SM45C의 Laser 표면개질 조건에 따른 마멸특성에 관한 연구

Surface modification of plain carbon steel (SM45C) by Laser are usually much finer and stronger than the base metals. Nd-YAG laser source changes and refines the microstructure of the near surface layer, leading to enhanced hardness and wear resistance. The present study was undertaken to investigate the wear behavior and a processing parameters such as, power density, pulse width, defocusing distance, and molten depth for surface modification. The wear test was carried out under different experimental condition using the wear test device and the annular surfaces of wear test specimens as well as mating specimen of alumina ceramics(Al_2O_3) was rubbed in dry sliding condition. The results show that molten depth and width depend on defocusing distance. The wear loss was much in lower speed range below 0.2m/sec and in higher speed range above 0.7m/sec, but It was little in intermediate speed range. It depends on oxidation and wear speed.

본 논문은 문서자동 처리시스템의 구현을 위하여 문서영상의 패턴 분절과 구분처리 방법에 대하여 기술하였다. 가우스 분포함수의 1차 미분 연산자에 의한 윤곽선 추출과 체인 코드법에 의한 영상 분절, 2차 적률과 2차원 Rf 거리 (변환 영역)등에 의한 패턴 구분을 행하였다. 제한된 영상에 대하여 적용한 결과 문자 영역이나 지문, 사진, 도장 등 도형정보 영역을 잘 구분할 수 있음을 알았으며 사용된 알고리즘의 유용성을 검증할 수 있었다. In order to design the automatic processing system of image document, the pattern segmentation of image document and classification methods are presented. The contour extraction using first order differential operator of Gauassian distribution fucntions, the image segmentation using the chain code, and the pattern classication using the second order moments and two=dimensional Rf distance(in transform domain) are implemented. The resuts applied in specially documantated image shows to classify the characters, fingerprints, seals etc well. And the utility of the used algorithms is verified.

본 연구는 최근 활성화되고 있는 해외자원봉사활동 참여자들의 임파워먼트에 관한 실증연구 이다. 특히, 해외자원봉사활동 중 의료봉사활동 참여자들에게 관심을 두고, 조직차원에서 해 외의료봉사활동을 진행하고 있는 고신대학교 복음병원 장기려기념 의료선교센터 해외의료 봉사활동 참여자들의 사전과 사후 임파워먼트 변화량을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 해외의료봉사 활동 참여자들의 임파워먼트와 하위구성요소(업무수행과 관련한 환경통제, 업무수행과 관련 된 관계성, 개인의 업무지향)의 변화량에는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 사전보다 사후 평균 이 높아졌으며, 참여자들은 해외의료봉사활동을 통해 임파워먼트가 증진되는 것으로 나타났 다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 향후 해외의료봉사활동과 관련하여 조직구성원들의 임파 워먼트 증진을 위한 프로그램화, 질적·양적 접근을 통한 평가, 과학적이고 전문적인 자원봉사 관리과정의 도입 등 실천적 함의와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

Backgroud: North Korea's healthcare system have been collapsed since the late 1990's because of a long series of economic woes, natural disasters, and its continuing stance of isolationism. Moreover, recently issued Nuclear crisis from North Korea and health problem of North Korean leader, Kim Jung Il are suggesting imminent collapse of North Korea. and the reunification of North and South Korea. Method: Unification expenditure is, however, the sum of all the expenses that will be required until both territories form a united nation and accomplish economic stabilization. These expenses include crisis administration, structural adjustment, and economic investment. Therefore, in view of reconstruction of medical heath care system of North Korea after Reunification, inter-cooperation of non-governmental organizations, including the UN, Religious organization, Korean government, and medical mission organization have been strongly recommended. Result: Thus, this study investigate the intergovernmental relations between the two Koreas in Cooperation in Health Care and Medicine and international and non-governmental organizations, including the UN, WHO, and Social welfare organization of Korea. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study propose korean medical mission organization's roles in supporting the collapsed medical system in North Korea after Reunification. and other principles and a plan of action which prescribes the objectives the South Korean authorities should pursue, which involve taking the initiative in support projects, building mid-to-long term strategies and setting common goals in cooperation with non-governmental organizations, and allocating authorities and resources to non-governmental organizations and coordinate, direct and support them toward the goals.

Case Organization Characteristics of tool steel (SK5) was investigated after Pulse YAG laser control system irradiation. In the case of beam passes, martensite formed in the melt zone and in former pearlite regions of the austenization zone exhibited very high vickers hardness values. Molten depth and width depend on defocusing distance and radius, micro structure, hardness were investigated as a function of defocusing distance, pulse width, power density and black color painting have a energy absorption more than other any color painting.

Laser induced surface hardening of Tool steel(STC5) can be achieved either with or without surface melting. In trans-formation hardening, as the surface is heated to a temperature below its melting point and is rapidly cooled, solidified microstructures are usually much finer and stronger than those of the base matals. For this reason, surface modification of tool steel by YAG laser irradiation has been studied as a fuction of processing parameters such as, power density, pulse width, defocusing distance, and molten depth. The high energy density changes and refines the microstructure of the near surface layer. In the case of beam passes, martensite formed in the melt zone exhibited very high vickers hardness values. Molten depth and width depend on defocusing distance, and energy of black color painting is more absorptive than other color painting.

Primary skin cancers are the most common malignant tumors in the human. The incidence of primary skin cancers is rising steadily. The increasing incidence of primary skin cancers have been attributed to increasing exposure to sunlight, alteration of host defence factors and exposure to chemicals or viruses. The primary cutaneous squamous cell cancers (SCC) are prone to metastasis and rapid growth. However, early diagnosis is difficult, and with the delay of the diagnosis, serious complication may be resulted. SCC can develop skin ulceration and skin ulceration can be contaminated by various bacterial organisms. If skin ulceration contaminated by serious bacterial organism, it can be fatal to the patient. So early diagnosis of SCC is important for prevention of complication. Among the various organism, clostridium tetani can infect skin ulceration, and its manifestations are severe after infection. We experienced a case of tetanus developed from skin ulcer complicating primary cutaneous SCC on the right buttock in 62 years old woman. She manifested severe generalized body spasm, opistotonus, dyspnea, trismus and convulsion. She was treated with muscle blocking agents and tetanus antitoxin. So we report one case of tetanus associated with cutaneous squamous cell cancer.
