Existing Structures are maintained and remodeled for extending lifetime of Structures in abroad. Also it is necessary that they are remodeled for extending lifetime of Structures in Korea. If it is necessary to extend of existing structures, Korean Building Code(KBC) prescribe that it enforce application of seismic load for extension of 1/10 of total floor area or added 1 floor If lager dead load of structure is made application, soffit shear force is lager than before so it is necessary that main element such as column or beam are reinforced. For the purpose of reducing term of works and improving performance, deck plate system integrated with steel wires at manufactory is widely used in construction fields. The object of study is to reduce of dead load of structure and we utilize steel wire-integrated deck plate system using lightweight concrete. We manufacture 4 specimen for bending and shear resisting force test because of application of stable deck plate system.

Generally, There are three manufacturing process for concrete filled tubular square column. one is box type process by 4-seam welding in edge of column, another is cold-forming process by 2-seam welding in center. Accordingly, the other is pressing process by pressing circular column, It is very important to select of welding process and welding thickness for economical efficiency. Newly developed thin walled cold-formed concrete filled tubular square column are manufactured by flare welding at center of column width for cold formed ㄱ shape plates of 4 piece. In this study, we suggested the method to evaluate welding Quantity of concrete filled steel tubular column and calculated welding thickness for six specimens by studied structural test and finite element analysis method with parameters of production process, plates thickness and welding thickness of steel square column.
