휴대폰 유통에서 점포 및 판매원 태도 형성과정에 대한 비교연구 -한국,중국 비교연구 중심으로-

한국과 중국은 휴대폰에 대한 국제지위나 영향력이 높은 나라이지만 양국의 경영전략과 판매방식 에는 큰 차이가 있다. 한국은 주로 3대 이동통신사의 대리점을 통해 휴대폰 판매와 이동통신 서비스 가입이 동시에 이루 어지는 방식으로 휴대폰을 유통하고 있는데 반해 중국은 한국과 달리 주로 휴대폰 판매와 이동통신 서비스 가입이 분리되어 있어 중국 소비자는 휴대폰 판매점에서 기기를 구입 후 이동통신 영업점에 서 이동통신 서비스를 가입해야 하는 방식으로 휴대폰을 유통하고 있다. 이러한 유통구조의 차이에 의해 판매점과 판매원에 대한 태도를 조사한 결과, 한국 휴대폰 점포속성이 태도에 영향을 주지 않았으나, 중국의 경우 가격이 점포속성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 판매원에 대한 태도에 있어서 한국은 윤리성이 강조되었으나 중국은 전문성이 강조되는 것으로 나타났다. Though both Korea and China have high international status and the important influence in the mobile phone industry, the business strategy and sales methods in the mobile phone distribution are quite different between these two countries. In Korea, most consumer can buy the mobile phone and subscribe to the mobile telecommunications service at the same time through the agent of three representative mobile telecommunications company. On the other hand, consumer who wants to use mobile phone in China first buys mobile phone and then subscribes to the mobile telecommunications service at the agent of mobile telecommunications company. While buying mobile phone and subscribing to the mobile telecommunications service are synchronized in Korea, these services are separated in China. Therefore the purpose of this study is to investigate the similarities and the difference between Korea and China about the attitude formation process toward stores and salesmen in mobile phone distribution. The results show that there is no significance between store attribute and attitude in Korea, but the price affected to the store attribute in China. In terms of the attitude of salesman, Korea emphasized the ethicality of salesman, but the professionality was emphasized in China.

제2부 일반논문 : 한국에 전해진 중국 目連救母(목련구모) 고사의 수용양상과 流變(류변) 경로

목련구모고사는1) 인도에서 발원하여 중국으로 전이되어 성숙하였고 고려시대에 한국에 들어왔다. 한국이나 중국에 현재 전하는 목련구모 고사와 관계된 자료는 별로 많지 않고 지금까지 목련 구모고사에 관해서 본격적인 연구 성과 는 集積되지 못한 것도 사실이다. 본고에서는 아직까지 논란에 있는 유변경로에 대한 논의를 계속하여 한문 이본간의 비교 또한 일본 간본과의 비교를 통해 한국의 목련 구모고사의 수용양상과 유변경로를 고찰해 보고자 하였다. 본고는 목련 구모고사의 연구사에 있어서 연구자의 관심 밖에 놓여져 있는 한문 이본 11작품을 고찰하였다. 이런 검토는 연구 자료의 부족 및 불교문학으로 논외로 밀려있던 목련 구모고사의 연구사적 반성의 일환으로 행해지고 있는 목련 구모고사에 대한 관심을 좀 더구체화한 시도라 할 수 있다. 이 논문은 중국 목련 구모고사의 변천을 논의하 였다는 것을 연구의 시작으로 삼았다. 다음으로 한문 이본의 내용적 특성을 구체적으로 다루었다. 마지막으로, 이 11개의 작품을 하나의 계통으로 묶어서 일본의 간본과 비교를 하였다. 사재동은 한국과 일본의 간본을 대조해 본 결과 양자의 내용과 문장이 완전히 합치되는 동일 작품의 이본이라고 밝혔다. 2) 필자가 다시 한 번 대조해 본 결과 일본의 간본은 한국의 간본과 상이점이 몇 군데가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 일본의 『목련경』은 한국으로부터 유입된 것으로 취급한 학자 가 있는데 두 간본의 비교를 통해 한국의 『목련경』은 일본으로부터 유입했을 가능성이 더 높다고 생각한다. 하지만 연구를 하면서 지금 논란에 있는 유변경로 (한국→일본 아니면 일본→한국)에 새로운 의문을 품게 되었다. 고려가 과거 일본과의 교류보다는 원나라와의 교류가 훨씬 긴밀하였다는 것을 감안할 때 한국의 『목련경』은 일본이 아닌 중국으로부터 유입했을 가능성이 더 유력 하지 않을까 한다. 실물은 남아 있지 않지만 역사적 사실에 맞추어 연구해 보면 아마 가치 있는 결론을 유출할 수 있지 않을까 한다. 이 부분은 향후 과제로 삼겠다. 또한 향후과제로는 『목련경』의 국문이본을 대상으로 비교연구를 할것이다. The myth of "Mulian saving his mother (Mulian for short)" which was originated in India, was introduced into Korea from China in the Goryeo Dynasty. Not much material exits about the Mulian myth both in Korea and China. This research focuses on the reception aspects and travel path of Mulian myth according to the Mulian Jing which describes the Mulian myth in Korea, China and Japan on the basis of the literature records. Mulian Jing was written both in classic Chinese and Korea. The existing variant texts which were written in classic Chinese were all 11 kinds, were neglected during the research on the Mulian myth. Based on these material, first of all, the research defines the text by systemizing the bibliography of each variant text. Secondly, the research is focused on finding the distinctiveness through the comparison between the Korean Mulian Jing and the Japanese Mulian Jing. The author have discovered the tangible but "Neglected" distinctiveness between the Korean Mulian Jing and the Japanese Mulian Jing. The results would be summarized as follows. Through the comparison between the Korean Mulian Jing and the Japanese Mulian Jing, it is clear that the two group texts have difference in format and phrase. According to some experts, the myth of Mulian was introduced into Japan from Korea. However, the author hold that it is possible to show that the myth of Mulian was introduced into Korea from China and was introduced into Japan from China. The continuous concern and study on the comparative study on the Korean versions of Mulian Jing could proffer a keynote to the systematic understanding of the Mulian myth.
