중국 대학 교양 체육 교수의 리더십 유형과 교수-학생 상호작용이 여대생의 수업몰입과 지속적 참여 의도 및 자기 주도적 학습 능력에 미치는 영향

이번 연구는 리더십 유형과 교사-학생 상호작용이 수업에 대한 몰입, 지속적인 참여, 자기 주도적 학습에 미치는 영향을 탐구함으로써 중국대학 교양체육과 교사의 리더십 유형과 교사-학생 상호작용이 여대생의 수업몰입, 지속적인 참여, 자기 주도적 학습에 미치는 영향과 구조적 상관관계를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 향후 리더십 유형, 교수-학생 상호작용, 수업몰입, 지속적인 참여의도 및 자기 주도적 학습능력에 관한 연구에 대한 이론적 근거와 실천적 근거를 제공합니다. 본 연구는 무작위 추출법을 사용하여 중국 네이멍구 자치구, 랴오닝, 허베이, 허난 등 지역에서 채택하였습니다. 교양체육 과목에 참가한 여대생 1000명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하고 회수하였습니다. 회수된 데이터를 정리한 후 무효 설문지를 제거한 후 806건이 데이터 분석에 활용될 수 있습니다.데이터 분석 과정에서 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 20.0을 사용하여 주파수 분석, 탐색적 인자 분석, 신뢰성 분석, 다중 회귀 분석 등 통계학적인 측법. 그래서 연구결과가 나왔고, 연구결과와 선행연구를 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과가 나왔다. 첫째, 교양과정에 참여하는 여대생의 일반적인 특징, 교수의 리더십, 교수-학생 상호작용은 여대생의 수업몰입에 현저한 정(+)적인 영향을 준다. 둘째, 교양수업 참가 여대생의 일반적인 특성, 교사의 리더십, 교사와 학생의 상호작용 능력은 여대생의 지속적인 참여 의도에 현저한 정(+)적인 영향을 준다. 셋째, 교양과정에 참가한 여대생의 일반적인 특징, 교사지도 유형, 상호작용 능력은 여대생의 자기주도 학습 능력에 현저한 정(+)적인 영향. 교양과목에 참가한 여대생의 일반적인 특성, 교사의 리더십, 상호작용 능력은 여대생의 자기 주도적 학습능력인 학습계획에 현저한 정(+)적인 영향을 준다. 여대생 참여교육의 일반적인 특징, 교사의 리더십, 상호작용 능력은 여대생의 자기 주도적 학습능력인 학습실시행태에 현저한 정(+)적인 영향을 준다. 교양과목에 참가한 여대생의 일반적인 특징, 교사 리더십 유형, 상호작용 능력은 여대생의 자기 주도적 학습능력인 학습평가에 현저한 정(+)적인 영향을 준다. The study aims to explore the impact of leadership types and teacher-student interactions on class immersion, continuous participation, and self-directed learning, and to identify the impact and structural correlation of teacher-student interactions on female college students' class immersion, continuous participation, and self-directed learning. Provides theoretical and practical basis for future research on leadership types, professor-student interactions, class immersion, continuous participation intentions, and self-directed learning capabilities. This study was adopted in regions such as Neymung District, Liaoning, Hebei and Henan, China, using randomization methods. The questionnaire was distributed and collected for 1000 female college students who participated in the liberal arts and sports subjects. 806 cases can be utilized for data analysis after clearing the retrieved data and removing the invalid questionnaire.Statistical measures such as frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 20.0 during data analysis. So the research results came out, and after reviewing the research results and prior studies, the following research results came out. First, the general characteristics of female college students participating in the liberal arts course, the leadership of professors, and the professor-student interaction have a significant positive impact on female college students' immersion in class. Second, the general characteristics of female college students participating in liberal arts classes, teacher leadership, and teacher-student interaction skills have a significant positive impact on female college students' continuing intentions to participate. Third, the general characteristics, teacher guidance types, and interaction abilities of female college students in the liberal arts course are significant positive effects on female college students' self-directed learning abilities. The general characteristics, teacher leadership, and interaction skills of female college students in liberal arts have a significant positive impact on the self-directed learning skills of female college students. The general characteristics of female college student engagement education, teacher leadership, and interaction skills have a significant positive impact on the self-directed learning capabilities of female college students. The general characteristics, teacher leadership types, and interaction skills of female college students in liberal arts have a significant positive impact on the self-directed learning skills of female college students.
