investigation its conclusions are as follws 1. The motive of managing full-day program in a kindergarten is to help the parents bring up their children and to meet their requirements. 2. This investigation shows a high rate-response on a teaching program and a snack menu made as a plan for full-day program. A daily plan and a weekly plan are made out satisfactorily while a monthly plan and an annual plan are not. 3. The majority of kindergartens have no reserved classroom for full-day program, and are deficient of a siesta room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a nursing room and a protective institution for those who feel well. 4. In the respect of the early children's health and their nutrition, half of the kindergartens supply snacks and lunch with them once a day. 5. Most kindergartens carry out an education for the parents including the parents whose children are in half-day program, and its contents contain a personal interview, the counselling on the phone, and participation in class in the order of frequency in use. 6. Most teachers who take part in full-day program conduct their teaching without any retraining. In spite of this, they are comparatively satisfied with their payment and office hours.
